They are very knowledgeable car mechanics, and they give genuine advice on how to solve the issue with your car. It is the first auto store I went took my car to when I moved from northern Virginia to fulton, New York. I highly recommend them to anyone

Fantastic Service. Awesome People. They recently caught a bad brake job done by another garage for me, squeezed me in to get it all redone and even helped me with paperwork so I could get my money back from the garage that did the initial repair. I can t thank them enough!

We continue to get exceptional service from Stevens. They inspected my plow truck and re-wired the back lights so it would pass inspection and did not charge me as we are regular customers. I ve known Brad Stevens for over twenty years. He is one of the best in the business when it comes to auto repair. I have relied on him to service my families vehicles over the years. He is honest, courteous and up front when it comes to servicing your vehicle whether it is a minor or major repair. When I say I am blown away and beyond satisfied, took my car to Nissan in clay 3-4 months back paid them to do all around brakes as they claimed I needed them. Got my car inspected dec 1 and they claimed I needed rear brakes that they were 1.5mil. They never changed my rear brakes. I called Steve s, the person I spoke to (can t remember his name) said they didn t have anything until the 12th. Unfortunately I was leaving the 8th for the weekend, he told me drop it off 8am and I ll push you in here. He got my vehicle in and out in TWO hours!! I was super impressed, they re beyond friendly! We are very pleased with our experience at Steven's Auto! Brad listened to the history of what my husband thought could be wrong with his car, and Bob was able to fix it. They went out of their way to work with us, and they did a great job. We highly recommend them!

Calling in from southern Ohio with a car broke down in Fulton New York. Spoke with Steve he not only sent a tow truck to pick up the car but keep me informed in Ohio on what was going on ! My windshield wipers were not working. Called Steven's Auto and told them what was going on. He said can you be here in about15 minutes. I said yes. Waiting area was very nice, clean, and decorated with a Christmas Tree. Everyone was polite, friendly and explained what the problem was and gave you options so you could ask questions and decide. Wiper issue was fixed within 40 minutes. Thank yous very much !!!!!!Highly recommend Steven's Auto Store.

Stevens auto is hands-down the best mechanic I've ever worked with. He was honest about the work, forthright with his recommendations, and always gave me all of the information I needed to make the best decision. I cannot say enough good about what Brad and his team do and I will forever recommend them to anyone in reasonable driving distance who find themselves in need of quality repairs.

I have been going to Stevens since they moved over to Ontario and 4th. St. in Fulton. I recommended them to all my family and my employer. I find the company priced fairly and most importantly honest. On the rare occasion I need an emergency repair they always get me in. Give Brad a try I don't think you will be sorry.

Got my car in quickly, I told them what I thought was wrong,and was thinking it was going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix , they looked it over and for only a couple hundred got my car good as new in just a few hours , I will now only take my SUV to Stevens auto. Thanks guys

They are so friendly and honest. They only fix what needs to be fixed and if there is something else they find they will recommend you to get it fixed and even quote you a price. I highly recommend them!!

I had a metal piece dragging under my car after going over a curb. I called and reached Brad who advised that they were busy but would have a look to ensure car safe to drive. If there were more stars Brad Stevens and his group would get them. I've been taking my vans to Brad for years! Today he stepped up and helped my daughter with her car. Showed a panicked 20 year old kid that there are upstanding and good people in this world. His mechanic and Becky went a long way to show my daughter there are good people willing to help and not take advantage!! He forever has my business!

Very kind and professional. I needed a diagnostic done and they did it at no cost. Other places charge a fortune. Once they figured out cause they tried to do their best to fix issue without costing me a fortune.

Huge thank you to Brad Stevens and Dave M. of Stevens Auto in Fulton NY. I had a brake issue with my van the night before I called them. They got me in and worked on it all after noon. It was not fun. Dave M. stayed late to help me out. You see I use a power wheelchair and have no other way around or home. I can't transfer to a car. They went WAAY out of there way to be sure it was right and done so I can function and get to work.. Great prices and great people...

Do not let these bums touch your car they told me my fuel pump was shot when I drove the car there but tried telling me they pushed it every three time it was there then tried charging me 1500 to change a fuel pump that wasn t even broke STAYAWAYService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I high recommend that you go here there prices on parts are amazing they're a great company to go to for car problem if they can't fix they will find away to they order parts for so they can fix it they will even drive away for a safety check on your vehicle before you go on a vacation they're best of the best.
