Was a very pleasant experience dealing with National Tire Warehouse. Very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. Along with explaining what they did ( I had them do an alignment as well )Would highly recommend them

Always friendly and helpful. Some of the best people to do business with. Oil changes and tire work. Also a mechanic to do car work too.Recently had mechanic work done there on my aunt's car. they did a fantastic job at a great price. She was up from Virginia they got the car in fixed and she was on the road in no time. Shawn is the mechanic to thank for the great work. But also the whole business just gives you a sense of comfort that they are Not going to take advantage of you. It's Very refreshing...Sometimes 5 stars doesn't tell the whole story!

I had a potentially huge issue that, when checked, turned out to be very minor. The issue was handled and I was on my way. I feel like you can really trust Levi and the staff which sadly, is pretty rare. Always takes the time to assist you and get you back on the road quickly. 10/10

I used to bring my vehicle here every year for the past six to have tires rotated and mounting as well. All of a sudden, you must purchase tires from them in order to get them mounted. I get it, but to make people feel discriminated against? No thanks! My money is green or plastic like everyone else s.Service: Tire rotationsService: Tire rotations

I called mid afternoon Friday and were very nice but could not do it till Monday. Got new tires over the weekend but if I hadn't I would have bought there.

Awesome service. They accommodated my tractor-trailer without any fuss. They changed my blown out drive tire quickly and had me back on the highway in no time. I definitely recommend them for your tire needs.

The guys were very helpful and friendly. The tires we needed are uncommon size truck tires and they had 4 in stock for us to buy the same day. Price was reasonable too.

Called the shop told them that i found some new winter tires for a good price and i wanted them studded the guy looked up the tires and said. "I wont be able to get them for that kind of price. so go ahead and buy them, drop them off and ill get to them done within couple of days" I bought the tires called today and their "boss/manager" guy says "we only stud tires that you buy through our shop"... :/ ummm okay... I would definitely NOT recommend this shop. Guys spend your dollar elsewhere.

I brought my vehicle in because I thought it had a bad wheel bearing. Turned out the tires just needed to be rotated. I appreciate their honesty! A place I ve gone to in the past would ve rotated the tires and charged me for a wheel bearing.Service: TiresService: Tires

This could be a great place... It has good stock, good workers BUT the manager (maybe owner) has the worst people skills I have ever delt with. Also make sure you ask about ALL the charges you are going to have in the end, I didn't and got wacked a extra $70.00. Broadway Tire in Rome NY and Adirondack Tire in Albany did offer better prices but didn't having a opening soon enough or it was a long drive. Just remember, this is just MY opinion, the management ruins the buisness.

National Tire Warehouse vs Walmart here is my story I purchased 2 Hankook tires from Walmart one of the tires had a blow out on the side wall tire only had about 1500 miles on it so I went to Walmart to see if they would do anything first a garage associate said possibly since tire was so new but I would have to come back tomorrow to talk with the service manager so I did what a waste of time he talked for over 15 minutes about Walmarts extra road hazard protection I said there was no road hazard that caused blow out I was on the highway and hit nothing and could it be possible that tire was just defective Walmart manager or anyone did not even want to look at tire so I called Hankook which sent me to National Tire Warehouse within 5 minutes I had a new tire on the way no cost to me which was installed the next day by National Tire had to do was measure the trend and call it in come to find out Hankook like most tires already has a road hazard when you purchase tire so Walmart extra protection is just a scam besides all the hassle and time wasted with Walmart the people at National are way more professional so avoid the hassle and scams from Walmart and try National Tire Warehouse
