So much better of an experience here then at Auto Brokers nearby. They were kind and respectful to my child that went in to get an inspection performed. The complete opposite experience then we had at the other company, who was terribly rude and not helpful. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

I was having the day from hell, my car broke down, in their parking lot. It was almost 90 degrees outside. Nothing was going right. However, the staff was EXTREMELY nice to me. Sadly, they were unable to fix my car bc their service dept. was BOOKED solidly, for 2 weeks. A sales person, Dana , kindly allowed my companion and I to take refuge from the heat in the nicely air conditioned waiting area. They provided cold water for us and were all very convivial. Dana took the time to have my car jump started TWICE, prior to having a tow truck come for the car. He visited with my friend and I, helping to keep me calm in a very stressful situation. From what I saw, I give them a 5. If I buy another car, down the line, I will go there because they seem honest and genuinely NICE.

I am on my second vehicle from absolute auto credit. They have always taken excellent care of me wether it has been maintaining my vehicle or any other issue.The experience of working with them has been outstanding. They were there for me in the middle of bankruptcy when nobody else would even talk to me.Their customer service is amazing! They go out of their way in every way to make the experience of working with them a great one.They have earned my business even now that my credit is restored and I will refer anybody to them.

I had a low credit score & was looking every where for a car. I needed a co-signer for everything and didn t have one. I couldn t catch a break honestly. Truest thing that s ever happen was coming to absolute auto credit in Schenectady I now own a beautiful semi new car with great Mileage comes with car history and everything. I had leased a vehicle from this place about 2.5 years ago. They have been very helpful with anything that I have brought to them about my car. They are great people that are willing to work with you if you keep them informed on any issues that arise.
