TERRIBLE SERVICE! Every year there is something wrong with my vehicle although it was brand new from this dealer. The wheel bearing went out the first few months of me owning the vehicle & AGAIN the second year. Both times they had my car for over a month for a WHEEL BEARING. The service department gave me such a difficult time to give me a loaner car every time there s something wrong with the faulty car the sold me. My car is back at Land Rover once again this year because the key magically became deactivated and the battery for the car died leaving me stranded. My vehicle had to be towed in, and I was not offered an Uber/lyft although that s what s advertised when you call. Do NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE!!! There s absolutely nothing luxury about this dealer

Sheena Aviles is the best. She s very pleasant helpful patient and takes the time out to offer excellent service. She stayed in connect throughout a recent mishap I had and never gave up until my issue was resolved. I recognize her as my Land Rover champion and she s deserving of any promotion or elevation now or future. Love you Sheena.

Sheena and Daniel are nothing short of amazing with their attentiveness and service at Land Rover Freeport! Not only were they able to squeeze me in for a quick tire replacement, but they spent the time to thoroughly explain and assist me through the entire process - making it quick, easy, and super helpful! They even took some extra time to overall assess the vehicle as well! This was by far my best service experience, and I would recommend to anyone! Sheena Aviles is my favorite service consultant at Jaguar Land Rover Freeport. I came in for a tire repair. Sheena made it a smooth and easy process. It took less time than I expected. Sheena is kind, professional and well versed. She was able to answer every question I had in regard to my car with no problem. I ll definitely be back to see her the next time I come in to get my car serviced.Service: Tires

Land rover Freeport tries very hard to please their customers. Its rare that they do not attempt to remedy anything wrong. Most of the associates are friendly. It just takes a while to secure an appointment especially if you wish to obtain a loaner. My vehicle was ready in about 3 days although I'm not completely happy about my wheel alignment. I am waiting for a response now so stay tuned!So I was called by Mrs Donna and took the vehicle for the check of the alignment. Unfortunately this visit. Cost me more than the service. I had 900 dollars in cash that apparently fell out of my pocket in between the seats. I realized and immediately ran to the vehicle which was still in the bay. I looked and found 100 dollars (5 20's) and reported it to the adviser (Sam). That fast the 8 100 dollar bills were gone. So a word to the wise. If you take your vehicle check twice as your valuables can disappear. I sent an email, but haven't heard from anyone. In this climate for people to take what doesn't belong to them is so unfortunate.

Very professional service. Treated me with courtesy and respect. Never going to the Huntington location ever again. You have to come here to Freeport where they treat you like the valued customer you are! Thank you Sheena Aviles for taking care of me and my vehicle. Had a few issues with my Range Rover Velar and brought it in for service. Jim Tudor, my service rep made my first experience very easy. He was extremely helpful, professional and offered wonderful customer service which I appreciated. My car was ready same day. The Land Rover/Jaguar Freeport service department is great! Sheena is usually the service representative I go to & she always helps me out in every way possible. The service department is very professional and they always find the issue and fix it. Fantastic service done at this location, had roof rails mounted at this location, I made the mistake of not ordering one of the parts, but they took care of it by ordering the part nda giving me a loaner vehicle. The staff is great and gave updates day by day, especially my service advisor Jim Tudor who did an amazing job of making sure all my needs were taken care of. Overall, high quality work, took care of all my issues, and I'll be coming here in the future for all my needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

The wait was long but that's expected. Jim was really helpful. He personally came to find me in the waiting area after the service was finished, so I didn't have to loiter around in hopes of trying to figure out when the car would come out. Andrew, my service agent was great and helped get an unusual part required for my service. When there was a delay in getting the part he kept me updated on the arrival of the part and the service. The service here is excellent they repair what you want them to repair and if you have questions they have the answers that you need to help you decide what you want repaired on your car.
