I love Wheel-A-Way! I ve been a customer there since Sept. 2006. I bought both of my Yamaha motorcycles (new) from them and I go there for inspections and all of my maintenance, despite living in Syracuse. I keep going back there because I trust them (that s key with me), they re all such friendly people they feel like a second family, and it s a great excuse to go for a ride.My Yahamas have been super reliable. I only need routine oil changes, occasional tires and batteries, and I wore out a starter once. I buy my helmets, jackets, and even motorcycle wash there, too. They ve got it all: great sales, service, accessories, and parts. They re stuck with me until I can t ride anymore.

Brought a yfz in for a service. Stated it needed an axle or axle bearings because there was a lot of movement in the rear end. The movement in the axle is clearly visible to the naked eye.Service dept said they could not find it. They tightened the nerf bars and did an oil change.Update: service offered to pick up and drop off the yfz from my house, replaced the axle and took care of the issue. 100% customer service and rectified any issues with the four wheeler. Impressed and satisfied with the willingness to correct the mistake. Thank you. Have one happy teenager at home now.

This is a great local shop. The people are very kind and courteous. Lisa in service was very professional and helpful, she got my machine right in and back to me quickly. I will definitely be back in the future.

Cant say anything bad about this place! We purchased 2 brand new Cfmoto Cforces from them last spring and just purchased our 3rd machine Zforce 950 HO EX. The sales department is great , friendly and knowledgeable. Both purchases we so easy and pressure free. This also goes for their Parts and Service departments. Highly recommend this place for all your motorsports needs!

I stopped at this location to buy a couple guardian bells for a couple of my friends who I ride motorcycles with. I was pleased to hear that they had some when I asked one of the employees.They were very nice, courteous & helpful.The only complaint I would have is that there prices are a little on the high side, but that's to be expected these days I guess. Still doesn't make it hurt the wallet any less though.I would recommend this location, based on this visit.

Always a great dealer, I have used them for years to work on my bike and was always treated very well. Although in these times inventory was light but it is not the dealers fault. I highly recommend them.

Great shop and amazing staff. Had a little accident with my motorcycle in the area and even it was to damaged to fix it on the spot, they helped me find a truck rental and load it up, so I could bring my bike back home to Massachusetts.They really went above and beyond and I would always choose wheel-a-way for anything Bike.

The staff is helpful, but there selection is limited, my mother and I ended up walking out with gloves and helmets, we bought the rest of our gear at the Harley dealership in Syracuse, shop around to save money. They do allow you to try gear on.

They literally talked me out of buying anything I went there had money on hand and I don t know if they thought we where nobody s but the guy told me oh it s easyer to get a car but didn t even check to see if we could very unprofessional poor sales skills if your there to sell stuff sell it don t talk customers out of buying but thank god for the harley dealer in Syracuse they had no issue selling me a nice new bike

I went to the Suzuki dealer to get some oil and filter for my four-wheeler. They had lots of stuff in their store and I even picked up the small little backpack that folded inside of itself so it could fit in the palm of your hand and it was a very large backpack that could hold a lot of stuff and I thought it was very useful for when I'm riding on my four-wheeler doesn't take up much space in my pocket.

My fiance and I bought a brand new bike (0 miles) from this dealership, that process was simple and the man we dealt with was great. With a brand new motorcycle they tell you to come back within 600-1000 miles for them to look over your bike. What they dont tell you is that your first mandatory service is not complimentary with the purchase of the bike. When I spoke to the owner and explained I had just bought a brand new 2020 vehicle with complimentary lifetime oil changes and NYS inspections and I wasnt understanding why when buying a brand new bike off his lot that the first service wouldn't be complimentary, he was extremely rude and said "it is what it is ma'am I dont know what to tell you". When we decide to get another motorcycle or need to service the current motorcycle we will NOT be returning to this business.

Just got my 2006 r6 outta of the shop at wheel a away about 3 weeks ago had oil change air filter change plugs and new tires put in after riding for 3 weeks I feel somthing hit my shoe as im riding come to find out is a front axle bolt I was missing 2/2 on left side find one and drove home slowly check the other side and the other 2 where only finger tight I bought my raptor from their years ago so I got nothing aginst the sales but service lol just check everything over after I get ur bike or what ever out of service their they did over to tightin them up and replace bolt but still that could have been my life
