I drove from Lido Beach to your shop because of the positive reviews . I had 2 headlight bulbs that went out and I needed to have them replaced that morning before work . I was so happy I went here. I was greeted by Andre who was courteous and professional. He went right to finding me the correct bulbs for my car. Together we made our way out to my car where he proceeded to replace my bulbs. I was out of there in 5 mins. What a relief and a pleasure!! I cannot say enough positive praise about Andre. He is a real asset to your company.

When I tell you I was highly pleased with my check out girl Nique M she was so helpful to me everything i needed she explained and even helped me locate my items I couldn t find her smile was so welcoming her knowledge of product and things I needed for my car was dead set on she definitely is a welcoming face and worker of auto zone since I ve been shopping there I send everyone there she s very nice thank you Nique M you are very helpful and pleasant such a pleasure to have done business with you

worst customer service in commercial department, we have commercial account I went there to buy parts and return core, ( Andrew commercial manager ) I was in front of his desk for 20 minutes and he didn t even care, he was in the phone, and I was waiting to be serve, a guy from the other desk see me and he was trying to help me and he told him don t do, and he told me I don t need your business here, when I ask for a supervisor he told me I am the commercial manager leave the store I will be escalate this issue with AutoZone customer care

This autozone is a great place to shop. Besides having the parts needed most of the time to complete some jobs. The staff here are helpful, the store can get a bit busy sometimes but it's mostly a pretty easy going location to shop. I recommend this store if your in the area.

I came to the store a few days ago and needed headlights and wipers. We were helped by Andre G and he was great:) he even checked my wiper fluid which I was almost out of and didn t know. This mommy got excellent service :)

Andre Gonzalez is very knowledgeable and helpful. He stepped outside and inspected my car, ran a code reader for the check engine light, and gave a thorough top to bottom explanation on what was needed. He recommended a full tune up. He even replaced my air filter and installed new wiper blades. All this happened while he was closing the store. He is very patient and understanding. I definitely recommended him if you have any questions.

I'm so glad he looked over my stuff and let me know what was up so I would not waste money on unnecessary things. I am very thankful to the young man that helped me at this location. Nice, patient and reasonable person. I was a little low on cash and the guy found a coupon for me that I could use to get the headlights I needed for a lower price. Thankyou very much.

Someone perfect at their job? Corey. He s the best. As soon as I entered Auto Zone he greeted me and offered help right away. He helped me find out more information about a bulb for my brother s car! Especially being a girl and knowing nothing about cars, he made things so simple for me. Thanks Corey!!! 5 stars well deserved!

Freeport by store is awesome great experience there friendly,helpful & care. (Baldwin ny store had very bad experiences there dont help like they should even the free stuff bad service & lazy, I went to buy a battery once & wanted help to put in they didnt want to help me they told me to go to freeport ny bad business to me,I walked out & went to Freeport ny & never looked back) freeport ny help me with my wipers,battery,gas cap & other thing they helped me put wipers on & new battery in etc. I send all my family & friends to Freeport ny thank u freeport employees

I have never seen such great customer service. We received help and got all our questions answered. They were so patient and hands on when showing us how to use the products we bought. Ross and Ava were absolutely exceptional.

Very good customer service. As soon as we arrived the worker Andrew came out and tested the car battery. He was very efficient and assisted us with getting a new battery. Andrew changed my car battery and provided great and fast service! Would definitely visit here again. Amazing store and customer service not like Bellmore location.

I have definitely had better service at this store. I needed wiper blades and tail light bulbs. There is nothing worse than someone that clearly shows they feel put out by helping you find the things you need. The plus side is the manager apologized when I returned the wrong size wiper blades and I explained my prior customer experience.

My first time at this Auto Zone location and it was a Great experience. I usually don review every purchase that I make. This was a different story. I am pleased to say that I met one of the managers and he was kind enough to stop what he was doing and help me out. I found out his name is Andre and he is a customer service manager. It was only a $12 dollar purchase but he treated me like I bought the whole store.He used his tools, talent and time and now I will only go to his store. He is a real gentleman and I hope that Auto Zone knows that they have a super dedicated employee like Andre working for them. Thanks Andre

i came to this location to see why my check engine light was on, instead of one of the workers coming out to help me, they handed me the thing to read why the light is on as if i know what to do. how useless!! AND im 8 months pregnant outside in the cold trying to figure out what to do, while one worker is standing there doing absolutely nothing!

My parents had an issue with their car and the battery light came on while on the road, I was another 40 minutes away so was unable to assist immediately. knowing that i had purchased an Duralast battery i asked them to visit this Autozone, what happened next surprised me. A staff member by the name of Alejandro was helping my parents scan the car and was speaking with me over the phone, he went above and beyond to try to help me remotely diag their problem and found that the belt had broken. He went looked took the extra step and checked all the pulleys for me and verified that there were no broken parts, also found a belt for me and had it waiting for me when I arrived. Thanks to him I was able to get my parents back on the road a few minutes after arriving.Thank you Alejandro!!! (possibly spelled incorrectly).

I called auto zone in Freeport and I asked who I was speaking to and the guy answered me by saying it's the person that is in the store, puts me on hold, call back and a lady answered the phone I asked to speak to manager and puts me on hold.

It very clean and organized. Alot of variety in auto needs and many parts for car maintenance.I was there mainly to buy oil, but I need windshield wipers, and asked about them. Them gentleman was very helpful and informative It was very busy w many customers.
