I have to say Russell at the Fulton store is just fantastic. He went way above and beyond to help me. I will always remember that when I need auto parts or battery testing or any other services they offer. This man deserves a raise, a bonus or a promotion. Thanks for being such a wonderful person.

Awesome staff. Charging system test showed battery was bad, system was operating normally. Associate installed new high end battery and terminal ends with dielectric grease. Problem solved.

Will never buy anything from o Reilly auto parts..I bought 200 dollars of trans fluid. That I didn't use. Had it for a month took it back with my receipt and they said they can't take it back. Over a month old...but how can they sell the same trans stuff that's sat on the shelf for months even years will never go to there again..very displeased with the store in fulton

Always very helpful , I bought 6 boxes of window tint so far , but box 7 was damaged . Ladies were very helpful to resolve the issue . 100% on brake parts so far .

I use to love going here, was treated like a friend almost like family, iv spent a lot of money here for all my random things from atvs to side x side to daily drivers, but today and the last couple times way I Ben treated I'm done going to O'Reilly, went in for a starter solenoid for my bike, ok you don't Cary it, but then the girl took off to help someone else who I actually knew and I ended up just going to advance for the other stuff I needed. While the other 3 were just standing there

Service is fantastic we bought headlights they installed them for free they can't do every car but they do quite a few we also needed new batteries for key fobs they also installed those again free

Great experience at the new store in Fulton with their BOPIS. Better prices than the other auto parts store in town too.
