I love John s service. I really trust him to do a great job on my car, he s not cheap but he s the type of mechanic that will tell you as it is and be super honest if he comes across any other issues when he s working on something. Been coming here for the last 6 years! Call ahead to ask how busy they are

Mr Sim told me to remove my car little scratch with polish remover cost around $20, but at the end he asked me for $30. when I gave him a twenty dollar bill, he said "give me 10 more dollar. it is for my man, I don't charge any. "I want to say, if you (Mr. Sim) give me the material (car polish scratch remover, two wet paper towel and a towel), i can do it as well as your man in same time. and I want to tell you one more thing, I go to another body shop to remove tiny scratch with polish, they just charge me $10. actually they used the Polish machine.I hope Mr Sim read this review and remember who I am.

Mr Sim and Mr John are very respectful and trustworthy people. They give you the best affordable price in the market not just to make a sale. They are the best in everything. They would always explain to me what happened with my car what is the issue all about, I m not a geek when it comes to cars but they make sure I understand what s going on. Went there because of the good reviews but has a very bad experience. The Machanic was in bad mood because I came in towards the closing time and he had attitude right from the get go.Went for simple oil change and asked to see the color of my engine oil at 6,000miles to better know when to change it as there are contradicting opinions on when to change it-at 5,000 by some mechanics and at 10,000 by factory, but instead got yelled at my the owner and the Machanic at the strange request . Machanic left yelling at me and at the owner and owner couldn t control his emotions started yelling.They may be the best Machanic- which they definitely are not, but not getting another dollar from me or anyone I know. Lack of professionalism, Attitude and Rudeness have infected this workshop. Good luck folk!

I left my car with them for major body repairs and they literally came up with a job perfectly done beyond my expectation... this auto body shop truly deserves a five star review for their professionalism, honesty and above par excellence of customer service and work performance. I am very much satisfied to what they did to my car and I'll be sticking to them from now on. If you need knowledgeable and friendly people whom you can trust to take care of your car then, go to SIMS AUTO REPAIR Shop and you are in good hands, definitely.

This is where We trust. I said that because I used to work at a travel agency and everyone uses this place for their fleets. You should know that we can't have our vehicle fail while we try to take you to the airport. Not one company but several companies use them. That's said it all. Ask for Mr John he will take care of you.

I came here for a quick inspection since I already did oil change and tires replacement within a few months. They are very quick I came at 820 am and done by 850. I only needed to get cash, otherwise would be even quicker. Boss is not the most customer friendly but thats when you know he get stuff done fast. I highly recommended the place.

Have been going to Sim's for a decade. I usually call in the morning to see the availability for the same day service. They are usually very prompt for services like oil change, inspection, battery change. I personally haven't had any issues so far and the owners are pretty good about letting you know when it can be done or if they need extra time to finish the job. I think their price is reasonable.

My family and I have been coming to Sim's for years. We find John, one of the owners, to be trustworthy and an excellent mechanic. We were there yesterday to get an oil change and he reminded us that the inspection sticker needed to be renewed next month. What great service!

Owner very nice. Gave me a quote on the work I needed done. And when I went to pick up my car - it cost exactly what he quoted. Didn't try to push any services, parts on me to jack up the price. Also got my car back same day. Will definitely go back to him as needed.

I have been a loyal customer to this auto shop since 2005. John is friendly, easy to talk to and, most importantly, honest. He runs a very efficient shop that is divided into what seems to be two main sections - one for exterior repairs and the other for everything else. For minor issues, he will have your car done on the same. Other shops will have you waiting for at least half a day for a simple oil change. Not here! When I first discovered this auto shop, I used to be about a five minute drive away. And then, 10 minutes and then an hour and then an hour and fifteen minutes. This shop is so good that I STILL go to them. It's also a good excuse to drop by and say hello to my grandparents who still live five minutes away.I highly recommend this place for all your auto repair / maintenance / body needs. I've had simple oil changes, emissions check, engine tune ups (all the fluids, belts replaced, etc.), electrical work, exterior body repairs and even window tinting. Just listen to Shia Labeouf. Have any car problems? Take it to this shop. JUST DO IT!

They've been around for a while. I've been taking my car there for oil changes and occasional repairs. Prices are a bit on the high side but there's no doubting the quality of their work.

Fantastic service. Got my vehicle done in a timely fashion. Also great pricing! Price is fair here. I had my transmission done here and my muffler as well. Would highly recommend!

I didnt come here but when I called and asked how much is to change oil and check overall condition of the car they said they cant give exact price. Thats how you cheat! first you cant get exact price then you overcharge because you didnt name the price. Best of luck!

Overcharged on parts, Got me fuel pump and cost me $850 when went to pick up car i asked him is it dealer OEM he didnt answer i asked for parts reciepts and it was an Aftermarket Airtex sold at local parts store or auto zone for $196 he charged me $400 for it and $350 in labor.Front Brakes pads and rotors charged me $400 and thought they was OEM but same this Aftermarket Called Bendix $45 for set at local parts store. rotors $30 each at local parts store he charged me $90 for brakes pads and $70 for each rotor. CHARGES DEALER PRICES WITH AFTERMARKET PARTS.

If your car (or truck) needs service stop by SIMS they will fix the problem and leave you with enough to enjoy some of the amazing hand pulled noodles and dumplings a few blocks away!
