Top notch! I worked with Rusty (sales), Darwin (finance), and Scott (sales) to purchase a 2022 Bronco Raptor. They were super straight forward, no games, and even threw in a free car wash for my wife's vehicle while we were wrapping things up.Thanks again!

Very easy transaction of buying a vehicle. Found what I was looking for on the internet, made a call to them and made the deal with few pictures of my trade. It took longer doing the paperwork than doing the deal. Less than 24 hours later I was driving my new vehicle. Chad, Rusty and Darwin were great to deal with.

Last week I noticed my inspection was long overdue! I went straight to Fredonia Ford to try for an appointment as soon as possible. They took my car right in and I was done and out in no time.Excellent customer service!!

I have purchased a few trucks over the years. I can honestly say my experience at Fredonia Ford was by far the best I have ever had. My salesman Jason was direct and to the point, he listened to what I wanted. The other gentleman followed suit and did not try to hide anything. The dealership is filled with a bunch of people who are not trying to get over on you, but still make a living. They are fair.I was in and out quickly with a true test drive, not a designated route like most dealerships make you do. To top it off, they even fed me lunch as we worked the financials!!! I can t say any dealership has even done that one.Well done gentleman, you for sure have a returning customer for my next truck. I left with a smile.Josh

You have a drive in system in place and you don t use it. I have there twice in January for service and had to walk around for the service dept. you spent a lot is money for a system that you don t use. Niagara Ford does not have this problem. Your owner wants my service for my next truck. I most definitely will need to think on that

Bought new tires for my car. Staff was friendly and did a great job. I stopped at Dunn tire before but ford was cheaper and got me the correct tires for my car. Thanks for the great service

The Sales dept was spot on! Very easy to work with, fully aware of what I wanted and did not want, very happy with the buying experience The service department on the other hand is very sub par they got my car right in when I suddenly had an issue with my car, which was great. But, overall they had my car for 21 days, had a part overnighted and never heard from them again for 14 days, when I got updates on the part that was ordered, was delayed from one warehouse due to weather, then part # got changed and then coming from an entirely different warehouse in another part of the country, delayed again because of weather there. But not once did they call me to give me updates on any of this, it was not until my husband stopped in 2 full days after i was told the part was in by this 3rd party, and he told them it will be done by the end of that day it was but the problem is still not resolved . I had asked for a loaner car twice and was told we don t have any I m not sure how you can honestly not communicate with customers what is happening with their vehicles that they just purchased from your dealership and expect them to come back Because I will not.I have since taken my car to a different dealership, who miraculously had a line of loaner cars on their lot for service customers, but they found the problem after some very detailed notes of what was done and not done from Fredonia Ford, and it was fixed!!!! no more problem.

Highly Recommend! Tyler Sack was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure my desired truck and ensure top quality. He is very personable and I enjoyed working with him. He kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. His communication and drive to find what was right for me exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him.

I took my 2010 Ford flex to Fredonia. Ford had some weird electrical issues. They've found out what the problem was and fixed. They promptly got me right in within a day of making the appointment I was on my way. Thanks again

Staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The building is clean and comfortable. My only issue was the cost of the work and parts for two front brakes and learning my vehicle needs new tires. I believe the service personnel do the best they can to keep vehicles safe for customers and meet requirements for inspection. I m satisfied except for the cost involved when I wasn t expecting major problems.

It was a nightmare. Problem after problem, unnecessary parts were used on my vehicle along with services I said I did not want. Truck came back in worse condition then what I brought it in. Every appointment I had there was a new problem along with unnecessary appointments where nothing was done, but still billed for. The bill just kept getting hire and hire with unnecessary work and the quotes kept changing. If I could give zero stars I would. Will never do business here again.

Would love to just say that they were lovely Dealer easy to work with called me back instantly. If I missed their call or they missed my call service department amazing one out there pick my truck up they were doing the brakes. They stayed after hours to finish it to make it all be good for me there s a really all-around great dealership I would recommend to anyone to go to.

Appointment was at 8:30 and contacted at 9:30 it was done. Dropped vehicle off the night before. Oil change and routine maintenance. Courteous & prompt service.

I dropped my truck off and they had it for 3 weeks and never figured out the issue. Stating "you should probably find a real mechanic" I have an after market tuner on my truck, I gave them all of the codes and that didn't help.despite this, I was charged nearly $400. The positive is now will I have a real mechanic for all of my Fords.

Very disappointed. I brought my vehicle in for a recall and to have my front headlight looked at. I knew the headlight issue could possibly cost me $1600 but they had my vehicle for over 4 hours and charged me $140 to just confirm that indeed my headlight was out and that the cost to fix it would be $1600. I definitely feel taken advantage of and should have been told that it would be $140 to tell me my light needed to be replaced.

Mis diagnosed problem with transmission, wasted $ on part not needed.Had the problem fixed at a transmission shop , who are reputable, and not just part changers.Will not ever go back for any service.
