They handled everything really well and they fixed our car that had gotten side swiped. It looks like New again! My only criticism is the lack of updates from them between the time I dropped it off and they called to say it was ready. It was there for a while because body work can take sometime and although it was not a big deal I would have liked an update or two along the way. They gave us a packet of papers with many details about the whole job which was very nice to know.Update: same car got broken into. They handled everything beautifully! I know getting parts can take awhile which isn't their fault. They probably get priority on parts If I have problems on my Jeep, I'll probably take it there *knock on wood*

This shop was the worst shop to deal with I bring my bmw car to get fixed for a small hit by the finder and when I went to pickup the car I got multiple cracks on my screen and steering wheel base was unclipped and they refused to take accountability for the damages please be aware of this place they so rude started from the manager and desk people they all rude to me after they mess up my car so bad and refuse to fixed it.

Only 4 stars because of the time it took to get the car back, but the work is a 5/5. The car was dropped off January 24th and was able to pick it up March 28th, mainly due to issue not trying to pay for OEM parts. Was cut off on the highway and had to get the whole driver side replaced and painted and they did a excellent job. Worked with Filippo who made sure to answer any questions I had, their was a small gap between the bumper and hood when I picked it. But went back and was promptly fixed. They also resprayed and polished about 80% off the car to make sure the color match was on point great job.

As a transporter, if a vehicle is not ready for pickup, I swiftly move on to the next available one, thus your bad behavior doesn t matter to me. I only felt sorry for you because you re miserable.I am disgusted by the manager's treatment of his customer, the shipper. The manager was more concerned with taking Joanie's instructions than with resolving issues. I got the manager on the phone with the shipper, but despite the shipper's pleading, the manager showed no concern in resolving issues.Joanie's rude behavior was absurdly nasty. Either she seeks help or she continues to embarrass herself. I wouldn't encourage anyone working with these folks; they're a bunch of jerks.

Be careful freeport BMW collision Service fraud with Consumer and insurance company. Representative give you estimate price after they will charge extra Insurance Company a lot of money. Damage the car parts And they're using old parts, and they claim they're changed and replaced the new parts and if you find out. And you notify them. They give you.All kinda excuses, an explanation. And finally Last statement human error I never recommend anybody to fix their cars. Be careful it's warning.Service: Painting

There is a lady there in charge of lease return,for some reason she is always mad and rude, I returned 2 cars in one month and each time she treats me like I m bothering her by returning my lease !!? fyi I did lease another BMW but it s not a good feeling when you get treated like this just saying

The head manager Tom seems helpful at first told me to get my car there I get my car there then he's telling me it's too much damage you don't want to touch it and he saw pictures of the damage before the car was even there! Heartless completely heartless! No compassion for another person's property! I'd rather take my car somewhere else will they treat you like family and not just a customer! What do you have compassion for your property!

BMW of Freeport Collision Center is a fantastic place to go with your car.Jimmy Milonakis is an absolute pleasure to work with and he kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. This is the benchmark standard for how business should be conducted, especially pertaining to vehicle accident repairs! 5/5 Stars for this shop. They hold the utmost professionalism and they care of you! Fantastic work and thank you for bringing my car back to life!

I took my brand new 2021 Mercedes-Benz to this shop after I got rear ended in an accident. Mr. David Gariglio the Rep at this Collision shop handled my no fault collision case exceptionally beyond my expectations. He carefully negotiated on my behalf every single detail with the Insurance company to make sure everything would be covered and the car would have that showroom sparkle again. I felt as if though I had negotiated myself. The end result was amazing. The car looked exactly as it did the day I picked it up from the dealer. Absolutely flawless workmanship. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. They provide outstanding service and exceptional outstanding work, period.Service: Body & Trim

I went in to have my front bumper replaced on my 2010 BMW 328i this morning. I waited for my car. I arrived at 8:00 am and the technician took my keys at 8:01 and returned my car looking brand new at 9:05!!!!!! The manager was great, the staff at the center was great and the technician was amazing. I hope to never have to bring my car back for a collision repair, but if I did I would come to BMW collision in Freeport first.Their price was the same as all the other NYC area BMW dealers (cheaper than BMW in Manhattan), and the experience was great. I would recommend to anyone.

When I walked in I was greeted right away by David Gariglio and he listened to what I had to say about my Mercedes SL550. We both went outside to inspect the damage, David then explained what had to be done in order to fix the car properly, he did inform me that he would do everything possible to locate all the parts needed ( my model had some factory upgrades ) David saw to it that everything was done right and as fast as possible. Worst experience ever! They hit my back bumper, and arguing with me about it. I show them pictures showing my car arrived there with the back bumper in good conditions and then they show me pictures that are totally unclear, saying the car arrived with the damage bumper. The supervisor named Tom is totally unprofessional, after confronting him, he didn t even want to show me the pictures again, and sent me out of his office. This collision center is the worst ever. Some people working there are totally unprofessional .

BMW of Freeport collision center was my light at the end of the tunnel after my accident. The staff at BMW Collision was very friendly and professional to address my concerns through the whole process of fixing my car. One of the most covenient services that allowed me to continue with my daily routine was the prompt availability of a loaner car. Additionally, I m very satisfy with the high quality of their work. I got my car back like new. Thank you BMW OF FREEPORT COLLISION CENTER for making my service experience so pleasant.
