My car was towed there after a serious total lost accident.I was given the shop number & a lady answered me. She was driving at the time but she took my call. I then learned her name was Diana. I was driven to the shop to pickup some personal documents & have my first real look at the wreckage.I started to cry & Mrs.Deana consoled me like mother.Her compassion was bigger than any monetary value to me. I'll never forget her.May God bless you Mrs. Deana.

I was in terrible accident where someone almost killed me and they left the scene. My car was hit so hard in the front causing all the airbags to deploy. My car was towed to pro bodies storage facility. At times I felt like they were avoiding my calls to rack up another day in storage fees. I wasn t even going to write a review but as I went through my belongings I noted some expensive things were missing from my trunk (back of my car was no damaged). It s sad how a tragic event occurred in someone s life and this is how you re treated.

Worst company ever. Do not bring your business here. Irresponsible, rude, worthless. No customer service. Taking hard working people money. Got my car towed here, they lost my car key. The lady there acted like an animal cursing, screaming, giving smart remarks when I wanted my key. Blaiming everyone and anything but theirselves for losing my key. Business bureau should shut this place down.

Run these guys will drag there time andswitch parts for older broken parts while ripping off your insurance company....and they stole my stuff I had in the car....run from Dina...

Worst tow company ever! They towed my car and when I called the number on the huge board that had the company name and address, the lady on the phone stopped me in the middle of the sentence and said she would call me back. She didn t call me back, but she texted me another number to call so I could pick up my car right away. I called that other number and was told to bring ONLY cash to pay to get my car out! I got a Lyft and paid over $30 to get to the address listed on the board and when I got there, it was closed, so I called the second number and that s when the man told me that the car was at a different address close to where the car was taken from!!!!?? Apparently, it was a different tow company called Competition that towed my car! Neither one of them bothered to tell me that the car was not at Pro Bodies in Woodside!? I had to pay $28 to Lyft back to the other location! So not only was I charged $136 to get my car back, but on top of that, I had to pay another $58 for the ride back and forth! This is such a scam! I ve never experienced such disregard for people s time and money! I was even told by the man at Competiton that I should have asked where they were located?! How was I supposed to know to even ask that and isn t that something at least one of them should have told me about? I will be filing a complaint with Staples and the BBB over this!

I wish I I had taken the 2 minutes to read through all the negative reviews on this place so I could've avoided this business at all cost. Owner Deena is extremely unprofessional and downright rude. This place is shady and it thrives on insurance claims. As other reviewers have mentioned, you're better off taking your car elsewhere for repair work where they stand by their warranty.

Be careful with this company. I had a car accident and pro body tow company took my car and promised me they fix my car within 1 week s but once I called owner Dina, she told me that she submitted all the documents other driver insurance and working on it. After 1 week I called again and she said that she made estimates and will send the insurance company. After 2 days I called again she said insurance company don t pickup phone, no response. Owner Dina keep changing her stories every time and take like almost 2 months and she said I am trying my best, But insurance company doesn t respond. She told me you can takeaway your car anytime.My question is if insurance company does not respond why she didn t inform me very earlier. Once I called her I am coming to take away my car but she been very rude with me and she said, you have to give me 53 days storage fee and tow fee estimate fee and including tax. I tried to negotiate with her but she ignored me. Even she didn t want to talk with me. Finally I went to her body shop garage and tried to negotiate again then she talked shouted to me. Once I could not managed her That time I called police, even policemen couldn t managed her. Police said go to civil court and explain them. I don t want to keep my car long time because dangerous lady will be charge me more money then I went to next day with full cash money $1850: 04 and release my car without repair. She do business like that. She cheated with me charges storage fee and lost my valuable time and money. This is horrifying experience in my life.

If you want to be overcharged for towing go here and If you want to experience unprofessionalism go here. If you hear the name Deana pick up the phone just be mentallity prepared for this woman to waste your time and delay the process of you being able to pick up your vehicle. She will do everything in her power via excuses to release your vehicle so that she can charge you a yard and storage fee per day. You know what she will charge you a wap, winch, and a pull out fee as well cause she wants too. Took me 4 days to get my vehicle out and that is because I kept calling. Well say goodbye to $800 for those 4 days.

Deana and her team have been super helpful. My brother had gotten into his first accident 2 months ago. We had no idea what the process was like but Deana was able to walk us through it. She would keep us updated along the way. Overall, great experience.

My car was towed here after a bad collision in Manhattan. Starting with their guy who arrived to tow it, they were extremely helpful/pleasant. Deana especially went above and beyond - more so than the insurance company, including promptly sending me back my plates and some belongings. Grateful to her for making a pretty traumatic experience much easier to handle.

i have never dealt with a more unprofessional body shop in my life...i had my car repaired after an accident. this shop guaranteed their work. It was brought to my attention after the fact that my front wheel where the car was damaged was cracked. they shop was paid by state farm insurance to repair or replace the wheel and they did nothing. i then brought the wheel to my local tire shop and the told me the wheel was cracked. i called the insurance company and they then told me the shop was paid to replace it. once i called them out on it they quickly replaced the wheel. three months later i see that my front bumper is completely chipping and that the work done was bad work. i asked them what can we do to remedy the situation because i now live in the state of colorado and cannot have them fix it. i asked them to pay me for any repairs needed to fix it. they quickly refused and told me to have a nice life.

Worst customer service once they get the insurance cheque.Says they give warranty on their repair, but not really. Told me to go to your dealer.Says you will get car back in 2 weeks but got it in 6 week. Would say parts are in "backwater".Keep changing their stories everytime.I ended up spending more money, lost a ton of time and a creaking brand new car.Just found out that the axle they replaced was an old rusted one (they refused to replace it) and had to replace it at a better place.

I love this place they always do their best to make sure you are happy with your service and if anyone says otherwise then that s because they probably went to the shop with a horrible attitude.. trust me when I say she s the nicest person ever!!! Thank you Pro Body for arriving so promptly to tow me after I was sandwiched between two cars on the FDR. I appreciate all the work Deana has done for me in getting the insurance company to take care of the car rental and paying the storage fees for me. I truly appreciate your diligence in every aspect during this horrific time in my life.

Be careful with this company They told me before he moves my truck he s going to charge me $70 from Crescent Street Between 39 and 40th Ave.to 38 Avenue Between 24th St. and 23rd St. After that he charge me $400 he said that s how much we charge When I called the cops came he felt scared and lowered the price to 250$ the cops told me how to follow up my case in the court and I will do it. For 4 Blocks he Wanted charge me $400.00.

My car was at first lost I waited 3 hours before anyone tried to help not a single employee spoke English -they then had my car towed without my consent over an hour away & half of my belongings were stolen from the car.

Worst MOST unprofessional tow service, body repair shop in the united states of america. The staff is rude, their prices are sky high, and last but not least they force your vehicle into their shop to charge you yard fees.

Worst tow company ever!!! They force you to keep your car in their garage and to charge you again; just because I told them I'm going somewhere else to get my car repaired. They don't deserve even one star.

The worst tow company.....they lost my keys I request all of you if u r ever in a accident and this is being called to tow your car never ever get yourself in to trouble because they just greedy for money.Thas it don t ever use it
