The guys at Northstar are wonderful. they actually care about you and your car. Are always willing to take a look even if they are jam packed (drop off is the best way for them). And they do awesome work.

I have used North Star for many years. They are very knowledgeable, and always ready to resolve your car issues. They are ethical,, they care about you, and you can feel comfortable having them service your vehicle. Again I speak from my experience, and highly recommend them.both as woman and as a customer. I trust them completely.

Mechanic was 20 minutes late to an appointment I had scheduled with him the day previously, thereby also leaving the shop unopened for 20 minutes after its 'opening' time. I had made it clear that the appointment was time-sensitive and I had to be taking off work to be there. He told me he 'forgot' about it. The manager seemed to be a pretty good guy when I dealt with him previously (hence the two stars rather than one), so it's a shame that this mechanic was so careless. Will not be returning.

Honest, reliable guys that do great work! Good pricing too and they ll work with you if they can. You can t go wrong with Northstar!

Just got my PT cruiser back. Thanks northstar. I no u did a lot. Hopefully it will be a good vehicle for a while. Glad u could work in my car. 5 stars .
