If you want to get the worst customer service ever come to this place. They treat you like they are giving you a free service. I do not recommend coming to this place to do any photos inspection for your insurance, they act like like they are making you a favor.

Absolutely ridiculous establishment.Called for an insurance photograph. Was told to come at 1 pm Tuesday.When I get there at 12:40 I was told to come back at 1:30 everyone is at lunch. I returned at 1:30 still there is not anyone that can take a picture. What a joke. I would never ever recommend this business to anyone. Please stay far away. They are shady and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and do not use them.

Wonderful Service!!! Joe at Champion Collision is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant. My car after being crashed into while parked, returned to me more beautiful than before. I returned to Champion Collision sometime after on an unrelated issue that came up, Joe without hesitation immediately addressed and resolved this as well. Joe provides First Class A+ service at this Super body shop. No need to search for or check for any other place, Joe and Champion Collision is the place for me, my family & friends. Wasn't happy here, had to wait for my appointment to get pictures for my car insurance because some rando was parked in their entery space so I had to wait for this person to move before having pictures taken, my car was 15ft away, but I guess that was to far. Then my digital insurance policy wasn't good enough, they needed a physically printed paper of the same document because they "don't touch phones". Mind you, wouldn't be a problem if they told me before hand when I called to make the appointment for the photo inspection, would it have been that difficult to say "hey btw bring the physical policy with you"? So after some back and forth with dealing with a very nasty dude, he took the photos I needed. I was nothing but nice and even apologized for giving him a hard time, he didn't care however. I guess they are used to people fighting with them because they are also argumentative

Dropped in for an insurance photo inspection. Rude guy watching videos on his phone told me I had to make an appointment the following morning by calling at 8:30am. Unpleasant and surly at every step of the process.

My family and myself have been going here for over 20 years! We always leave happy and pleased with our experience. Just picked up my car today and she looks great! I have a buddy going back this weekend to drop off his car for some work. I always recommend champion to all my friends and family! Never dissatisfied and always professional.

Worst place Ever! DO NOT go to this place! I have been calling them to do an inspection for my car for a week, they either tell me the inspector is off, or I called too late, then today I called 8:30am, they told me it s raining and they can not do inspection on raining day! What kind of BS is that??!! I wonder all their good views are fake! Do NOT trust this place! They are all liars!

Best low quality service I don't know who the owner is... All the owners and staff are people who don't want to work... They just hang up the phone and answer questions in a cumbersome way. ....I don't know if it's an employee or the owner ...no greetings...unconditionally to call for a reservation at 8:30 on Thursday morning ....to make a reservation call at 8:30 on Thursday morning.. ...People who only say that, I've never seen a place like this

I tried to schedule photo inspection and went through the routine of calling them at 10 AM unsuccessfully. I though visiting the shop might help get an appointment but was told not to expect much as photo inspection was for free.i left them my phone number but never heard back from them. I would not recommend this shop.

Total professionals from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship was top notch, and my interactions with Joe the owner, were clear and concise. He was accurate in both time and cost and was helpful in every way imaginable. I was rear ended on the Hutch and my bumper sustained damage. Joe walked me through the entire claims process smoothly and allayed all my anxiety. The repairs were made in a week and my car looks beautiful! I couldn't be happier with my experience. I highly recommend Champion collision.

Leaving work..the last thing anyone wants to see is their damaged NEW Jeep just sitting there. A few days ago a company 18 wheeler smashed into my parked jeep and left the scene. Thank goodness for witnesses. I called the cops and they had contacted Response Towing Service/Champion Collision. Pat, the tow truck driver, has a calming disposition about him....which was needed for this tense situation. I told Pat about another body shop (which was closed at the time) near my job. Instead of leaving my jeep there in the street...Pat took it upon himself to tow my jeep to his shop for the night (one of my windows was busted due to the accident), didn't charge me for towing and took my jeep to the body shop near my job. Pat even talked about his family which did help me through the shock that I was still dealing with. He also kept telling me that things could have been a lot worse. He was right.I highly recommend all to contact Response Towing Service/Champion Collision to get respectable and professional treatment if you need your car towed and/or body work to be done. Thank you again Pat for helping me through that situation.

I took my Hyundai Elantra in after someone hit me. Joe took extra care if us (had my 2 kids with me). My car came back beautiful, in a timely manner, and cleaner than it was when I took it in. When I went to pick it up, they drove us to the rental agency so we didn't have to pay for a cab. Really nice. Really kind. Highly recommend!!!Jackie P.

Champion Collision does high quality work. The quality of workmanship is way higher than the nearby volume insurance body shop on the other side of the train tracks. The guys do stand by their work. Never had to have any rework done.

Call on Monday for geico inspection, was told call on Tuesday, call again on Tuesday was told call again on Wednesday, call on Wednesday was told call again on Friday, call on Friday and was told call on Monday lol. This business is ridiculous. No integrity!!! Can't be trusted!!

the owner is a scum bag...upset because i wanted the car moved from his location to a different body shop and wouldnt accept checks from the body shop so i had to pay out of pocket
