I ve been coming to this shop for a while. I ve had a many bad experiences at other garages but mavis, by far, for what they can do are exceptionally professional. Bob is very compassionate. He will talk with you, think of a plan at a very cost friendly point, and make sure the issue is fixed and fixed right the first time. Timmy is very personable. I ve seen that he tries to make people feel comfortable and not so tense in a shop environment and he s always wanting to help. Making someone smile and feel comfortable will totally change the energy into something positive. James is a very hard worker. He does not sit still. He s always got his hands in something and always trying to help where he can with the guys in the shop. These 3 guys together can really make a difference, and they do. Thank you mavis in Fulton for all that you do and that you have done.

The Fulton NY location outshines the others in quality, flexibility, and satisfaction. Every employee is social and greets you upon arrival and departure. My busy schedule calls for swing through when I have time , and I have never been denied timely service!

I have been loyal to Mavis for many years. After moving from Oswego to Fulton I decided to switch shops for convenience and these guys have been wonderful. From patching tires to changing headlights, they get me right in and out as fast as they can, no hassle, same day!

We called tim with a Tahoe that wouldn't start and he helped us right out. My mom has gone to Tim to get her car fixed also. Always kind and helpful. Great place to get work done

Great shop. Bob, Timmy and James are very helpful and compassionate. The shop crew are exceptionally on point also. This Mavis location needs more recognition in my opinion.

I drove to Mavis knowing I d picked up a sharp object in a tire, ended up being part of a wire coat hanger, and was losing air fast. Before I could get out of my vehicle, Tim asked me how he could help me, and after him hearing the leaking air he immediately got my keys and had the car in and out of their garage in less than 10 minutes! It was the fastest service I ve ever gotten anywhere related to automobile service. I highly recommend Mavis Tire in Fulton, NY. They made my Day!

Bob, Timmy and James are the biggest help. Mavis is the go to for sure. The compassion and trust is out of this world. They take the time to explain in detail and show you issues instead of just telling you what s wrong. These boys need raises.

I needed all my brakes and rotors done for my SUV. They showed me the brakes and rotors. They explained to me why they needed to be changed and they definitely did. The service was awesome and they finished in a reasonable time.. I would definitely go back!!

I ordered tires and booked online for an appointment a week out. I called the next day to confirm and they already had the the tires in and were able to complete the install the same day! Additionally I asked for a brake inspection thinking I needed new brake pads and I was told my brakes still have around 80-90% of their use life remaining. These guys are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will be retuning for any tire and brake work. Big recommend! Thank you Bob and team.

I showed up close to closing time on an extremely hot day. They were a couple of workers short and overwhelmed with work. Bob and Tim offered to get me in anyway and change my tires personally. To top it off, they also gave me a discounted price. I can't say enough good things about this establishment and their people. Amazing attitude, atmosphere, and work ethic. I will recommend Fulton Mavis to everyone.

Very friendly atmosphere. The workers explained how long it would take and was done in that amount of time. Service was excellent ! Super fast service, my wife blew a tire out on 481. Once they got it in the shop they noticed the tie rod ends were worn "they actually brought me out to the shop and showed me the wear". Told them I'd fix them myself but their price was to good so I had them repair the tie rods and do an alignment while I was there. In and out in just over a hour without an appointment!!

I give them a one-star because the fact that one of their employees James was a very very rude and was belittling another employee in front of customers that is not job like I do not think this man should be a manager
