From Tom s keen eye and words of wisdom, to Krystal turning back after work to assist me when I first showed up for an estimate, I knew I was at the right place. The facility was clean and well maintained. TJ communicated with me and was extremely helpful and professional in assisting me throughout the entire process. I appreciated the frequent updates on the progress of my car. My vehicle was delivered on time as promised. Importantly I was extremely pleased with the work that was completed. The delivery process was quick and easy. I found the pricing to be fair. If ever anyone is in the unfortunate situation of needing car repairs, Freeport Collision would be the go to for professionalism, fair pricing, quality work and customer service.

Brought my car here after someone scratched up my bumper. Got my car back sooner than they said I would and much cleaner than when I dropped it off.I left a review on carwise and I complained about a minor issue.. they called me a day later to address my complaint and rectified the issue.Overall, I received outstanding customer service and I would not hesitate to give them my business again.Service: Painting

Freeport Collision repaired my car very fast. It actually took less time than the expected time they first mentioned. They did a very good job, my car looks just like it was before the accident. I truly recommend them. The staff is very friendly and are always there if you have any question or concern.

I got my car fixed here after a minor accident. The staff is very kind and did a great job with my car. One of the bolts holding my bumper came off and they fixed it promptly and quickly with no issues. They did a great job and provide great customer service even after they fixed it the first time. I m very happy and highly recommend.

My car has been repaired at this shop 3 times (apparently I am a magnet for getting hit at red lights) and each time was exceptional! The customer service is top notch and TJ and his team are excellent! The car comes back looking brand new and everything is done in a very timely manner. Had a very bad accident and my BMW X3 needed extensive work. Freeport Collision did a great job of restoring the car back to new. They did it in record time and maintained good communication throughout.

If I can give this shop more then 5 stars I would! I ve used other shops in the past but I ve never received the quality that I received from Freeport Collision. Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Amazing communication with me, enterprise, and my insurance company. I waited maybe 5 to 10 minutes for enterprise to arrive because the minute I entered the shop the lady got on the phone with enterprise to come pick me up. The man I spoke to also explained the process and everything that would be done to my car while answering all questions I had. That s what you call AMAZING service! Now let s talk about my car. Not only did they do an excellent job fixing it, but they also cleaned it beautifully and had it ready way sooner then I expected. Thank you Freeport Collision!! I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Excellent service, took my car in for bumper damage and they started working same day. They paint matched perfectly and got my car back super fast, best part i arrived to a freshly washed car in and out service like that is rare. More than satisfied.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while - these guys did an amazing job! I actually got into an accident during the height of the pandemic. When they found out I was working as an RN they were so supportive and so accomodating which really touched my heart. On top of that the work is all the way top tier. When I tell you the car was perfect. No aftermarket parts or anything like that. You couldn't tell it had been in a pretty bad collision. Ask me how I know: my car was a lease and when I returned it, they only charged me for a worn out tire lol. Go to them with confidence, they will take good care of you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Freeport Collision is probably the best body shop I have ever had the pleasure of working with.I took my 2016 Maxima to their body shop after somebody ran into the rear bumper of my parked car. The staff is extraordinary; friendly, personable, and professional. I was kept up to date regarding the progress of my car from start to finish via text. The job was done quickly and my car looks absolutely brand new. I went to pick up my car today and it was cleaned inside and out and waiting for me right in front of Freeport Collision.I cannot recommend Freeport Collision enough to ANYONE looking to have their car taken care of no matter where you're from. Luckily I live close by but they are worth the drive if you don't. If I could give them fifty stars instead of five I would.Thanks so much to all the staff at Freeport Collision. Listen when I tell you Freeport Collision is the best!!! Whether you're talking to TJ, Tim or Nicole, they are pleasant and don't want to bleed your pockets. They give you their honest opinions with multiple recommendations, so you can make the right decision for yourself. I highly recommend them. They had to fix my car and it came back to me like new!!! They work for you and not the insurance company!! I'm and very pleased with their service and professionalism. Freeport Collision should ALWAYS be your first choice...its mine!!! Great job guys!!! I'll edit and add photos when my car is not covered with snow lol.

I choose Freeport Collision because of its proximity to where I live, it was also one of the companies my insurance company recommended. The office is clean and inviting, and Matt was wonderful. They repaired my vehicle for the price quoted and it was ready by the time promised.They called and updated me when they said they would. Since I lived nearby, they brought my vehicle home to me.Exceptional service.
