Will never take my cars anywhere else. Jennifer at desk is so sweet, Nick is honest and repairs done in timely manner. All the mechanics are polite and professional.

This place is phenomenal -from the front desk to the entire garage crew, everyone at Nikki T s is top notch. I have been driving nearly 40 years, lived all over the tri-state area and have dealt with more mechanics than I could possibly remember. Nick is by far the most thorough, honest and competent mechanic that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Couldn t be happier with the care and attention to detail that my Jeep (and I the customer) received. I will definitely be back with whatever vehicle issues I have in the future. I m going to recommend them to my friends, family and whoever else will listen to me I was brand new to this shop but I am now a customer for life.Service: Brakes

Nicky T's will be my forever mechanic. I was recommended by a friend and could not be more grateful. Jenn is so sweet & patient. She called us to let us know what work was needed, i had several questions & Nick jumped on the phone to explain in great detail. The entire crew is so knowledgeable, kind pleasant. I love Nikki ts .They are the absolute best I don't go anywhere else in Franklin Square. Why would I? They are very honest with me and have always done great work at a very very fair price I highly highly recommend

Honest, reliable, and good prices. I bring all my vehicles here and they tell me when something needs to be fixed right away vs. eventually fix.Customer Service is friendly and nice.

Had my tensioner pulley seize up today late in the afternoon on the Southern State. Had my truck towed here out of a few other places after reading the reviews. Very glad I did. Entirely positive experience. As a bonus, they managed to get me back on the road minutes before they closed. Even their shop office has character, you can easily tell when you walk inside that they put love into the business. I should have gotten her name but the woman at the desk should get a raise, she's legit.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Nicky is the most trustworthy mechanic in a 100-mile radius. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and won't rip you off (not even close to it). He has, many times, helped me turn a big issue into a small one, and charged nothing for that valuable help.

We moved into the area from Connecticut and had to get two of my cars inspected and a Volvo repairs for some parts. The pricing for parts and labor were price right. The service was impeccable and they are so professional. They took their time in explaining all the details or why we needed the parts and the repairs. This repair shop will be part of my circle of places I do business. Thank you Nicky Team.

My wife and I have been going here for about 10 years. They are honest They don t do anything that doesn t need to be done. They clearly explain everything. I ve honestly never dealt with mechanics so honest and competent. Highly recommended !!

Local shop in Franklin Square, Long Island. Busy shop, all sorts of vehicles except diesel. From Alfa Romero to Acuras; these guys repair it all. The staff is straight up, polite and listen to details. They are not cheap; Pro shops get paid for Quality service. I'm very happy with my recent visit and hope to use them again when need be. Thanks Fellas

After dealing w/ Volvo for 15yrs, the entire dept. turned over and I lost confidence very quickly. Nicky T was recommended and I will never use anyone else! Honest, reliable, overall class act. Highly Recommend!

Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They won't ever tell you, you need to do get work done when you don't. Honest and fair. I've been taking my cars to them for years!

Nick - thanks for giving me the right advice when my car started behaving badly on I-95.My wife wanted to call AAA but I insisted that we first call Nicky Ts. Instead of spending the nightin Conn., we took your suggestion that, based on the description of my car's problem, we could make itsafely home.
