thank you to david and his team for working so quickly/going above and beyond to get my car back to me. I got it back 2 days earlier than expected. they even washed my car and cleaned it out before giving it back to me. the color match on my door is excellent- my car looks brand new!! they also helped me fix another problem i had with one of the windows. i loved the open communication on their end, david explained to me everything that they would be doing to my car in detail/what to expect. i would highly recommend this place and come back again in the future

They did a great job I had my 2005 BMW 325ci Convertible to be repaired by New Win auto repair. Not only they painted the door but also they painted the quarter panel to match the color with no extra charge. David is very nice and helpful. He even did some touch up for the other part of the car.

my nissan altima had a dent and scratch at the side of my car and i brought it in to new wen because some of my friends recommended to me, and i m so grateful i did because the job was done so beautifully. David was so nice and was so patient with me and followed up with me and answered all my questions. really good customer service and really good service! the car was also cleaned for me also. i definitely recommend they have really high level of expertise! the pictures below are my before and after

Beyond amazing quality work and service!!! I found this place through Geico s list of Auto Repair Xpress and initially had my biases based on location- but I couldn t be more surprised or pleased. This place is a diamond in the rough. I had some damage to my passenger side rear tire region.The work was done within a few days. The staff are all second generation and extremely communicative. Edwin was my main person who kept me updated. He was so courteous and is someone I would be friends with. Michael at front desk also knows the ins and outs of the process. I came back due to an out of stock part that came in Mason was very thorough and Tim couldn t be any nicer. Tim was so kind to my wife and kid- you don t expect that genuineness and care at an auto shop.This place made me feel at ease and comfortable, which is usually not the experience I ve had at other auto body shops. I usually dread going there. Not that I m looking forward to my next fender bender but I know exactly where I m going to next if that happens. Win Auto for the win!!!

I want to complain about the poor service of the garage whose license was renewed. As a result, I was unable to renew my insurance within 14 days of my Geico lapse on 12/18/2023. Switching insurersI went there twice and didn't get an appointment for an update. Just gave me my card and told me to call next week and make an appointment. Caused my insurance to lapse. New Win Auto Repair staff are amazing, their work is impeccable, and excellent customers service.I came to the shop with cracked rear bumper, and broken light. Geico recommended them as the first closest option, and I'm very satisfied with the end product. These guys fixed/repaired and left my car like nothing happened. The paint job on the bumper was clean and neat, I was concerned about matching the original color, and they did a awesome job. Also, they left the car very clean inside and outside. This shows they care about their customers satisfaction.During the repair process I called to get updates and David and Michael were very attentive, and detailed. I'm very satisfied with my repair.

We had a dent in our passenger door and filed a claim with Geico. New Win is a Geico Express shop and the entire process was smooth and competent. Enterprise picked us up from the shop (10 min away) and we got a rental while our car was in the shop this depends on your insurance plan. New Win explained the process, potential delays (back order parts) and cost of the fix; we paid our insurance deductible. We picked up our car yesterday and are very happy with the work. Customer service is top notch. I highly recommend New Win if you have any body work needs on your car.

My car had knocking sound underneath and my friend recommended this repair shop. The staff here are very friendly and the person work on my car explains to me what the problem was and fix it immediately. Overall had a great experience. I highly recommend this shop and will come here again for future services for sure.

Exceptional service! All staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Very transparent. The auto shop provides a detailed description of all repairs before obtaining verbal approval to begin the job. Very reasonable service charges. Staff consistently will provide updates.The staff goes up and beyond to provide service. I came in with a problem with my brakes squeaking. The mechanics discovered the problem that even the Honda dealership could not diagnose. I also had a problem with my door lock. The mechanic went up and beyond to fix the door lock. They spent about an hour fixing the door lock to help me avoid purchasing a new one. New Win Auto shop is the best auto shop I have received service for my car!Service: Auto water leak repair

I took my car here because it was recommended by Geico. They did a beautiful job plus my car was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bonus that I didn t know about is that if you rent a car from enterprise, you can return it here and pick up your repaired car when it s done. Great experience. 5 stars definitely deserved!

Went to New Win Auto Repair as a Geico-affiliated shop to repair my rear bumper. The process and repairs were seamless, fast, and efficient. I used this repair shop for a car accident I had back in the summer. This shop is listed under one of Geico's recommended repair center. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally and they gave me a sense of reassurance that the car is in good hands. It has been 6 months since the car was repaired to new and everything has been running perfectly. Crossing fingers that I wouldn't have to look for a repair shop again, but New Win would be first on the list.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Dont be fooled by the fake reviews. Took my '06 Porsche Cayenne for a diagnostic and they claimed to have fixed the problem without telling me what was wrong. Paid them several hundred dollars only for my car to have the same issue a day later. These aren't real mechanics, they have no actual knowledge on car engines and electrical wiring because when I took it to actual Porsche dealer, it was a wiring issue. Save your money and go somewhere with actual trained mechanics even if its more expensive.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

First time ever being in a repair shop. We had no clue what we where getting ourselves into. My insurance recommended this place so we went. Customer service was one of the best I have ever had in anyplace I ve been too. Polite, friendly, explained everything in full detail. I even had my rental car there waiting for me. I literally just walked in and was out in 20min with my rental. I had full knowledge of what was going to happen. I was dumbfounded of their work and I am definitely going back for further repairs.Thank you New Win Auto Repair, I will definitely be recommending you!!!!

This is the best auto repair shop in NYC. I had an issue with my AC and called several different repair shops for quotes. When I spoke with David, the manager from New Win Auto Repair, he gave me a fair price that was half of the quoted prices of some other places. When I took my car in, the mechanics inspected the car and gave me several options for repairing the issue. They even suggested a cheaper fix that could potentially solve the problem, but I opted to get the entire system repaired just to make sure. The mechanic explained how my AC system worked and where the potential problems could have arisen from. The other auto shops were blindly going to replace only one part of the system for the same price New Win Auto Repair offered. I'm so glad I went to New Win Auto Repair instead of settling for another place where I would have paid more for one part and been left without a resolution of the issue. I've been using my AC for a year now and it's still running well. If you have hesitations about fixing your car, trust this place to give you a thorough explanation and several options at a fair price.

My car insurance Geico recommended to go to New Win (their authorized shop) after my less than 1 year old XC90 was rear ended with minor damage on bumper. New Win worked closely with Geico and Enterprise Rent a Car, everything went so smoothly and explained in detail. I couldn't be happier with New Win did a fantastic job on my car, they also cleaned my car inside out. Thank you so much New Win, your team rocks!!
