Honestly, just by the pictures shown I don t need to say much to how great VMA Auto Collision is. The work shows for itself. I can t stop thanking them for taking great care of my baby. I was a bit apprehensive in working with them at first because I was recommended to them by the company who damaged my car. So I was skeptical needless to say. I am a very happy and satisfied customer and will definitely use them again. The staff is great! The customer service was great as well! I explained my concerns about how I felt about the situation they listened and Vito reassured me I had nothing to worry about and that my car was going to look newer and better than how I brought the vehicle to them.Thanks you,Boss Lady, Stella, Ron and especially Vito for being a man of your word. I would recommend to anyone that if you need a body shop to go to VMA in my opinion is the place to go. They will definitely take care of you!

BE AWARE!!!! THE WORST PLACE!!!My dad took his damaged car after his accident to have it fixed to this place and not only that they didn t fix it right, they told us to cancel the rental from enterprise and go with their rental option with no extra cost! I asked them to let us know when the rental deal with the insurance policy runs out and they assured us that no matter what it won t cost us extra (even if it takes longer to get the car done). They took over a month to fix it and when we returned their rental they charged us $800 for a week rental with out even the courtesy to let us know that we ran out of time on the rental. They lied about not having to pay extra $$!! Also they took their sweet time to call the insurance rep to come see the damages! We came to this place because was highly recommended by the Romanian Community!!! Be aware my dear friends, this place not only that will rip off your insurance, they will somehow manage to rip you off as well! Shame!!!!!Replying to your comment below:Of course your reply is attacking your customer on a personal level (shows your character), when all I had to complain was about the business transaction that was unfairly done to my dad! Deductible is $500, job was done poorly because the side sensors don t work even to this day. My dad brought the car back to your business (with this issue) and was advised to take it to the dealership because it was to much work and costed to much when you were supposed to absorb the cost since you took all the insurance $$! It is not our first time dealing with an auto shop, deductible was never an issue, job was completely done and we never had to pay $800 for a week car rental! All my father wanted to do is bring you business never forget that! He even took back the enterprise car rental (which wasn t an easy task) because he wanted to give you and your Hertz guy/friend the business! You can call me names and make fun of my sunglasses, but that doesn t help the fact that my dad had an incomplete job done by your business!

The service here is amazing! They really do work with you and try to give you the best deals or even best options! They serve you as quick as possible and i love them! I recommend them to anybody with any issues!! They fixed my door into perfection and the detailing wasn't sort from amazing itself!!

The entire crew was very professional and made what turned out to be a nightmare with my insurance company a smooth process after advocating on my behalf as well. First i will say that should have taken before pics to show how great of a job VMA did on my 2023 Grand Cherokee. As for the after pics, well just look at the passenger side front bumper of any undamaged 2023 GC and you'll get an idea of how good VMA is. My truck is perfect, like nothing ever happened. Pricing is great considering the level of professional work you are getting. Staff is so cool and friendly especially Vito and Stella. Thank you guys so much for this experience.

Wonderful Service & Wonderful PeopleI called in on a. day the shop was actually closed and still got a answer on the phone and was still allowed to tow in my car on a closed day, and the owner was very understanding about the situationthe body shop is very familiar with all car makes and models and do outstanding work your car will come back looking as if it was never hit, they communicate very well on the status of your car , and work with all insurance companies

The absolute worst experience dealing with a collision shop. I was promised work to be done and never was done. I called to get something left in the car and was told the car was a another yard.Items stolen out of my car.Grossly over charged my insurance company.Junk yard parts used.Picked my car up after paying them 10k+They bring the car out filthy dirty dried up glaze on the sides.Never had any noises before.The car rattles now.They did more damage to my car I'm sure.Nice expensive cars parked out frontNever seen them work on them though. The shop manager is a joke .The only reason I gave them 1star is the lady at the desk.DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.#SCAM#CROOKS

Hello everyone just want to say the people at vma auto are the best..I had an issue with a storage company that backed into my car and wanted me to use a body shop that they use, so I was very skeptical at first but everyone there was very nice and professional....my car came back better then I thought it would, and I had scratches on the side of my car that I was hoping to get fixed and was already taking care of when I asked about it...always a good time when I stopped by...definitely recommend them to everyone...Vito you the man....Can't forget the ladies in the front...THANK YOU....

VMA auto collision is currently working on my car and have done nothing but fight for me from the beginning they already helped me with my claim to determine that the other driver was 100% at fault.

I m not going to lie, at first I was super frustrated because it was taking longer than expected, but as soon as I was introduced to the new manager (Ron) The level of professionalism exceeded my expectations, he kept great communication with me to let me know what was going on. Today 4/11/23 I picked up my Van and couldn t be more happy, the repairs and paint were perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to any friend. This was my first time needing body work done on my vehicle for an accident caused on the bumper. This company gave me more than a 5 star service. A job better than well done in just a week. They went the extra mile as to detailing the entire vehicle when they didn't have to. I appreciate it very much. The owners, along with the staff, were friendly and very helpful. They made sure I was taken care of from the moment I dropped off my vehicle till the day I picked it up. My vehicle looked brand new again. Hands down best auto body shop in queens!! Most professional staff and always ready to help. Car was in a fender bender and took it straight to them. They have the best customer service and hassle free. Helped me out in getting my rental car covered and didn t have to be on the phone with insurance for hours. They handled everything from start to finish. And they performed extra detailing work needed on the car that wasn t their responsibility! Car came back better than before!
