Its always unfortunate when you have to go through a repair for an accident. However, Cathy was wonderful in making the process painless and effortless. Work quality was exceptional, turn around time was fast, and whenever I was curious about an update with the car; I would coincidently receive a text message regarding progress. That was a nice touch for those of us who have busy schedules, and are trying to plan when we will have to make time to pick up the car when it is ready.Paint is spot on and you would never know there was any damage.Highly recommend Venture for their honest service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Venture Auto Body is AMAZING. Cathy goes above and beyond to help you and ease your worries in the process. She doesn t treat you like a regular customer she treats you like family. Her and her team did an amazing job on my car yet again. If you want something done right and fast and worry free, then this is the place to go. Thank you once again on an AMAZING job!!

I'm my life I have never met such a more beautiful lady, inside and out..Cathy; the owner of Venture took control from day one and didn't abandon me for a second! She handled everything (messy situation) from A-Z.The work that she did on my truck is IMPECCABLE! It looks better than the day I got it from the dealer!The entire staff (ermaine) are just so eager to help and the work they do is the absolute BEST!Cathy; you made a friend for life and I appreciate all that you've done for me. Leading the front is Cathy, who is vastly knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and most importantly; honest and fair. She has made it easy & painless as possible assisting me through claims processes, gone above and beyond my high expectations. The Venture team is detail oriented, use good/original parts and materials; returning my car every time to its original beauty. I went to Venture Auto Body after I was in a car accident. This was my first time using this auto body shop. Cathy worked with me every step of the way and kept me abreast of each process/change with the car. She was very easy to speak to but I truly appreciate the quality of customer service she provided. Making sure the customer is happy and well taken care of during this time is a high priority. I highly recommend their services.

I took my car to Venture Auto Body on the recommendation of my sister. They did such a beautiful job on her car, and for a fair price, that I let them work on my car. Again, another gorgeous job! My 8 year old car has been given a makeover and looks like a brand new car! I could not be happier with Cathy and her crew, and have been recommending them all over town. By the way, I live in Brooklyn, NY and their business is in Freeport, NY, but they were that good that they made it well worth the trip! Thanks, Venture!Service: Body & Trim

Hi! I don't often right reviews good or bad (Maybe I Should!) but I have to tell you that Venture Auto Body was absolutely great! Cathy was a gem! Helped us through the whole process and made the experience a pleasure! When we got back our car, it looked brand new! I would highly recommend them for any body work you may need! Amazing and beyond helpful in everyday, to being informed with rental cars and handling everything to the point where I dropped my car off, got picked up from rental car company, dropped rental car off at shop where my truck is done and drove away. One of the best experiences I have ever had at an auto body shop. I wanted to stay local with my repair and Venture has been in business longer than I have been a Freeport resident of 15 years. Kathy (the owner) is pleasure to deal with and thier work is exceptional with a reasonable price to match. Venture went the extra mile from beginning to end. I couldnt be more pleased with my choice of body shop.

We had a most wonderful experience with Venture Autobody in Freeport after our accident. Cathy couldn t have more helpful with everything. From calming my wife down after the accident, and then explaining how everything was going to work out. We very highly recommend Cathy and Venture Auto Body in Freeport for any autobody needs. Everything was taken care of for me. I just had to show up. The rental was ready for me, the service was honest and very personable. Not to mention the work done to my car was like it never got hit. I highly recommend and will be returning if I ever need to.
