Love coming to this Mavis!! They re the best one in Nassau County by far!! Between Booker, Tony and managers Cassie and Eric, they always take care of me super fast and they re so reliable!! Always fair with their prices which is why everyone goes to them!! Definitely recommended !!

WARNING!! Don't trust them. ((*PROOF OF SERVICE RECEIPT IN PICS*))Updated complaint: watched real mechanic diagnosis problem and put piece that mavis lost back in my car with my own eyes up close and the engine light is gone. $28 for part and 60 for labor and im good. I feel sorry for anyone going to freeport Mavis.First complaint: They lost part of my Oil Filter housing cover while they were doing an oil change on my car and it started a bunch of engine issues. They also refused to take responsibility for it. The store manager Eric is very unprofessional and makes up random stuff about certain cars, Mercedes Benz , when he knows nothing about high end cars. Eric lied and said he was there for the job on my car, but he forget that he told me he was at physical therapy during that time. He also forgot that I waited for my car. 1) They didn't put enough oil in my car so the oil warning came on so I had to go back to them .2) The engine light came on as soon as I left so I had to go back to them again. 3) They don't have Knowledgeable staff on site and they don't have proper equipment at the store so I had to drive to two different locations to get the engine light reset because according to a female worker who was not a mechanic, " nothing was wrong with my car." 4) Eric put the oil change under a different car of mine which shows a lack of attention to detail and he got mad when i asked him to correct it. He started saying he wasn't a robot and yelling that im nitpicking. I guess putting work done on wrong cars is normal here. 5) Eric is like a ticking time bomb over the phone yelling when he gets frustrated which shows he has no customer service training. He will get mad at you for him and his workers mistakes. I'll definitely see them in small claims court if I find out further damage was done to my vehicle as a result of their work.Stay for away!! Listed pic 1 is missing the $28 housing piece with rings that goes in middle of filter. Pic 2 is the piece i had buy. Pic 3 they got my rug dirty. ***Pic 4 proof of receipt so you'll can't say it's a lie*** AND CLEAR AS DAY HE PUT MAZDA WHEN WORK WAS DONE ON MY MERCEDESSerious lack of supervision here. I even went back and asked them to check the trash for the part so i wouldn't have to buy it again, absolutely no accountability there. Female worker at desk doesn't know anything, she could of easily looked up the problem just like wantagh Mavis did and saw that both problems are related to said oil change that they did. No effort and pure laziness.Thank you Eric, I definitely won't be back and will spread the word about your shop, "50 Percent Off, 4 hour Oil Change Nightmare" is the name of this true story.*I ALSO HAVE A VIDEO OF WANTAGH MAVIS MANAGER SAYING THAT LOW OIL WILL TRIGGER THE CAM SHAFT ENGINE LIGHT*

I recently visited Mavis tire in freeport, and I was impressed with their excellent service. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect set of tires for my vehicle. The prices were competitive, and they efficiently handled the installation. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the overall experience pleasant. I highly recommend this tire shop for anyone in need of quality tires and professional service. Shout out to Booker and the other staff, they DEFINITELY WORK HARD OVER THERE. Hope your hard work doesn t go unseen

Eric and Crew took care of my mechanical issue in under an hour. He and his courteous staff are on point! If you ever find yourself looking for an oil change, a set of new tires or looking why that pesky engine light is on and you find yourself on Sunrise Highway, look no further than Mavis! First time coming here, gotten a ticket for blown out brake lights & I tried to change them but one side of the screws were stuck and they helped me out very quickly without questioning and didn t charge me at all so the I decided to get a oil change which was also quick. Excellent service

Great prices and friendly staff. I wasn't having the best day when I got out of work and noticed my tire leaked; I stopped in expecting to deal with another headache, and the staff was friendly and patient. They patched my tire and even educated me on how and why I might've damaged it. I left in a better mood than when I arrived. Thanks, Mavis Freeport team, for the fantastic customer service and fair prices!

For all the times that I have been going to Mavis discount tire I have no issue/problem or disappointment in getting my car fixed and serviced all thanks to an amazing young lady named vannie. She s customer friendly, knows what she s doing . I recommend seeing her for your car services and issues. You won t be disappointed.

I urgently needed 2 new tires for my truck because I was driving with a spare and one that was no good going flat as I pulled in close to closing time. They were really accommodating, super friendly and compassionate and tried as hard as they could to find me 2 new tires I could afford. Excellent service!

Went to this location when traveling for a wedding in September 2023. I was greeted by a sweet young lady named Cassie. She was very knowledgeable and even did what she could to save me time and money! She even gave my son a coloring book and colored pencil which helped occupy my son during the repair! 5 stars in service . Will be back when in the area.

I had the best experience at any Mavis I've ever been to while I was there last week. I needed a tire, and of course it was at the worst time ever! Erik and his staff were amazing, they understood I was a little crazy and pressed for time. Service was quick and efficient. Will definitely be back!

The Mavis Freeport location delivers outstanding service! I am from out of town and showed up with no appointment due to some issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. The young lady Drita was very thorough and thoughtful and figured out the best way to get me back on my way home. She was very informative and professional, such a class act. If you re in the Freeport area or the surrounding areas and you have any automotive service needs stop by this location.

Eric and his team was great they got me in and out in no time. The only thing I don t appreciate is that there s 1 costumer that was there, he was upset because he couldn t get his was and now he s constantly harassing the people who works in mavis through reviews.

Come on down to the shop Eric is one of the best out here! I bring my cars down to get the maintenance done at a very reasonable price and depending on the job, they re always good with timing. Bring your vehicles down to Mavis, and leave with a smile!

So im a loyal customer to this location and im never disappointed when I get a service done. I noticed a new touch Cassie made the front desk warm and welcoming. My oil change only took 30 mins which is super quick compare to any other locations. Very friendly and the price is always right especially in this economy.

This is one of the best Mavis is I have ever been to eric is the man! Set my wife in there because she caught a flat and he took care of it no problem and on top of that made her feel comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!

Freeport Mavis was the best service I ve ever received!!! Cassie and booker truly deserve a raise!!! My man Kurt hooked me up with an oil change and I was out of there like it was jiffy lube. GO THERE NOW!!!

I went to the Freeport Mavis tire location to get 4 new tires yesterday morning and the service was awesome and fast the receptionist was very sweet and polite. They also checked my front brakes and brake pads and noticed that they were going low and suggested that I should change them and they gave me the quote beforehand. I love how my car feels driving with the new tires.Thank you Mavis Freeport

Both Cassie and Eric were great I had to go my doctors due to a serious illness and they accommodated me quickly show me what needed to be done and took care of it with no issues drove out of there very happy I hope they stay there this is the best manager team I've seen yet keep up the good work Mavis

Wanna talk about quick service? Caught a flat tire and Eric took care of the situation in 15 mins. A+++ service and quickness. Definitely reccomend for anyone in Freeport!

Nathan went above and beyond to help my mom out today, he was so kind, honest, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend coming to this location you wont regret it. Thank you Nathan and also Kurt for treating my mom so good after her bad experience at another auto repair shop.
