This is my first and definitely my last time going to their service department. Called the Service Department to program a new key fob for my car. Over the phone, I asked what I needed to bring and how much it would cost. They told me it was around $150 + tax and all I needed was my key fob and car title. Went in for my appointment. They said it would cost me an additional $200 an hour to work on it and that it would take 4 hours. I was also not aware I had to bring my car, I thought I only needed the key fob since it was my first time and did not receive any of that information over the phone. I never wanted to leave so fast. I looked up on google how long it takes to program a new key fob, google said 15-30 mins, an hour tops. Ended up finding someone that could do it for me for $50 and he did it in 30-40 mins. He also came to my home to do it for me. I don t know if they were trying to run my pockets or their workers just take that long to work a 15-30 min job, but I am more than grateful I did not pay $1000+ to wait 4 hours to program 1 key.

Came in for servicing and the car and text messages recommended. After waiting an hour and a half they said they just received my info, whole time servicing others that came after me. They had told me no work was done on the vehicle and said I didn't need servicing. Regardless of all their staff being an uninformed mess, my lease is at 16,000 miles and only got serviced once. I paid for servicing but I guess they try to deliver the bare minimum. I just hope there are no issues with my car because they don't want to maintence cars properly

His service recovery efforts for addressing a mixup resulting in a much longer wait than anticipated really made us feel like we mattered. Came in for 5k service. They unplugg my dashcam and kept messing with it. Took my car for a joyride and didnt even rotate my tires. Everytime my dashcam came on they kept pressing all the buttons. Service I receive said adjusted floor matts? Ridiculous

Lexus of Freeport really took care of me and my car. The service provided was professional and courteous. I was pleased with the state of the art new site and all amenities offered to their clients. Providing coffee, tea, water, and snacks helps to pass the time while waiting for the expert to do their jobs. I did seek service for my car in Brooklyn for two years, but found their service was not compatible with what I experienced in Long Island. Oh yes, It's a long drive, but it's certainly worth it. My car is running fine thus far, and I am happy!
