The service here was outstanding. My advisor Edward Wohlers was very helpful he got me in and out. The technician did a full inspection of my car very quick and effectively. I would definitely bring my car back here. The service was impeccable.

Incredible service. Car was flat bedded Sunday night due to pothole damage and Monday morning my service advisor was on it. Beautiful new loaner and car done in 48 hours. First class by Oscar Reyes my service provider.

Jonathan Munoz was my service guy on March 26th. That gentleman provided top notch service that was truly emblematic of the BMW brand. He was a clear communicator. He identified my concerns and made a recommendation on an additional service. Then proceed to put my service needs in motion. He facilitated a drop off for me to my office via a truly professional driver. Then at the end of my work day he sent me a text that my vehicle was ready. When I replied "pickup needed". Literally, 3 minutes later I got a message my Uber from BMW is 2 minutes from my location. I thought that Uber pickup was a really nice touch it eliminated the wait and got me back to the service center immediately. Then I went to Jonathan Munoz and he gave me my invoice with no surprises, I paid at the cashier, and drove off in a freshly service and courtesy washed vehicle. Thank you BMW.

This review speaks to highlight the service advisor David Silverglad, who is always outstanding with his clients. He does an excellent job communicating and giving updates on the status of your vehicle as well as maintaining great courtesy and professionalism. Freeport management please take note of this as I have been to many dealerships for service on my vehicles but no one outshines David.

Save urself the headache, drive out East and go somewhere that will actually value your business. After buying not 1 but 2 cars from this dealership, my coolant tank was cracked and the car was not drivable, they tell me we can t give you a loaner there is nothing we can do to help you. I told the manager I was going to have to bring my business to another BMW dealership where my business was valued, and he told me no problem go ahead. Safe to say my next BMW will not be purchased from this place, and any referral I ever have moving forward will be sent elsewhere. Just wanted to write this so future customers can have a real idea of how their business is valued in this establishment.

It is the worse BMW service received last week. I don't recommend using this place to do any service. They are unprofessional technicians and have zero quality control over any service.Here is what happened in this place.1) My car didn't start and it was towed to the dealer. Joseph Pagan a BMW Advisor put my car on hold for two weeks. Until I communicate with Yamilett Basantes a Service Manager and she takes action to fix the delay...Unacceptable that a customer has to wait two weeks to replace a starter.2) First, the service bill was extremely high without reason. They charged $2,900 and I didn't accept it. Then, review and changed to $2,1003) I have to wait another week to finish the service. I pick up the car. Then, I feel the suspension has a vibration at 45 miles/hour when I was driving home. I called Joseph Pagan a BMW Advisor twice over the weekend. But no answers. I did a visual inspection of my car and I found a missing transmission cover and BMW caps on the two tires. I can't understand how it happened at the BMW dealer.4) I come back to the dealer on Monday. Then I have to wait four hours to fix suspension problems left from the initial service to replace started. The transmission cover was trow away by the technician. It was unprecedented action without authorization.5) I have to wait another week to receive the part and install it.Now, you can see how frustrating my visit was and how the dealer didn't fix the problem on time and they didn't apologize or compensation for the delay and incorrect actions. I am waiting for some answers from the dealer about my request or I will escalate this complaint...DON'T USE THIS DEALER !!!!

I recently had the misfortune of visiting the BMW of Freeport Service Department, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From start to finish, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this establishment. Allow me to share my grievances in detail.I brought my car to them in November for an oil change and an air bag issue. Within 24 hours I had $9,000 in so called needed repairs. I had an oil pan and gasket leak, a broken rim, filter issues, etc. I agreed to the repairs since they re supposedly the experts. Unfortunately, some of the repairs couldn t be done at the time as some of the parts were back ordered. I brought my car back to the service center the first week of January to finish the repairs. Two days later I get a call that my control module has failed, and even though their technician caused the module to crash, their service contract states that if something fails while they re servicing your car, the onus is on the owner of the car. That s not even the worst news. Turns out the control module is specific to each BMW, and the part is manufactured in Germany. To make matters worse, the turnaround time for my vehicle was much longer than initially promised. The delays and lack of communication regarding the progress of the repairs were highly unprofessional. It seemed as though they had no regard for the inconvenience caused to their customers and were indifferent to meeting their commitments. I was told I d have my car back by the end of that first week in January, but it took them 5 months to get the part, and return the car to me. They gave me the car with tape residue all over the car, and 24 hours later every warning light was on. I dropped the car back at the service center and finally got it back a few days later with the warning lights cleared and the tape residue gone. Lastly, the inside of the car had dirty fingerprints on the seats, headrest, and door.In addition to the poor quality of service, the prices at BMW of Freeport Service Department were exorbitant. I was shocked by the inflated costs for the repairs and maintenance performed on my vehicle. It felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of customers' lack of knowledge in automotive matters. The lack of transparency regarding pricing only added to the overall frustration of the experience.Overall, my experience at BMW of Freeport Service Department was an absolute nightmare. The staff's lack of professionalism, poor quality of service, exorbitant pricing, and disregard for customer satisfaction were utterly disappointing. I strongly advise anyone seeking auto services to steer clear of this establishment and find a reputable and customer-focused service department elsewhere.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection

