The owner and his wife are great. Felt welcomed moment I walk in the door. I purchased a 2018 Honda Goldwing Tour DCT. Ray explained everything and having motorcycle service before it leaves dealership. Thank you guys

Great people to do business with. Great prices on new machines and parts. I purchased a new honda rancher from them and it was an easy, no pressure experience. Highly recommend

Ray and his team are the best! Hands down! Benny picked up my 4 wheeler around 10 this morning and returned it before 4pm this afternoon. The week before Christmas and they are short staffed and they were able to get me back in action before a possible storm!!! Folks that's customer service! Customer for life! By your next power sports toy here you won't regret it!

For sales they are very good. Service and repairs not very good . I have a buddy who has waited on repairs for over a month. He has been told the parts are not readily available, but when we go online we can get them in less than a week. Work is good, getting parts a big issue. Be aware.

I rarely do reviews but I feel compelled to warn others.There is a small, slippery, matching carpeted ramp in the middle of the showroom. There was no apparent warning to use caution and I didn t see it. I slid down it, landed on my backside and hurt my back badly!!!The staff did NOTHING! They stopped talking to the other customer, looked and didn t even ask if I was ok. The 2 men that work there were 6-8 feet from me as I sat on the floor trying to decide how to get up without hurting myself further. They definitely saw the whole thing. I m shocked at their lack of concern. It must happen to others because they barely flinched.If you visit this place PLEASE BE CAREFUL!The customer service prior to this was non existent and the showroom is vertically empty.

If I could give less than one star I would. Called a week prior to set up a drop off time and told them what I wanted done to my 4 wheeler. Was told no problem drop it off and they will order parts for it. Well I get there and was told by the service manager that basically he didn t want any part of repairing my machine. Excuses like it s going to cost a lot or it will be months before I get to it . My family had bought many four wheelers from them in the past when they sold Yamahas and other brands in the 2000s . I will no longer support this local business and take my business elsewhere

Best in NY. Ray and Chad are awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. Do everything they can to help get the bike you want. ALWAYS fair. Couldn t ask for better customer service. I will never purchase a motorcycle anywhere else. And service department is excellent, Stan and his guys do a great job very honest and reliable. 110% recommend.

Rich Ray and Chad are top notch! Have been life long customers and always leave happy. If they don't have the parts you need in stock they can usually get it within a few days. Highly recommend for anything from service and parts to buying a new machine!

This is the most relaxed place and super friendly. Our buying experience was wonderful and they ordered what we needed for our kids to ride without any hesitation. They also brought a 90 from across the country for us to purchase.

The owner is always helpful. Bought a motorcycle from him. I needed work on my Polaris 4x4 and because of things beyond his control he was nice enough to recommend another dealer. That's class !

Went in to set up a tune up/ brake pads appointment for my Ninja EX500. I went into the shop and literally watched the mechanic put my name down on the calendar. I called with a question a couple days before I was due to drop my bike off and they tell me I'm not on the list. I let it slide and called again a month or so later to set up a carb cleaning appointment in october. Was told that the mechanic wouldn't be able to get around to it till the following spring. Super frustrating and no apology or recognition of either inconvenience by anyone at the shop- finally got around to taking it to Oneonta Motorsports, a much more responsive and friendly organization.

Fantastic. Bought a used quad. 30 day warranty. Broke on 30th day. They fixed it. Broke again. They fixed it. Again and fixed it. All covered under warranted. Stand behind there wordI will do more business there. Thanks guys. Burt.

For who ever would like to know; I had a MTC Voyager Convertible Trike Kit installed @ BMS. They did a Crappy Job of it! It wasn't lined up correctly, also they missed putting on a couple of small parts... I also had new tires installed and they didn't replace the valve stems that it needed. One valve stem core wasn't tightened up enough, So the air leaked out... (It was the front tire). I think that the mechanics are having to good of a time @ lunch time... NOT HAPPY !

Bad customer service. I called ahead to see if they had a product that I needed. Was told they definitely had it in stock, only to find after traveling an hour that they did not. The salesman then acted as if it was my mistake. I will never shop there again.

I was looking for a used bike for my first, and stopped in as they had a Virago I was interested in. The owner seemed disinterested in actually showing me the bike, and instead tried to sell me a new, sportier model, even though I had said I was interested in a cruiser.

Great service, my 1973 Honda went in for an engine overhaul and it was in and out in a timely fashion and at a reasonable rate, and when my bike went in for ignition problems about a week after i had gotten it back they only charged me for the labor, very friendly and helpful staff!
