I don t usually review, and this is long overdue on my end but I highly recommend Dean s Expert Auto Body. Not only for the high level of work they perform but most importantly, the fact that they are transparent and treat you not like a client, but a family member from the first phone call.2 years ago my car was hit overnight while it was parked on the passenger side, then I met Dean and his team and after a few days, the car looked liked it came straight from Mazda s factory.Thank you again Dean!

GEICO set up an appointment to get my car fixed after an accident. I spoke with Vivian and she explained everything and was so nice! It was a quick turnaround to get my car back, Harold walked me through everything done to my car. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful

Dean's Auto Body did an amazing job repairing my vehicle when it got vandalized. Went above and beyond! They are upfront on the cost and very realistic when it come to the timing of getting your vehicle repaired. Definitely would recommend this place.

My expeirence wth Dean's Expert auto shop was excellent. They repaired and fixed my car better then what I expected. When I picked up the car I was amazed with the final product. Dean even remembered the previous discussion we had about my daughter pertaining the car. I am so happy and pleased with Dean's expert auto services. I am highly satisfied with his services and would recommend it to everyone...

My car got side-swiped and I was referred to Dean. He brought my baby back to brand new, same paint and all. The staff is amazing and Dean himself is a super nice guy. I would highly recommend Dean's Expert Auto Body to anyone who needs immaculate work done on their automobile. I will be using him again.

This place is amazing. Had a truck scrape the side of my car and it looked like Wolverine was on a rampage. Picking it up I was shocked to see how pristine my car looked as if I had just bought it. Vivian is wonderful and was always in contact on the status of our repair. Couldn t be happier with this place. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if something happens to my car again, would go here.

Excellent communication about process as repairs happened, getting approval from insurance for work and cleaning car when done (though a strong wax/paint smell lingered inside the car that had to be aired out).They also partner for pickup/drop off with local Enterprise rental franchise which is super helpful!

We had an excellent experience. I was rear-ended with damage to 3 panels of my car. GEICO recommended this shop and set me up to see them. They had excellent communication, keeping in touch when they had an estimate. My car was done faster than expected. They returned it to us looking like new. On top of that, they cleaned it thoroughly. I have two little kids and crumbs are a constant part of my life. But they sent it back spic and span. Excellent shop. I d use them again!

I was in an accident a month ago and had been told to go to this shop because they do great work. When my car was ready there were a few things that could have looked better. I called and they said they would fix it asap. I spoke with Jose who is awesome. Seriously no attitude or arguing, he just wanted to make sure that I was happy with the work. I 1000% recommend this body shop. Only thing that I think could be improved is updating the customer when the car will be ready. From the moment I pulled into the garage, I received nothing but excellent customer service! They were very friendly throughout the entire process and made it a little less painful. I got sideswiped by a reckless out of state audi. I came here based on the google reviews. They did an awesome job. I really wanted to know what interior cleaner they used because my interior was super sleek and almost new. I have used Deans Expert body shop and they are amazing. I do not write reviews much only when credit is definitely due. I am satisfied with the work that was done and will continue to go there. Highly Recommend. I am a female and I know how it is when mechanics and Body Shops; try to take advantage of you. I can truly say I am grateful for all the work they have done. My car was vandalized on May 27th, 2022. The back driver side window was broken and there was a dent on my left side bumper. As a female, I was already weary of going to an auto shop and being played honestly. When I left the car, there was glass everywhere in m backseat. They were AMAZING. Customer service and the service done to my car was equally amazing. My car looked brand new, like the day I bought it. I will definitely bring my car back here for any other damages. My car was ready for pick up by July 1,2022. Thanks to Dean's my Jeep Compass Sport was back in time for the Summer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Customer Service by Ms. Viviane was excellent.Very Profesional Workers do anything to please you.I have brought my TESLA MODEL Y. 2021 to DEAN'S EXPERT AUTO BODY SHOP to do some metal Body work and Painting from an Insurance and from my own packet. The good:Great quality of work. If you want your car looking better than before an accident, bring it here. They are also a Geico Express certified shop, which makes the process much easier.The unfortunate:It took nearly 4 weeks to get the car back. Apparently this is because of supply chain issues. Unfortunately, their communication was quite poor, I did not receive a call with an update until 1.5 weeks later.I received an apology when picking up my car, however I don't feel an apology was sufficient. Even $200 off of my $1000 deductible would have been enough to appease me, but nothing was offered. So they get 3 stars instead of 5.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Replaced my original parts with cheap, Chinese ones. Not only that, left a scratch on my car that wasn t originally there.

Had some minor damage to my vehicle s rear end and spoiler from a snow plow clearing the streets. Brought it into Dean s right before Christmas and got my car back the first week of January. The repairs they did are showroom quality and looks like I just took the car from the dealership. Excellent job and very reliable

Received excellent service. They fixed our brand new car that had been sideswiped by a terrible driver. Amazing integration working with the insurance company. Highly recommend and will use them for any future body shop needs.
