First off I would like to give a shout out to Pete for all the help and information he provided from the day of my accident to the day of me picking up my repaired vehicle. He helped expedite a rental car for me to get to work and helped my wife and I get the information we needed to get through this rough patch. I also want to thank the autobody workers and office staff for their courteous and amazing skills! The office staff provided excellent customer service and the workers who repaired my vehicle did an excellent job making the damage look like it never happened! I would highly recommend this place if you are in need of repair due to an accident!

It s hard to know what places to trust - these guys are beyond trustworthy and we ll be using them from here on out.They re very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process, they re attentive to your concerns, and answer them honestly whilst facilitating any solutions. The customer service was great and our car was repaired in less than 2 weeks. It looks brand new. They truly went above and beyond and we couldn t be happier with the results. Thank you to the whole team!

Thank you Grand Auto Collision, you guys are the best. Got rear ended by a truck and brought my car here for repairs. Everyone was so nice and professional. From helping me deal with both insurance companies and fixing my car like it s brand new I can t recommend this place enough! Amazing customer service and work.

Wanted to say Thank you to Grand Auto Collision on Flushing Ave; especially to Jesse for going above and beyond when it came to repairing my car after it was damaged; parts melted and melted off my car by a Verizon vehicle that caught on fire while driving. He (Jesse) ensured not only my car be serviced and repaired as quickly as possible, but he also made sure that my car was delivered to me as well due to unforseen circumstances. They did such a great job that you can't even tell the car was ever damaged. Thank you.If ever anyone needs their car repaired go to Grand Auto Collision they do great work!Thank you!

After an accident my car was totaled, Grand Auto not only towed my vehicle but they took care of every step in between. They handed my car back to me in record time and looking brand new, I couldn't be happier. My experience here was better than with any other auto shop I've dealt with in the past. I will 100% recommend to everyone now - they're great crew and top notch work. You won't be disappointed.

Great Auto Body Shop with Excellent Customer service who are very reliable. My vehicle has been serviced by Grand Auto Collision on two separate occasions and have done an outstanding job both times. They are very knowledgeable and take their time explaining to customers the services that will be rendered and expectations. They are also very courteous of your time and are willing to answer any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who requires services to their vehicles.

I can t recommend these guys enough, amazing work. Someone backed their car and destroyed my passenger headlight, bumper. NYC oh well. I brought it to Grand Auto as a recommendation from a friend. They were excellent. Was in and out of the office and they had the rental ready for me as well. My car looks amazing. They also washed out side and cleaned interior as well. Thank you guys for an awesome job. 100% my go to place from now on in.Service: Body & Trim

GREAT PLACE TO GO! THE QUALITY DONE TO THE CARS IS ALOT BETTER THEN ALOT OF THE OTHER SHOPS !! THEY NEVER SKIM ON MAKING YOUR CAR LOOK LIKE IT DID BEFORE YOUR DAMAGE .This Is My Car They Did A Tremendous Job !

The service that I received was excellent!! I was referred and surely was not disappointed.Johnny, who is the Body shop manager is a professional, courteous and honest person. He carefully explained the process that will be involve in the necessary repairs performed on my vehicle; he personally handle everything from the beginning, being personally involved with the insurance company, to arranging the rental car, ensuring that original parts were installed by providing proof of documentation and all else to the last detail, with recurring updates on the process of it all.I was beyond please with the quality of the finished product which was done in a timely manner.I would highly recommend this establishment.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My Mercedes was hit on July 11 , 2022. My car was towed to Grand auto and I was worried if my car would look the same after being hit...Can I tell you my baby looks Brand NEW... It looks perfect. They even detailed and cleaned the entire inside. My entire car is GLOWING... Everyone is cool and down to earth. The staff at Grand Auto feels more like a family than a business. During a really stressful time - they were able to make me feel okay. Very well experienced with insurance and accidents. Great community - happy to live so close to such a helpful space. Had to wait longer for my car - but it wasn t their fault- back order due to pandemic. Will definitely be coming back !

If you need any type of work done on your car Grand Auto Collision is your place!!! I would 10/10 recommend! The attention and communication given at this shop was immaculate, Enrique was always willing to answer all my questions and concerns. They also helped me get a rental while my car was at their shop! This place definitely goes the extra mile for their costumers.. but the best part is my car looked like it came straight out of the dealership when I received it back!Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Excellent service. They made my car look brand new after a hit and run. They handled everything through my insurance so it was low stress and no hastle for me, and they always quickly responded to my calls. I hope I never need my car repaired again, but if I do, I'll be going back here.

I was so devastated when I saw someone had hit my parked car. I decided to call Grand Auto Collision and they were beyond amazing. They instantly sent someone to come pick up my car and even gave me a lift home after. Everyone was so nice and they repaired my car quickly so I could still leave on time for a scheduled vacation. You would never know my car was in an accident. The car drives smooth and looks brand new. I highly recommend them.

My husband found out about this place through one of his co-workers. And it was probably the best referral he's ever gotten. Enrique literally makes us feel like family. Him and his staff works for you and no one else. I'd recommend this place 100 times over!

My Honda Pilot was sideswiped causing damage to 2 doors and rims. Grand Auto Collision walked me through the processed and ensured me that my vehicle will be like new once they re done.They were very professional and did a fantastic job. Grand Auto Collison is a place that I would recommend even to my enemies. I visited their location to get a quote for repair of my brand new Kia 2022 after it was sideswiped. The service from to end was immaculate. The work completed left me in awe. Upon dropping of the car, they drove me home. The painter reassured everything will be OK and he kept his word. Enrique the owner, maintained communication with me through out the entire process. Being a female who doesn't have vast knowledge of how repairs work, they were very nice. They DO NOT compromise and i will forever use their service when needed. Look no further as this is the place you need to be.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Exceptional Service !!!Immediately when you walk in your greeted with a welcoming respectful family vibe. It s a very busy shop & everyone is focused on their project.They all are very knowledgeable about what has to be done & you can see they like what they are doing, it s not just a job. They make sure you know everything that is going to be done & they put their all into it. They treat you like family & want you to be as satisfied with their work as if it was for their own family / friend.My car came in looking like it needed to be junked & when they were done, it was a brand new car. I couldn't believe how much of a transformation they did. I honestly wasn t expecting such a exceptional job. Very professional. Their hours are great. They open early and close late and always answer their calls. You re never left guessing. They communicate better than anyone I ve used in the past. Grand Auto Collision is what all Auto Body and towing companies should strive to be. From beginning to end they handle everything and treat you like family. Whether you need a tow or body work the only place my family will use is Grand Auto Collision in Ridgewood.
