0 stars. Worst car wash place. I went to this place to get a oil change for my car and they gave me a free car wash. When my car came out, i saw a big scratch. I told the manager about this and he puts the blame saying my car got hit by another vehicle. How can my car get hit only in small part of vehicle. As you can see in the picture, my car door is totally fine and only small part is scraped off. To make it worse, he says there is no camera in the building. Even the mechanic who did my oil change lied saying the scratch was there before. Please be careful of this shady business. If you do decide to go to this place. Remember to take pictures of your car before it goes in the car wash.Also don t let the workers drive your car in the car wash. Learned my lesson. I will not be coming back to this shady place.

Nice place to do your car maintenance, fast service but always busy. I prefer to go early. Good prices.

Great spot for a oil change, get a free car wash. Quick, efficient workers, great space to navigate as well. So far, best I ve been to.

I have been taking all my cars here for a long time and service has changed. Not the same crew there s some of them but I rather give my car to them, I drive my car almost everyday and I expect my car to be in a good condition. They messed up on my oil change by not putting back the oil pan screw properly so oil started leaking. Went back and the only thing they said was it happens m.f. Not professional I trust you with my car i expect it to be coming out in the same condition or even better. They will also forget to put the valve caps on your tires back and if you are not inspecting your car make sure you do you don t want missing important parts of your car. They print won t care losing a customer but they should watch what they doing is not for free we pay for this services we expect quality job!!!!Service: Oil change

Avoid this place! I just Went for a oil change that cost me $200 (yeah, extra $20 for the Ecuadorian man that said he had to do some extra cleaning cause my oil was to burnt , which I don t believe) on Sunday 09/04 and immediately after, my steering wheel started feeling hard on turns I readjusted the SW but few hours pass and my car dashboard, screen & signal lights stated to act up to the point my car completely turned off by itself while driving on the highway Thank God I wasn t harm or didn t cause an accident but let me tell you this people messed up big time with my car.After reading the rest of the reviews, now I understand how unprofessional and not reliable this place & their staff is. Definitely would take legal action against them, but trust me when I m telling you I won t recommend anyone to put a car in this sneaky people hands.P.S. I took my car to Toyota afterwards (where I m gonna find out if they stole a part of my vehicle or what exactly they messed up with) as I should ve done before giving business to this Sketchy place.MUCHO CUIDADO CON ESTE LUGAR. Someone that change my oil here damaged the wipers tank but of course the manager put the blame on me..I used to come here all the time but now I won t come back and definitely not recommend (only because the manager attitude

Many workers eager not to do their job.No sense of order or direction.$20 car wash is the norm.Many hand do a good job of drying one's vehicle.

Great service but don t come here at 7AM thinking you re getting an oil change. They don t open up until 8:30ish if you re lucky 8AM.

Totally agree. Do not change car oil in this place. BEWARE, THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR. They damage my car big time now I have to pay $1200 in damages.

I never spend more than half an hour here ever. Guys are always professional and work fast. Also you get a free car wash with your oil change!! Can't beat that! I've never had a problem here

I've been coming here for years but I've had enough last 3 times they left water on my jeep, didn't vacuum the inside good, forgot to amour all 2 of my tires, didn't clean my windows. its so sad because this use to be a prime car wash place.

Oil Changes and maintenance was always fine here. But I just brought in a new 2022 car and the hood is scratched up after the first car wash?! The manager doesn't seem to care about this issue. Bring your SUV here if you want the hood to get scratched up. I asked the guy wiping the car and "No Hablo Ingles. Manayer don't fix I sorrhie." Nice guy. Not his fault. Manayer is terrible for allowing this.

I just got charged $50 for cabin filter that cost $9 online. I came for a $40 oil change and ended up costing $50 because the technician said the cheaper one comes from a barrel amd its not good. Why sell it then???The plus was the free wash with oil change!

I came in for a oil change . I usely get the synthetic oil change from the bottle. They used oil from the pump what im not big on . They could say there selling u a synthetic oil change. While u are getting some cheap drum oil put in to your car . Buyer beware. When they did the car wash . I wanted to pay for the upgrade service. They were rushing me in and out . Never going back to this place .

Went in for an oil change and came out with oil all over the engine, check engine light on and a whistling sound. The manager said it had nothing to do with them because they only did an oil change. Apparently they stated the car with out the oil filter and spilled oil all over the engine, they guy who was working on the car didn't even tried cleaning it. At the end the manager only offered to wash the engine but didn't want to assume responsibility for the check engine light and the whistling sound.***Don't go to this place ***

This guys always get the job doneBut recently they change the personal and to be honest the guys are not good or maybe need more training they just want to get the job fast they dont even check like they used to do it before dont check the tires the doors even if they aren't busyThe car wash always good even the new staff try the best please dont forget to tip the guys with this weather always dry to dry the car as fast as they can and leave the tires great with armor all

Worstttttt place ever I was there on Saturday for a quick wash, I paid $23 bucks for nothingAs soon the came out of the machineThey took their time to dry it off and didn't clean the inside or dripping water5 guys and told them that's it and they reply what else you want I was danmmmm

After getting into a argument with one of the workers, the owner was very polite and reconsidered my service and priced it very fair. Their customer service is on point. The owner values his customers.

I call around 4:30 to ask what time they close and this old guy voice told me they close at 5 and I'm just 5 minutes away and he shouts at me and he said they close at 5. Well i guess they don't want to make money and just to close. Worse service ever.

I brought my car for change oil, the personnel that took care of my car is not honest, poor service car wash.. my car is still dirty inside out. The price that they gave me is not fair!!!

It's alright, the crew know what they're doing and usually you should tell them what you need. Such as air in the tires or vacuum inside the car. They'll do it for you if you ask them.
