Bought a 2023 defender 130 this was the best buying experience no fuss no games just great customer service Steven suydam was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and made me comfortable thru the whole buying experience keeping me updated on progress thru build process if you need or want a land rover ask for him and Jeff in finance was also great I always felt like I was dealing with honest people thru out and that's rare in the car buying industry, thank you jlr freeport for your help loving the defender

Service update was performed with precision. Technician allowed me to come early. Craig was very receptive and communicated extremely well before and during service. Vehicle was ready in less than an hour (prior to estimated time provided) and was fully cleaned. Very speedy service and I was highly pleased.

Craig has been my (Trusted Service Advisor) here at Heritage Jaguar of Freeport for many years. His expertise as well as reliability and courteous service is what I receive with every visit. He takes time to explain in detail all services performed and even alerts me when my vehicle is close to service due dates. Sam Haidary was outstanding. High quality, patient, extremely knowledgeable about Land Rovers and outstanding customer service. He delivers the expected service one should expect when purchasing a vehicle at this price unlike the over the phone representatives and extremely rude and uptight folks at the Great Neck Land Rover dealership. He will go above and beyond to help you out even in a pinch and keeps it real and transparent when it comes to Land Rover and pricing.

This is year 2 for me with jaguar Freeport and I have really enjoyed working with them. Alex Quinterous sold me the car and he was amazing to work with. Craig Landau is my service agent and is also just an amazing guy and super easy to work with. I ve been to this service center twice and I am extremely pleased with the care that I receive here. I have had the pleasure of working with Service Advisor Craig Landau who is awesome!I have noticed too that all of the employees in the service area are genuinely happy which tells me that my hats off to your management team!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They are great when you need emergency service call for example engine light on or oil change but they are worse when you ask or need help with additional issues. I am having issues with by connectivity for over a year now. I took car to them like 4 times and everytime I mentioned the issue. I leave messages for call back but no response. I called jaguar usa for customer service and told them my issue and they said that the service center are the ones who should fix the issue and order new SIM card as old one is not registered properly. 5 star for emergency issues but for technical issues they are not professional at all. No follow ups etc..
