Donny was exceptional and super polite and helpful. He got my car where it needed to be in literally a few minutes. Would definitely recommend Rons towing!! Talked with the lady at the office and she was also very polite. Thank you

Worse place to go! Went there to get a friend's plates and stuff out of her car and we drive out back where the gate was open. The owner came out swearing and screaming at us to get out and move my car. Then the lady in the office was just as rude screaming at me how I can't go back there but yet they had the gate wide open. So glad we got her plates and stuff out of the car and don't have to go back there ever again. Pretty sad how there r almost no more decent ppl out there

Gonna be honest that today an amazing blessing came my way via the guys at Ron's towing... wont go into details but I was thinking the worst as far as a situation with an impounded vehicle goes because it was towed on a Friday night Holiday weekend and could not get to the shop till teusday morning when they opened up for buisness as usual. That's the initial tow plus 4 days of storage. The owner of the buisness gave me a break when he did not have to. Made my whole day at a time when I could really use it The Good Lord worked thru this man! In my book that's a blessing!!!! 5 stars and thank you Highly recommend for doing what they could to help a guy out!just doing their job!!!!

Town of Frankfort wouldn't let me call my own service. I had an accident on 5 due to a medical condition and they called Ron's and they are very rude and unprofessional also I believe they are Price gouging $225 For the tow and sales tax also change milage and storage very unwilling to work with you

Ron helped me out with locked key in my truck and I called and woke him up. He came right to my assistant on a Saturday morning...Very helpful

Horrible don't go here! One tow driver dragged my car against the road to save time! Another time I found them wondering around my property without permission! I will specifically request anyone but them anytime I need help!

Absolutely awful service. We have AAA and the owner called to tell us it wasn t worth his time. Very unprofessional

Absolutely terrible, refused to tow me because it was snowing, left me in the middle of nowhere with spotty cell service and told me to call 911

Call Triple A weighted 2 and a 1/2 hours to be told by Rons service station that they couldn't come get us.

SOB left me stranded on Rt 5s ...I wouldn't let him tow a grocery car if my life depended on it ...NO GOOD !!!

Never allow your car to be towed to this place and do not allow triple A to tow it there, They are an unprofessional and shady place.
