We were riding at Tug Hill and broke the eyelet off my center shock. I called Hygear and they had a replacement in stock. Being 2 hours away, I wouldn't make in time. However I was able to pay over the phone and they offered to leave it out for me. We made the drive to grab the shock. It was even professionally boxed up with my name on it. Got back to our base and swapped it in. Made my weekend. You have a customer for life.

I have a 2018 Can-Am Outlander 1000xmr with fox racing shocks. one of my rear shocks started leaking and I found Hygear Suspension through a Google Search. I ordered their their box and shipping label - best $25 I have spent in a while. a few days later the box with instructions showed up - removed my rear shocks, packaged them and sent them back. I received an email with photos of my shocks when they received them and a couple days later an estimate for the repairs. Once I approved the repairs the shocks were shipped back to me rebuilt. I received my rebuilt shocks yesterday evening and am extremely pleased with them. I was surprised their team sent back the parts that were bad for me to see - that is a great idea!!! I already installed them this morning and they look and act like new. I really appreciate your team's fast response and quality of service / repairs. I will definitely recommend you to anyone I come across!!

Had Shocks serviced and setup for new sled/chasis. Received Shocks, they look brand new, and bolted right in. Definitely recommend. Great Company to work with!

I recently had a shock rebuilt by another tech/business that failed and decided to send it to Hygear. When informed of the price to repair it I lost my cool with Dave, not knowing the extent of the repairs needed. Dave supplied photos to explain what was done by the previous rebuilder. Dave never lost his composure or denied resolving my problems with the shock. I was informed it had been damaged by the previous rebuilder and inferior parts were used along with an overlooked issue with the shock rod. Would recommend them to anyone that wants their shock rebuilt by professionals as not everyone does the same quality work!

I cannot thank the personal at Hygear enough. 1 week from going on our annual 1300 mile "Loop the Yoop" in the UP of Michigan I realized that my my front shock in my skid frame was broken. I contacted Hygear and ordered both shocks for my 2017 Arctic Cat XF9000 and they had me a new set to go on the trip. For a 300 lb man the ride was excellent. If your a big man and want shocks to give you the ride you desire, this is the place. Thanks again Hygear you saved my vacation.

First time ordering anything from these guys. Order took a little longer than expected (not their fault, they were waiting on materials). I needed it for a specific date, they called me up and offered to ship via 1 day to make my deadline. Great customer service. Will be using them for suspension components and shock rebuilds in the future.

The people at Hygear are very professional, courteous and super fast at what they do. I shipped them a 30 year old discontinued yamaha warrior rear shock, they rebuilt it like new, little pricey but the speed and quality out way the cost, I'm very happy. Every aspect of my interaction with Hygear was pleasant, I will absolutely continue business with them. ref#51229 02/25/2021

We had all 4 of the shocks rebuild and upgraded. My son said the sled is handling better than it ever has. We will be shipping shocks from our other sled as soon as the season is over.

buyer be ware! i ordered a part and asked for it to be shipped on my ups acct for broker reasons, they said yes sure just buy it and we'll credit you back and they did not also they said they shipped by mail to save to the border fees. when the part arrived the mail man wanted another 21.00 dollars and i refused the part now i'm out 241.74 usd and have no parts. the customer service is a pure joke. i will never be back.

Excellent work. Complete attention to my needs. Shocks are dyno after assembly. They have my history from previous work. I'll have them do my shocks in the future. I have recommended them to friends.

Once you have hygear put the dual rate springs on your shocks and set them all up your snowmobile will ride and handle like a Cadillac just night and day from stock

I called Hygear suspension for an upgrade spring for my Ski Doo center shock, they were happy to offer help and they did mail it same day (I was lucky and live in NY so I was able to get it the next day) Their twisted spring is a lot better spring than Ski Doo uses (weird square spring) .I would recommend anyone need a "SMALL BLACK" spring (ski doo named) skip ski doo OEM and call Hygear..