I don't even know what to say. I brought in my car for a service that they couldn't complete or couldn't figure out. However the service behind my issues and the way they handled it was stellar. I kind of wish my car was fixed but whatever. Will I still go back? Sure. Customer service is everything to me.

Terrible experience and customer service!!! And I have yet to hear back from a service manager after emailing and calling many many times!! The service advisors are really helpful and go beyond to help you out but can t say the same for the other stuff Would not recommend going here!!! My car has been in for the same issues about 7 times and have yet to fix the problem!! They even charged me one visit claiming they changed some seal that would fix the issue and the issue was never fixed!! Note it s a 2022 car I purchased new with 20k miles still under all the factory warranty.

The entire process was marred by unprofessionalism, poor customer service, and questionable business practices, particularly by the service department.The primary issue stemmed from the lack of communication from the service advisor representative, Michael Krelewich. Upon dropping off my vehicle on January 30th, 2024, to address a water leak and a long-awaited door handle replacement, I expected timely updates and transparency. However, the communication was severely lacking.A day after the drop-off, I received a link with a video attachment for my vehicle diagnostics but received no follow-up on the price estimate despite patiently waiting for days. Subsequent attempts to contact Michael resulted in delays and excuses, with promises of callbacks that never materialized. His explanations, including personal issues and workload, failed to justify the lack of communication and transparency expected from a reputable service center.It took until February 15th, 2024, nearly two weeks later, to have a conversation with Michael about the vehicle's issues. Even then, he suggested going through auto insurance for the water leak, leaving me feeling unheard and frustrated by the lack of urgency in addressing my concerns.Furthermore, the delay in fixing the driver's side door handle, with no estimated time of arrival for the replacement part, exacerbated my frustration. Over two weeks without a car passed, highlighting the service center's lack of urgency in resolving the issue promptly.The culmination of my disappointment came when I received a text on February 26th, informing me that my car was ready for pickup. However, the shocking revelation about mold buildup inside the cabin left me baffled and distressed. Upon inspecting my vehicle, I found extensive mold infestation, including on the steering wheel, seats, and carpets, which were also soaking wet. The pristine condition in which I initially brought in my car contrasted sharply with its appalling state upon pickup, raising serious concerns about the service center's negligence.Attempts to address these issues with the service department or a manager proved futile, as my calls went unanswered. Michael's dismissive response about not cleaning the mold due to not fixing the car further underscored the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy exhibited by the dealership.The overall lack of transparency, communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction demonstrated by BMW of Freeport Service Center is unacceptable, especially for a brand known for its premium service standards. The experience left me deeply dissatisfied and disappointed, calling into question the integrity of the dealership.In conclusion, I urge BMW to reevaluate its customer service practices and uphold the standards befitting its prestigious reputation. As a dissatisfied customer, I await a resolution to my concerns and will consider escalating the matter to relevant authorities if necessary. It is imperative for BMW to rectify these issues and restore customer trust and confidence in its service department.

Honestly the only BMW service center I trust with my car, they have great customer service and keep me updated every step of the way. If you ever need anything just ask for Greg he is honestly the best and always takes care of me. I can t recommend this place enough you will never have a bad experience here I promise.

