Competitive gas and diesel prices. fairly modern facilities. Has a Taco Bell restaurant inside. Cleanliness is average. Was a little disappointed. But it's not too bad overall. However, now for the bad. The food being served at the food bar is disgustingly bad. The area is dirty, and proper food handling is not being observed. All of the food was dried out and way past its prime. I watched a couple come in, specifically to eat. After observing the condition of the food and the area, they turned around and walked out in disgust. I would not recommend coming there to eat. The store offers all the snacks and drinks you would expect to find. The restrooms were reasonably clean. Aside from the food area, it's a well stocked convenience store.

Just got here and all I can see is trash as far as the eye can see. Why is it so hard to get someone to clean the parking lot? Truckers work their tales off only to get a few hours break and we spend upwards of 500 dollars every fill up at your pumps and have to pay to park only to sit surrounded by filth.

excellent track stop. everything is clean and tidy. have food. many different drinks. lots of snacks. oils for cars. some special clothing for drivers. souvenirs. magnets. chips. large selection of coffee. draft sweet drinks. Hot dogs

Parking isn t too hard but it s made difficult with the construction. Guess they decided there was TOO much parking so they are building a tire and repair shop. If you decide to park back there you could very well be GOAL ing for awhile trying to get out.

This pilot is brand new, and still very nice. It gets super busy here in the evenings, lots of creative parking. Lot was full by 6:30 pm and then creative was full by 7:30. Get here early if you want a legit spot. The showers here are enormous, and during the entire time I was here I never saw a line for the showers. 3 brand new front load washers, 5 dryers. All in working order (I know, wow!) and clean restrooms. I didn't try the Taco Bell. I walked thru the store and could barely find any item at all that was out of stock. I am 100% impressed with how amazing this store is. If they keep up with this level of service, this will be one of the best truck stops in the nation.

4/12/24, shower #1.Ok as far as clean 'appearance', but the fan is thick with dust build up, gross...And what do we as truckers need to do to get the folks at P/FJ to understand that we want HOT water.Jeez, maybe it was 70�, but I don't think it was even that warm. Now, on the other hand, the sink had 99� water.You folks really need to work on the water supply in the showers.

Really good stuff here but a little more pricey than I'm accustomed to finding at truck stops or travel centers. Still, very clean, men's room not so nice right now tho... It's modern but the toilets have been abused this day in all the stalls I perked into... Lots of gas pumps, plenty of parking, and right off the Thruway I-90 so there's that. Taco Bell is a big Plus!

Ordered three crunch wrap supremes. She said they don t have lettuce and tomato I said fine. Bit into them and realized they also didn t have the crunchy part of the crunch wrap supreme. So essentially given three flat discs with no lettuce tomato or crunch. Mind you I paid 25$ for that and two other items. Also took a shower there. Shower #2 no water pressure and the shower head was loose so I had to shower close to the wall and accidentally bumped into the handle a few times also a clump of not my hair on the shower floor. Not a great experience pilot. Truck drivers work hard and just want a hot meal and clean hot shower. Come on man

Just bought this universal pro mount to hold my phone but came out defective. By the time I mounted I had already left the store. I bought the item on 10/26/23 today is 11/05/23 I asked if I can have it exchanged and was told no because they only have a 7 day return policy. As a truck driver we sometimes take more that 7 days to return to the same place. So I just lost $37. I wonder how many of us have stumped across this same issue with no resolve . Feels like I got scammed.

No complaints here. This pilot travel center features a Taco Bell and all the usual amenities, including showers, all sorts of food, snack and beverage choices, an ATM and a variety of other merchandise. The bathrooms are clean.

It's a great new pilot, food's good its clean and they have friendly helpful staff. Which is almost impossible to get now a days. Definitely a top Pilot , and better then the T/A down the street.

We chose pilot gas station because it's usually clean, inviting store. However, this one was disgusting. The door handles & gas buttons were visibly filthy, the outside lights were dim or out, and the music was offensive. Multiple uses of GD in one song. I can't believe corporate allowed such offensive music.

HOW IS THIS OK???? 9:30AM on a Sunday! Truck parking lot practically empty meaning there s plenty of time to clean! Manager and employees standing up front laughing and joking. WE PAY$$$$ for showers they are not free! Had to get this shower swapped out for another that wasn t much better This is a fairly new building!!! It s being torn up by not maintaining it. How hard is it to wipe the sink off? Or change a small trash can? Or clean a toilet? I cleaned offices and medical offices for 15 years prior to becoming a driver. It s NOT rocket science! Pilot please help us drivers out by getting some good workers at this location and others like it!!! This is UNSANITARY and UNHEALTHY!!!

The overnight guy ken deserves a raise and a pat on the back by this company. He goes above and beyond for me most nights. Unlike other pilots he's willing to make you food on the spot. Very well spoken. If pilot corp sees this please give this employee if anything a bonus!

