We have been taking our cars here for nearly 3 years now but most recently had to get the lights changed in our charger, the 2 bulbs are like $500. Macie had experience with the same car and thought to check the fuses first because she knew that was a common issue. Saved us over $400! Staff is friendly, experienced, they communicate well and the waiting area is very clean. We highly recommend

I got a nail in one of my tires on post and they took me in immediately. The staff are friendly, work quickly, communicate their progress regularly, and provided fair pricing.Even though I had a nail in only one tire, they looked at the others and realized my tread was low on all of them. Considering that I have all-wheel drive, they recommended I get all new tires. The price was very fair for four Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady tires. The price was so good it felt like they forgot to add labor and taxes.I would definitely go back. No doubt.

Colton was able to get me in 2 days ahead of my appointment! That was awesome because I was likely not going to drive home for thanksgiving w/ how bad my tires were. He also got me a better set of tires than I had picked out online, for the same cost! 5 stars

They were extremely helpful. Very fair with their pricing. Nick helped me out alot with keeping me updated on my vehicle as well as lowering the cost of repairs. Great shop

This is my first time getting new Tires and I m glad I chose this place over the others! Nicholas was very patient and made sure to answer all my questions in a genuine and honest way! Tires were fairly priced.

Incredible service and assistance! Nick was absolutely phenomenal at getting us taken care of and on our way! I was absolutely astonished and impressed by the willingness to work within our budget and provide a fast turn around time getting us back on the road! Not only did the staff deliver but went above and beyond in accommodating our needs!

Took my husbands car to get some standard work done. New brake, oil change and then they said it needed a speed sensor wire fixed. All in all cost $1020. Within 2 days the check engine light came on again. I called and now all of a sudden I need a new battery but they can t event guarantee that will fix the check engine light. Just that alone I was quoted an additional $350 when they couldn t even guarantee to fix it. I am not having to find another car repair shop to try to fix everything AFTER spending over $1000.

Nicholas was very helpful with fixing the corroded metal caps on my husband's car's tires. He was transparent with the amount of time it could potentially take, but thankfully the car was in and out way quicker than I thought I would be!

Nicholas S. the assistant manager at good year tire on fort drum is the one best men in the business for the job. He is very knowledgeable and does excellent work. I couldn t ask for a better service tech to work on my car. Definitely would recommend going to see him.

Nicholas S and the service at this store are great. My car s had a whole variety of issues pop up after sitting for several months during School and every time I m back they handle my issues with consummate professionalism, fair pricing, and quick return times, including today. Highly recommend their work.

This Goodyear location is excellent. We travel full time with our travel trailer and it was time to get new tires on the truck. I contacted the store a week before our arrival and spoke with Nick We discussed the tires and made my selection. Nick ordered them. I had a 8 am appointment and they were prompt and professional at check in. they changed the tires and did a front end alignment in 2 hours while I waited. The service and cost was excellent.It does require you to have base access to use this location but I highly recommend them for outstanding service.I would use this location again if in the area.

Received excellent service/results, as well as excellent customer service. Would recommend asking for Nick if he s available, as he was a delight to work with and did an excellent job! But, the entire team seemed to work together to provide an overall great experience to everyone. Would highly recommend this team for any automotive services.

Had an 8am appointment for an oil change. Nick was very helpful with my options and I never felt pressured. The waiting area was clean and my car was ready before the hour was up. Super professional service from Goodyear on Fort Drum. Thank you

This is the BEST place to take your vehicle not only is it clean and organized but the customer service I received from Nick & Colton at the front desk was beyond phenomenal. You just don t get service like this anymore.-Thank you guys!much appreciated.

So I bring in a company vehicle to get the tires balanced because there is a slight vibration. They end up telling me I need all 4 tires to be replaced. Then Jeff tells me that the windshield wipers need to be replaced because they are streaking. That s hilarious because the windshield was replaced yesterday, and new wipers were installed with it. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN for that fact alone, but it gets better...They then tell me that the tires need to be ordered in and it will be ready the following morning. The following morning came and went, so I called in and told them I need to get an updated ETA. I was then told by Chris that it would be done before noon. Frustrating, but whatever...Noon comes and goes; no call. I call back and Chris tells me that they haven t even touched it because it is a big vehicle and they only have 1 bay that it will fit in. HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM?! They have floor jacks, and could change the tires outside if they wanted to. They told me a time that it would be ready, then kept pushing the timeline. Do not trust your vehicle with these people. Go somewhere else! At the end of all of this, Chris took it upon himself to write down the card #, expiration date, and CVV. He manually typed everything into the card reader, THEN HAD THE GALL TO SIGN FOR THE TRANSACTION!

Been coming here for about 2 years and they ve always done a great job on both me and my husbands cars. Peter especially was such a pal on my most recent visit for helping me get quite a bit of work done on my car all while staying within my budget. Highly recommend!

Hands down, the best place to go for all your car needs!! We have brought all our vehicles here for four years!! Chris has been our go to guy and he has always been honest with everything!! We ve gotten all our tires done here and are very pleased always!! You will not be disappointed in their services here!! Recently he got tar out of my tire from the recent raring on fort drum!!

Nicholas took care of us and our sweet car Betsy all morning! They didn t have the tires we needed in stock, but he was able to call the Watertown location and get them delivered to the Fort Drum location and installed on our car. He was very kind due to not having them in stock and did not charge us for installation of the tires!

I can not express enough how thankful I am of Sam and Pete. These guys had to put up with me calling multiple times asking for different quotes, as well as being late to my appointment.I was convienced before even arrived at Goodyear that I would need new brakes rotors and pads (another shop had suggested this) , they took the time to inspect my vehicle and no make me throw parts at my car that wasn t need. I truly am greatful that I can trust Goodyear enough to not make me spend a lot for something that wasn t needed. I will forever be a loyal customer. Thank you Sam and Pete for making my experience so wonderful.

Friendly worker. Good environment. Pete is a hero. Got my car in kind of late, technically it shouldn t have gotten worked on, but he got it in for my oil change anyways and was ready by the evening! That called quality service!

BEWARE!! Do not use this business. The mechanic didn t put the screws back in after doing an oil change and the skid plate fell down while driving and caused damaged to the car. Had to get my car towed to their shop and the manager refused to repair damages. They tried to convince me I hit something and also lied to me by telling me they fell out while driving. Terrible service. I refuse to ever use them again. Expected better service from a big name company. They will never see business from me again! Will be filing claim for damages.
