Sunny provides quality service at an affordable price. Jose is the best mechanic! The staff were friendly and helpful. I keep taking my car back there for checks and repairs because I know they will do quality work in a short amount of time. They are well aware of the customers needs and are dislodge to about getting your car back to you as quickly as possible. Always appreciate their hard work

Place is the best! Sunny the owner is great and his crew are honest and hard working. They always fix my car and go above and beyond. Highly recommend this shop to any who has trouble finding a good honest mechanic. From mechanical to body work, they do it all. If you visit his shop, tell him Juan recommended the place. Won't be disappointed!

I came for an inspection, it's not clear what they did, they said that the engine cushions were for replacement, I asked them to print all the comments on the car on a sheet, which was not done! However there were no problems with the engine cushions either as the subsequent inspection showed

The shop will demand your state ID by saying lies like the DMV requires it, which is completely false. Business like this is why we have so much identity theft and we receive so many spam calls.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

This is my favorite mechanic he is really the best in town and reliable. He s fast and friendly. Sunny helped me out with my car. Did some body work covered by my insurance and it was quick, quality work done. Easy communication and very good on time. I definitely will go back here and will be referring him to others! Thanks Sunny!

I had a great experience at JNM auto.Sunny took care of the issue, replaced a broken car door window, they even cleaned up the glass for me, amazing.They can replace a windshield as well, parts ordered.The mechanics were calm and friendly if approached, great environment There was also an ongoing electric issue with the window up and down mechanism that I've ignored for quite some time. That was repaired as well, everything looks and feels new, flawless job.I would highly recommend this shop, thank you again, I will be back.

I have been going to this Auto repair/maintenance shop for many years for the reasons that they are honest , reasonable rates, and most of all best quality workmanship. It's been 25 years ago and they have maintained all these. Ma Buhay Po !

Sunny is very polite and the mechanics as well. The place is as clean as can be. I have an old car and have spent a lot of money, but safety comes first and Sunny always makes sure to advise me on what is urgent and needs to be repaired and what can wait. I just hope I can buy a new car, hope can never be lost. Peace.

I took my vehicle to get it checked last year it was recommended to me by my neighbors and I had work done.The Gentlenman in that shop never charge me for checking my vehicle before and the price of repairs seem reasonable.I went there recently again second time after 3 attempts to get my power steering check out since it was leaking at no time did the Repair shop manager say to me that he would charge me $45 The total for the repairs was jaw dropping and not consistant for a 2004 vehicle, when I informed him that I would be dropping by to pick up my vehicle the shop manager charge me $45 and told me it would go to the repairs, at no time did ever agreed to have the repairs done or to pay for just checking the vehicle.This was a bait and switch, I was very upset that the manager would charge me for just checking my vehicle he never charge me before nor was there any signs that said of that hidden $45 charge, most shop due tell you before and due check vehicles out of courtesy before any repairs are made.Im very disappointed and The charge of $45 was a rip off specially when he never told me that he would charge me that amount....I will not bring my vehicle to this shop nor would I trust them with my vehicle, I had no choice but to pay since he had my keys, I did take my car to another shop (3) different shops and not only did they check it with out charging me but the price was $250 to $300 less then what this shop JNM was charging.The repairs (Parts) was not consistant for what this JNM shop manager told me...I felt that I was being scam, This shop should have a sign that says $45 if I would have known about this charge I would have never left my vehicle with them nor would I have paid $45 to have them check it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This auto shop was highly recommended to me by a very good friend. I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Every time I have to bring my car in, I leave extremely satisfied. I do not feel as if I have been taken advantage of, especially for being a woman, as I have felt at other shops, including dealerships. The service is excellent, the prices and rates are very reasonable, the workers are professional and very nice, the owner LITERALLY goes above and beyond. I recommend this auto shop with no hesitations at all.

I was recommended to come here from my neighbor. Sunny and his team of mechanics have treated me and my Honda with respect. I'm only trusting them with work to be done to my car. Prices are very reasonable and the work done is great.

Was buying a used car and this was one of the shops in the radius. Very thorough inspection with a printed out report of the issues they found with the car. Also was the cheapest of the 3 mechanic shops I called

Don t waste your time talking to Sunny he will try to use psychological methods to manipulate you into doing more services instead of just fixing the problem at hand and the issue that you paid him for I spent over $700 trying to fix my gas tank and he told me there was a 95% chance that I will be able to be use my gas tank normally again and when there was no fixture to it he try to make me do another service .No I m not broke and I have money to spend and I didn t ask for a refund in the situation but he knew exactly what I was coming there for and he scammed me I want to try to talk to him nicely he will just talk over you . Sunny is the shadiest type of person because he will pretend that he cares about fixing your issue but in reality he just wants to take your money and go onto the next service save your money find affordable price for someone that will actually get the job done.

This business pushes you to do unnecessary and costly repairs to your vehicle. Come time for inspection, they will make sure to nickle and dime you for everything you need to "fix" before you can pass inspection. Imagine going for inspection for a car that was fine last year and all of a sudden this year you need to do over $400 in repairs to pass this year's inspection. I advise going to a more trustworthy mechanic shop, anywhere but JNM Crooks LLC

Came for a safety inspection. Mechanic thought my brake pads were worn but they weren't even half way. Tried to lie and make me change the brake pads and rotors. When I wouldn't do it at their location they just billed me for "time" instead of failing inspection. Because they knew if they recorded it, I would have gotten it checked elsewhere and their inspection would have been put into question. DO NOT trust this place.

---REPLY: The tire valve was an original part and came like that from the factory, it was not overtightened and was not rusted. He didn't break it - you guys did. He had to go to a tire shop to fix the mistake you guys made and they laughed when we explained that a mechanic at your shop broke this off and told us it's a simple fix. You guys want to charge $115 for parts + labor on a part you guys broke is really funny because a tire shop nearby charged us less than half that to fix and replace the broken sensor you guys caused and a bill you should have paid. Lesson learned, and will still be filing a complaint with the DMV for your actions.----End Reply------Original Review--My father came in for an oil change and air to be added to his tires and a mechanic at this shop broke one of the Tire Pressure Sensors on the rear driver's side tire. They tried to charge him $165.00 to fix a part they themselves broke. Terrible "local shop" that will break parts off your car and charge you to fix it. I will be filing a complaint with the DMV for JNM Automotive LLC and I hope they will lose their license to operate.---End original review---

Went there to fix a exhaust flex pipe tried to charge me for new pipe for 700 dollars, went to flushing they repaired it for 80 bucks without replacing it. Stay away they r crooks

Be careful here went to see how much to change my radiator and radiator support (which is plastic) the guy told me it would take 2 days and he needs his body guy to look at it because the frame is bent while he was looking at the plastic broken support and quoted me $450 minimum for labor... I bought the parts and with the help of my father in law we did the job in 4 hours and there was absolutely no frame damage like I told him just the broken plastic support.

BEWARE THIS SHOP IS INFESTED OF SCAMMERS ESPECIALLY OF WOMEN! The middle eastern looking guy in charge failed a near new brake rotor and likes to add on extra parts after the agreed price! We got into a cursing match when confronted. Come and your own risk! does the photo look like a grooved and rusted rotor? Where the hell did you get your ASE cert?

Had a friend refer me here after getting some work done himself in the past. My car wouldn't start, so I had called and Sunny recommended a tow company and once I got there. All problems parts were replaced that day (starter and alternator). All is well. Thanks!
