Joe and his crew are always super helpful. He s very knowledgeable and has never steered me in the wrong direction. He will educate instead of just handing you a part over the counter and saying Have a nice day.

Paid cash 2 group 31 batteries manufacturers date 5/22 tested bad on their tester will not warranty or replace didn't have cash receipt on my person

Some employees act like there the only game in town. Al needs to address it before more people stop going there. . I needed 5 heavy duty truck batteries and 2 cases of anti freeze. Put on hold then hung up. Called back hung up . Not the first time. Please close my account . Do not have time for it. Moving forward

Owner of store is fantastic. Really knows his game. I went there for two different bulbs for my 1975 corvette. He was able to get me the correct bulbs and had them in stock. Now that's great service. I will do business again with this store and would recommend this store.

Always a pleasant experience as usual every time I go to Napa. The salesman Nicholas was more than helpful, as all their salesman tend to be..... always courteous, polite and willing to go the extra mile for their customers! Good parts good employees how can you go wrong! Thank you Napa....

Always have what I need or the next day. No complaints on this end. For every 100.00 spent , you get 5.00 off. Adds up when you're on a low budget. Thank you NAPA of Fulton NY. And NAPA stores Nationwide.

Joe I was wonderful. Helped me find the right part to fix my car. He even made helpful suggestions. He was professional and courteous. Would recommend him and Napa to anyone.

Only gave them 1 star because it is nice to be able to get paint mixed in a day... however they didn t make sure it was the right color.. and instead of a metallic grey I got jet black.. when I asked to make it right they informed me they couldn t do my exact color and that they mixed all of the colors .. awful customer service.. they had chips to match the paint which I was also never made aware of until after I paid for the wrong paint... they had my color chip but still couldn t match it..

Apparently all Napa's are not created equal and they're all independent stores. Furthermore I was sold an inferior Quality Parts under the guise of an OEM replacement. At least with AutoZone and Advance Auto you know what you're getting into.

Napa is a great parts provider the people at this Napa are knowledgeable and friendly. They go the extra mile to get you the part you need no matter what the parts for.

Full service auto parts retailer. Disappointed that the staff didn't know what mechanics wire was. Staff is friendly but seems distracted.