As with most pilots. The parking and fuel area is cramped and inefficient. If you need to get fuel, expect to spend a long time waiting. The store is nice and spacious, unlike the outside.

When you're out on the hostile road where it's a dog-eat-dog world, a simple smile is more then enough to completely brighten up a trucker's day. We remember these things at the end of the day.It's thanksgiving and i am far away from my family. The courtesy and friendliness i received here melted my heart and i am grateful for it. Thank you for helping me get my shower code when my app was having issues. Thank you for showing some humanity in this hostile world.

This pilot is proximately one year old still looks pretty new inside and outside. There is an area that s vacant fenced in that s beginning to look trashy. The only concern I have about this truckstop is that there is no zero garbage cans on the truck parking area except for next to the pumps, I already see trash on the parking lot and it s only gonna get worse overall it s pretty nice for now.

Their parking is really small and trucks are parked everywhere, there garbage behind every trailer so watch out for nails. The building I guess has too much concrete in it, cant not get cell service in store. There s Taco Bell but seems to have issue with product management always sold out certain items. And the showers starting to age

This is the dirtiest truckstop I've ever been to. Shower #3 had stains all over. Dirt in every corner. And this is a new pilot (less than a yr) taco bell staff payed no attention that I was waiting to place an order. They lied about showers being full n 3 people in line. I really would FIRE entire staff n start fresh!!!!

I've been to many pilots in my 9yrs, but this pilot was beyond disgusting. 1st I got coffee 2 different times & both times after drinking about a little under half I've gotten a mouth full of coffee grounds. So the coffee machines are not being cleaned. I brought meatloaf string beans & mashed potatoes. It tasted delicious but it messed my stomach up real bad. The 2nd time I got coffee, there was a young guy sitting down behind the counter which was a 1st for me. Never acknowledged me at all just had his head down. I went to get that 2nd coffee & that area was disgusting..I wish I had taken pics. There was a huge puddle of coffee with 2 towels on the floor under one of the dispensers. The counter where you fix your coffee had everything spilled on it. I found a small section to fix my coffee. I let the young guy know about the messes and all he could say was they've been having problems with the coffee machine. I said well can you at least mop up & wipe the counter. His reply was we're all adults while pushing a empty can of sugar down into the trash hole & said that the earlier shift didn't clean up B4 they left. I just looked at him like why don't you at least wipe the counter.He was so into his phone that he couldn't be bothered with cleaning up the disgusting mess. That's why he never acknowledged me. He came over where the mess was with his phone in his hand. Then went right back to sitting behind the counter on his phone. I will not come to this location ever again. I'm lucky I didn't get food poisoning..BEWARE!!!! THEY ARE NOT CLEAN!!!!

Per usual a nice new store, now going down hill due to poor management. Beautiful store, thank you Pilot for thinking of drivers. However, it is now a dirty Pilot with uncaring employees. After checking and finding the third stall to be clean enough to use, only to find the toilet seat to be loose. Night crew was always standing around chatting with eachother or flirting with customers. I am certain the only thing they did to clean our shower was to pick up the dirty towels. Food was dry and crusty, decided against a hot meal. As for the day crew, ONE nice employee is all I saw at 7 am. I can only assume the night crew left a dirty and unstocked store for the day crew. Trash outside and inside still had not been emptied. Nor had the floors been cleaned. The store was just as dirty at 7 pm as 7 am.

This place is brand new and it's already turning into a dump. Litter everywhere from everyone sweeping out their trailers after delivering to the Walmart. Overflowing garbage cans. And really not that much parking. Especially because like 15 spaces are Reserved only.

Trash has been piled up in back part of parking lot for days, maybe even longer, I told staff , and they act like there going to take care of the problem, but again it gets ignored. Trash bins are full and other trash laid out on ground very poor that they can t keep this place looking good.

Employees in food section is really rude. And they have old foods heating and heating. Don t bother to buy food out of there. Administration is zero to satisfy.

This parking lot is medium size.. It looks like they are building more parking spots.. Very clean showers and good variation in food

It's a rest stop. Taco Bell, and Burger King. Gas and a 24 hour convenience store. There's also a 24 hour dinner near the exit. Taco Bell may or may not be opened regardless of the posted hours.

Lazy staff, sit around talking all shift while truckers are waiting for a shower, do your job or find something you like to do!!!!! We are on a time schedule, we shouldn t have to wait for you to do what you were HIRED TO DO Sheesh!

Probably one of the cleaner pilots in the country but they took part of the parking lot for trucks to build a shop like I get it we need our trucks worked on but not every truck stop location needs a shop.. y'all are killing us with the shops..

The nicest showers I ve ever seen for only the price of $16 worth the spending. Compare to TA across the street, they want $18 ducks.

Maybe tell your employees not to burp at customers paying at the register or say excuse me if they do. Everything else is ok but that kind of rudeness is ridiculous and very disrespectful.
