Our first luxury vehicle and Lexus, Carlos our sales person helped us through the purchase process and helped arrange car transport because we are out of state. We flew to the dealership in NY and he was kind to pick us up at airport. He took time to inspect car with us and later set programming in the car for both drivers. Terrance the finance manager had already sent us the paperwork with numbers so we could review it before our visit. The whole process from start to finish was transparent and seamless. This dealership has a great sales team, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership!

Great experience at Lexus of Freeport. Max and Terrence were amazing to work with. They were both knowledge and patient. Max went out of his way to make sure everything went super smooth and he showed us every detail of the car. Highly recommended! Thank you again!

Very good experience with Lexus Service Department. As soon as I arrived I was greeted promptly and sent to Joseph Day, one of the many fine Service Advisors Lexus has. He went through all the maintenance items my car needed and directed me to the loaner department, where I picked up a vehicle to drive while they worked on mine. I picked up my car the next day when all my service items were addressed. I would gladly recommend Lexus as a fine choice if you re looking for a luxury vehicle.

I bought my car a few months back, Amazing dealership was looking for an is300 at many Lexus dealers but wasn t treated right..I highly recommend it. Easy to work with and was very satisfied.. thanks again Jeffrey

At first I was really upset with the way things were being handled. After an hour of finding the right common ground, things started to get better. Joseph and his team did all they could to make sure I left happy and satisfied. Their main focus was making sure I felt safe and secure as well as happy and satisfied with my decision. It wasn't all about making a dollar off of me, to some you'd think it's business as usual, but not with Joseph and his team. They put my concerns first and devoted ample time to making sure I left no stone unturned. I came in upset and left happy. It felt great knowing I was getting the best deal possible for my trade in. Would recommend to all future prospects searching for the right vehicle with a great team. I'll surely be a customer for life. Thanks Joseph and all the staff at Lexus of Freeport!

Felicia is the best! She really walked me through the entire process and made sure I got the best customer service ever! I love that she got to know me and my car needs!The waiting room is so clean! My buying experience at Lexus of Freeport with Veronica was one of the best auto buying experiences I have ever had. Her style is low key and friendly. I appreciate the effort that she made to make it pleasant for me. I picked up my new Lexus yesterday. It was another great experience. Veronica took the time I needed to go over the many features in my new SUV. She even put a big bow on the hood so I could get a super picture.

Avery Arias helped me from the moment I walked in the door until I drove the car out of the showroom. During the process, I also met the GM, Marc Rosenfeld who was a pleasure to speak with. Avery was extremely professional and actually made this experience quick, painless and enjoyable. Had a great experience with the Freeport office. I had my own bank they held the car and offered me the appropriate time i needed to get everything in order. They were also able to negotiate with me to get everything to fall right where i want to in my budget. Very happy with my buy! Go see Veronica.

Jonathan is the best car salesman I ever had to deal with. He is honest and genuinely is excited for you when you pick up your vehicle for the first time. He goes above and beyond. I leased 3 cars in a row so far with him as he makes the process easy and fair.

I had a great experience with everyone I met at Lexus of Freeport. Incredibly courteous with no pressure at any time from anyone(which I hate!!) My salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable about the car I wanted and even though I already had an RX350 he gave me additional information I had no idea of! The finance officer also, no pressure to buy any additional add ons. Very pleased with the dealership and the people. In closing, you can t go wrong with a Lexus. Our third one and still never had a problem!!

Bad experience. Not satisfied at all. I took my car for a recall and they did a 15.000 miles service my car don t even have the miles yet and I got charged $326.70. Mr Diego had a bad attitude and was pushing me to take the car out as soon is posible.

Thank you, Carlos.I am a retired Marine and a small business owner. Since my business is new, I can t report it as income so I have difficulty getting large purchases financed off my pension alone.Before Lexus of Freeport, I applied for financing through Burdick Lexus (near my home) and Bobby Rahal Lexus in Pennsylvania Both said no, after many credit attempts. Lexus of Freeport was my last effort after several weeks of denials.After a day and a half I called Carlos, frustrated, and told him I m giving up. Stop trying for financing. His response was, but I got you approved. When I realized he wasn t joking, I said, Yeah, but under what terms? He said, the terms YOU asked for. I drove 600 miles, round trip, to pick up my 2023 IS 500 F Sport yesterday and now I intend to go to them for my next vehicle, even though there is a Lexus dealer ten miles from my house.Carlos was great, the management team were great, the financing manager was great. Carlos and several other sales persons even helped my load my car on a trailer. I, however, was difficult. Yet they pushed forward and got the deal I asked for, to the letter. Thank you all for my beautiful new car.

Probably the best experience I've had at a dealership. They explain everything in detail and they don't pressure you into getting anything. You truly get a customer's experience. My man Rigaud is the best. Also look for finance manager Freddy. Just overall easy to deal with.

My experience at Lexus of Freeport is always awesome. I had an appointment this past Saturday. My service advisor was Jon. He was very knowledgeable, patient, kind, understanding and very thorough. Treats you with respect. He is just a great guy to work with. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Please visit Lexus of Freeport, you won t regret it.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Lexus Freeport. Our salesperson, Mr.Vivian Midgley went above and beyond to ensure that I left satisfied with my new 2024 NX 350h. By far, Vivian is the most compassionate salesperson I have ever encountered. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Vivian for helping us and ensuring that I was entirely satisfied with the conditions of my agreement. He took the time to make sure every question got answered and provided a detailed over view of the features of the car before we left the dealership. Mr. Midgley we are extremely grateful for all that you have done. Thank You!

Found a vehicle here that I could not find elsewhere in the area. Dawn was an excellent sales person and navigated us through the sales process very efficiently. Terrance in F&I was very good as well. Gave us a reasonable amount for our trade-in.Downsides:They initially added a certification fee of $2,495. They removed it at our request.Test drives in the area don't include the highway.The lot was packed and hard to find a spot to park. Tough to get vehicles in and out.Upsides:Good price.Efficient sales process.They didn't waste our time.In and out with a new vehicle in three hours.Overall, very happy with the experience at Freeport of Lexus. Would visit and buy from again.

Shen was amazing very informative patient and understanding. Typically when buying a car you might feel pressured and rushed. I never once felt any of that during my process at all. I was honestly in and out, I told Shen exactly what I wanted and he delivered exactly that. Joe was very welcoming, amazing straight forward and blunt, which I really appreciated and needed. They both made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision to purchase my brand new 2023 RX350 premium plus.

They did an excellent job. Very efficient and professional. I like that they sent a video to show them checking my breaks showing me how many millimeters they measured at. This also makes them more trustworthy than most dealers.

I made a spontaneous decision to upgrade from my old 2012 vehicle last week. Met Jeffrey Peralta, who helped me select a vehicle. I was blown away with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the different packages that Lexus was currently offering. Felt like I had known him for years. Really knowledgeable and straight down to earth, stand up guy. I ll definitely be recommending friends and family to him in the future. Kudos to the rest of team at Lexus of Freeport.
