I brought my own Mobile1 oil, filter and plug gasket to the team at Mavis and they gave me a great price and even let me observe their process! Needless to say, I was very happy with the outcome! I have used them before for a new rear axle, and same deal! I wouldn t hesitate to use this Mavis location on Hempstead Tpke, in Franklin Square!

Great customer service. Excellent staff. Best decision I have made. I went in to check on my faulty light and they quickly fixed the problem. The manager was courteous .You won t regret your experience.

After leaving another location where their service was spotty, Jesse was able to help me pretty immediately and they offered me a discount because of my experience at the other location. I was out of there in less than an hour replace tires, balanced alignment my car, riding, smooth, and I feel safer on the road. Thank you to the team at 1080 Hempstead Tpke in Franklin sq.

Every single time I come to this location no matter how busy they someone always acknowledges me when I walk in. When it s finally my turn the person behind the counter is friendly and helpful. The guys working on my car go above and beyond to make sure what ever issues I m having with my car is done in a timely manner. Some always keeps me informed if I m waiting or I go home and come back. As long as this location and Mavis is in business I will bring my car here. I also bring my moms car my sister and brother in law bring there cars here let s put it this way anyone in my family has a car and lives close to this mavis they come here and the other go to a mics near them. The reason why is the excellent service we get. Mavis should definitely recognize this location for the great customer service. AMAZING JOB GUYS.

Great service but if you aren t a local or someone who speaks up you will constantly get skipped and pushed to the back of line. I witnessed people come in and leave before me and other people waiting and we were all getting the same service. I got here at 830 am for an oil change, they put all the easier jobs in front of me (inspections)even though the customer got here after me. Then I hear the employee telling people on the phone to come in she will push them to the front of the line when they get here, just to remind her. Unless you have a relationship with these people you will be there for hours and hours. Don t make no plans for the rest of the day

Mavis Discount tire are great. Customer service is top notch. I went in and right away they took my car and started working on it. I must emphasize that Al is amazing. He makes you feel like you ve known him forever.

I came to this location for an oil change and DMV inspection. I was greeted by Al, who was extremely pleasant, patient and kind. Al explained the process when I needed to take care of issues with my vehicle in order to pass inspection. I was kept abreast of the inspection and am beyond satisfied with the service and customer service.

I needed four new tires on my truck. They made the entire process easy from start to finish, explaining everything. They worked with me on the price and choosing an appropriate tire as well. I waited at Mavis for the car to be finished and did not wait long at all. So happy with everything.

Excellent service. Alex nicely welcomed me and listened to my concern about my car. He was very professional. When he explained the car situation after the car was checked, he was very patient and knowledgeable. I come here because the service is always excellent. I am very pleased with the way Alex dealt with my car and I will definitely keep coming here whenever I need to Warm greeting! Efficient work! Nice place to come to!

The service was amazing the help were curtious , and extremely informative, attention to detail was extremely important to the safety of all those including my self riding in my car. Ask for Jesse he will always get you what you need , at an affordable price , while always maintaining the highest quality of service , and warranties on the highest quality parts.The customer always comes first , and customer safety is top priority Highly recommend this service location.

These guys are great. We ve taken cars to many auto mechanics over the years but no one compares. Al, Alex, and Jesse always take wonderful care of us. Not only is the team talented and reliable, they are super friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

I was by the neighborhood. I found them on google. I walked in Jesse welcomed me . He was attentive , informative, well mannered . The mechanic did the assessment and gave me his feedback . They fixed the issue and accurately priced the service. Thank you Mavis Discount tired .

Close down this Mavis store already, they re horrible at customer service, and it all starts with the manager! Been going there for 20 some odd years, and since the first Jason left, they ve gone down hill! The current manager Jeff is rude and unprofessional to his customers! Wife s car just needed some air in the rear tire, the outside air pump was broken again (never fixed, broken for months), he didn t even try to help! Anthony, Ritchie, & Russ on Franklin Ave pulled my car right in, I was in/out in 5 min. TY!

Nice staff and good work. Helped me identify a leak from a crack in my rim. Was able to get it repaired the same day. Thank you... that was good. Thanks to the manager and staff for being honest and letting me see the problem. That was well recieved..!

Excellent service! They fixed a terrible job that was previously done that over tightened the tires with roughly 1000 ft lbs of torque. I really appreciate their hard work

Alex was a great help! I went to three shops and they all told me nothing was wrong with my tire but I came to this Mavis and they were able to find the nail and fix my tire immediately! Great service and very friendly atmosphere!

Stopped by twice in two weeks and still no effort to repair the air compressor outside, it s been down for over three months with no effort to get it repaired! To add insult to injury, Jeff the manager makes no effort to help, while he joyously stands around behind the counter saying no or nothing I can do, his guys are inside the bays standing around chatting! Jeff was no help at all, rude, and didn t make any effort to assist a customer!

Worst service ever. Very unprofessional, and unethical. I did the wheel alignment and balancing from here with a 3 months of warranty. I hit a bad pothole and lost the alignment. I came to fix it within the time and with a valid issue. They test drove my car and said it s not a Tesla, so it won t go straight(Great Logic). They handed me the key and suggested me to go home without fixing the problem.SAME DAY I SENT MY CAR WITH ANOTHER PERSON FOR ALIGNMENT AND THEY AGREED TO DO IT BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO MAKE MONEY AND I GENUINELY HAD NO ALIGNMENT.One of Supervisors named Chris is very unprofessional and very unethical person.As a customer/client, I would suggest everyone to stay away from this Mavis : 1080 Hempstead Turnpike, Franklin Square, NY 11010

This was my first time getting my emission testing and inspection done at this location, and I was very happy with the customer service I received! The manager and associates were very considerate and were helpful. I highly recommend coming to this location for servicing your car, truck, or van!
