I have to thank Tracey big time. She definitely went out of her way for me in many regards from getting me a loaner to her and the technician find the issue with my mini fixing it and also fixing another issue that was noticed. I really hope I continue to get great service from you guys.Thanks again Tracey!

When your service advisor, Tracey Geraci, tells you that you need $10,000 worth of "necessary" repairs, and passes the vehicle for NYS inspection with torn wiper blades, it's time to go elsewhere.

This is my go to for my Mini and I appreciate their service. I m very appreciative of their communication via text, the facilities, the customer service and location is right off the highway which is nice. Only constructive feedback is I wish sometimes communication was more clear, proactive and detailed so the back and forth was not required however all in all still a good experience at Mini of Freeport.

I gave one star just because I can t give 0. It took 4 hours and half just only to change engine oil. They broke the passenger grab handle and didn t let me know but I noticed it later when It fell down.
