Been servicing my trucks here for years. Repairs are never cheap on heavy duty trucks but I feel like I can trust them. Would definitely recommend!

Have been using JJ Miles to service our personal and work vehicles for quite some time now. Honest, reliable, professional and super accommodating. Coming from a family of mechanics its hard to find someone to trust in the industry and these guys are simply the best!!

I bring my Class C motorhome to JJ Miles for anything that needs to be done and yearly inspections. They get me in and out pretty fast. Find their prices to be fair and they are good people. I'd trust this shop before I did any Ford dealer. Piece of mind having them in my area.

I called about getting my f-550 super diesel looked at because it wasn't running well and needed an inspection. When they called me up that my truck was done they told me they don't do that type of work on trucks and they changed some light bulbs and wanted to charge me $600 for the inspection and bulbs. When I asked him why they didn't call to tell me what they were going to do they told me they'll take the bulbs out and scrape the sticker off. We negotiated to $400. They did work under my dashboard and now my reverse camera does not work. They said they would look at it but you're going to charge me for. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It is so hard to find a repair center that will perform a safety inspection on my 1991 P30 chassis motorhome. I was glad I found J&J Miles. After booking an appointment, I arrived and was taken care of in less than a hour. I experienced very nice customer service.

I needed an oil change and an inspection on my car. Almost every autobody shop I have gone to has robbed me when an inspection is needed. Telling me I need this or that or I won't pass inspection. Meanwhile my cars are leased and brand new. JJ Miles didn't take advantage of me and didn't break the bank! Will use again and recommend!

I know a lot of people, well I assume a lot of people are worried about getting ripped off from Auto repair shops. But I must say this place was very good they took care of my car problem and then I had another problem they took care of that. They did a very good job in a timely manner. I never compared prices from other places because I didn't feel that I needed to. I will definitely be going back there for my next issue

Driving a Class C RV (mobile home) I had told my punctured dual tire story to, at least, 10 tire repair shops before talking with these guys. JJ Auto immediately said No Problem! I was thrilled and shocked with relief. Trip savers. Thank you for their courteous, friendly, can-do experience. If I lived here, I would use JJ Truck & Auto for all of my vehicles. I had them put a starter in my truck so they took out the old starter put the new starter without side by side test... The new one was way to big and they still installed charged me twice so I'll pay over $200+ to install a starter.......

Vendor never delivered my tires when promised. Had to wait 3 additional days to get my worn tires changed.I was told that my wait time would be 30-45 minutes. It was more than an hour.

DO NOT GO to this place they will take advantage of you and not do the job the rite way so they can charge again twice for the same problem vey sneaky NOT ETHICAL AT ALL STAY AWAY

Drop off a van that won't start one week later I have to pick up and drop off to a different mechanic because they could not find what was wrong.