This service center always takes care of me everytime I have an issue. The hospitality is consistent each and everytime. Zain has been my go to service advisor and he is amazing to work with along with all the staff.This specific time I came for a post purchase inspection after I purchased a car from the west coast and had it shipped to this area, I wanted to make sure the car was in tip top shape. They took care of everything from draining the old oil from the previous user to a full camera inspection which I was able to review after everything was said and done.In general I ve had numerous encounters with numerous cars here and I continue to come because of the welcoming experienceThank you guys again for always making sure I m good to go. I ll continue to recommend this service center regardless of which dealer I get the car from.

My car was in for service and my advisor was Joseph pagan he was pretty much no help at all. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks without any information of what was going on. Doesn t communicate with you at all. Not once did he contact me with any information, I called and texted him multiple times and no response. Also called the front disk for information and to speak with a manger multiple times and they tell me they will have them call me by the end of the day and nothing, this went on for a couple days and still haven t heard anything. Don t recommend this location for service, horrible customer service.and they damage my ac consult

Do not. under any circumstances, bring your car here. I dropped my car off for a 9:20am appointment, paperwork wasn t processed for an hour later. I called at 2:04 during a break I had at work to see if my car was done- the woman on the phone said it was not done yet but it will be done obviously before they close (7pm) waiting for me, not a problem I will be there before 7. I get a ride over to this establishment and after about 20 minutes of me waiting for my car they come out and tell me that it s not done. This was a simple OIL CHANGE!!!!!! Over 12 hours?!!! And it s still not done? The loaner vehicle they gave me is not aligned at all to the car being serviced. I have a BMW MX4, the loaner vehicle is a mini copper. So here we are the day after, it is now almost 11:30 AM and my car is still not done although they open at 7 am. Being a business owner in the area my attempts to keeping business local failed. No one has answers for me very time I ask a question either- no one knows anything.I went to Freeport BMW to purchase my car, and the customer service was so horrendous I actually went to bayside BMW to purchase my vehicle.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THE BMW IN FREEPORT AT ALL COSTS. Never again.

My brother took his car in to Hassel BMW of Freeport on Long Island for a PCV valve heater recall replacement and a NYS inspection. When he got the car back and before even driving off the lot, the car's power windows, turn signal lights and hazard lights (which were all working fine when he dropped off the vehicle) suddenly weren't working at all! Hassel BMW refused to fix the issue unless he paid them to and they claimed that the issues were pre-existing. Crooks!

Took my car for a simple update my Bluetooth audio for music was not working . Actually surprised that I even have to write a review like this but I think it's important that it's known how this service department treats their customers. I have a 2017 430xi and when I first came for the first service I had such a great experience and was very satistfied with how the service was handled. The second time I came to the service center - it was for a NYS inspection. The estimated time to wait was between 20m-1hr and I figured it wasn't too long to wait. I waited for over 2 hours for something that should have been in-and-out. I talked to a co-worker about the wait and they told me that I should check my dashcam to see what was going on. I did exactly that and to my dismay it was shown that once my car was taken in- it was parked in a dark indoor lot with no machines around for over an hour and then moved to a different spot in the dark indoor parking lot for an extended period of time. It was then finally taken to the service portion of the center but just to be parked and left until someone changed the sticker. Keep in mind - this is a scheduled appointment. I wasn't a walk-in and they understood that I was waiting in the waiting room for this inspection to be completed.I then had made an appointment online to have my vehicle serviced for the 10k and engine oil change standard servicing. I requested a loaner vehicle and then also messaged the bmw support chat to make sure that a loaner would be made available. I was assured that a loaner would be available and that if it wasn't that a member of the service team would reach out to me that day to reschedule. I didn't recieve a call so I took time from my day to come bring the vehicle for the service to only be told that they do not have any loaners available. They told me that I could wait for the service to be completed but obviously given the way they handled waiting on my last visit - this wasn't a reasonable option. The service manager said there was nothing he could do but reschedule the appointment and that it was not 'his' error because I went through BMW's site and not through them directly... pushing the blame on someone else.In my family we have 2 BMW's from the Freeport location and a Mercedes from the dealerships parent company. Be smarter and take your business elsewhere before it's too late.

This services department is disappointing. I brought my car in and left a credit card and $20 in my middle console. I dropped it off on a Saturday and that Sunday I started receiving charges to that exact credit card. Plus when I picked up my car both credit card and $20 were gone. I called bmw to speak to a manager. I left a message with them and he has yet to call me back. I guess this is normal for them so they don t care.
