Horrible experience over the phone. The lady was professional, with good costumer service skills. Everything change when I was transferred to a gentleman. He was rude, horrible attitude and he definitely make sure we never recommend his place!! He said he doesn't WORK with Commcheck if is after 5pm he and that he doesn't waste time speaking with people over the phone . Calling for an almost $800 bill. Never again. Sadly that people feel the need to treat others bad or make them feel less .NEVER AGAIN-edit after responseNo, the codes were not given it was the number of the check has previously spoken. Very rude we're told by this gentleman that he was not wasting his time over the phone with Comcheck because it was a 30 min pain to wait for them and that he had better things to do. Also, that he was not interested in working with us if it was Commcheck. We were told that the service was canceled and he was not waiting for me to get the express code. His words were: "If you have the code give it to me otherwise Im gonna hung up now". RUDE, NOT POLITE AND MADE ME FEEL REALLY MISERABLE WiTH THE TREAT. WE ARE HUMBLE PEOPLE TRYING TO SURVIVE IN THIS INFLATION AND TERRIBLE SYSTEM. That's WHY WE ALWAYS LOOK FOR FAMILY OR SMALL BUSINESSES TO PATROCINATE. A LITTLE KINDNESS BETWEEN US is not much to ask. Driver is safe and hope you guys can have the tools to offer a better communication or better way to treat people. Has previously seen this is not the first review feeling the same way.

Great tires recommended for my needs. On time and job well done.Unfortunately, I was not aware of the 3% fee for credit card use. I otherwise would have brought my checkbook. I don't live close so going home to get it was not a good option.

We had the absolute best experience with Hill Top Tire! We had to try to get there one time before the store closed to pick up tires ( coming from almost 2 hours away) and they waited for us. Every one is so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We've also had service at the farm that was phenomenal. The technician that came to change tires was the most efficient worker we've ever seen and very pleasant, just a great experience! They will now be our " goto" tire place!

The first time I needed a rear tractor tire repaired they were very prompt which I was quite pleased with because it was my main tractor which happened 2 years ago. Then 2 weeks ago when another rear tire went flat and they were as prompt as the first time I realized that that's they're business model to get out as soon as possible to get farmers back on they're feet. They ended up putting a new tire on one and replacing another tire on the other tractor. I highly recommend their business to anyone who needs prompt attention to their needs in a professional manner.
