I've known Jon my entire life, literally. Worked hand and hand with him on several projects. The attention to detail per bike is surpassed by none. EVERY TIME my bike comes out of his shop it runs better then new! Prices are way better here then at big chain HD dealerships. Any concern or questions are answered and fixed as well. If you own a HD and want top notch work done with attention to detail, this is the only place to go.

One of the most thorough technicians I ve ever met!!He is absolutely honest if you don t want the truth then don t take it to this guy!! I have had the pleasure to watch this guy service several bikes I would definitely recommend if you want to feel safe and confident on two wheels then Shaw s cycle service is the place for you!!

I've been coming here for years. I live over to two hours away and still make the trip for work needed on my Harley, even though there are two shops and a Harley dealer much closer to me. His work is exceptional, he keeps contact at every step and is very thorough, honest, and reasonable. For great work quality from someone who will go above and beyond for their customers, I trust no one else with my bike more than Jonathan.

Owner is straight to the point and will tell you how it is without sugar coating anything. He is very reliable and is usually very busy so patience is a virtue! Great business all around. Highly recommend!!!

Best harley davidson mechanic around! John respectfully cares for his customers machines as if they were his own!!! Great customer service and outstanding mechanical knowledge! He's honest and very forth coming with any and all information he can provide you with! One thousand percent recommend!!!

Very poor quality work .. owner rude and refused to take responsibility and was very argumentative.. too to harley dealer and completely redid job .. this place is a joke .. don't waste your time and money a poorly fixed scoot will get you killed!

This place is ran by poor management. The owner distinctly states that black lives don t matter. Making his company overall unwelcoming, I wouldn t recommend.
