I had my car fixed here about 3 months ago. They ordered a new part from the dealer. That part was broken within 3 months. So I had to bring my car in. The boss helped me send my car to the dealer and get the new part. They didn t charge me this time, because it s within warranty. That s awesome. I will definitely recommend to my friends. 5

If you are looking for someone that you can really trust with having your vehicle properly taken care of, this is the place. They have been taking care of my cars for the past 9 years and never had a issue. Its great when you don't have to keep looking around for a reliable mechanic/body shop.

The store owner has the worst attitude I have ever seen in my life.Owner charged me 85 dollars to open the door for me. It seems high for a 2 min job, but that's not the point. When I told him I had my kid locked inside and it's an emergency(its hot outside and inside can get very hot), he treated like it was not his problem and just tell me it's 85 dollars. He asked me where my car is, I told him it's right outside(Yes, I got lucky that I have an autoshop right next to my car when it happend), then he just stares at me and asked me again where's my car, like I didn't tell him the first time. Then he told me again it's 85 dollars, do you want to do it or not? I said of course! Why would I decline at such an emergency! Why would you think i will turn it down? Save my daughter first man! I kept on telling him to please hurry, he gave me this disgusted attitude like my daughter inside a suffocating car is no big deal, and me being nervous is unjustified. Throughout the whole ordeal, I've never felt any concern or that he actually cared.So this sums up my whole experience. I don't know if he is a good mechanic or not, but with the attitude alone, I don't think I will ever suggest anyone to go there.

I took my Land Rover LR4 to this place. I went to get a diagnose and got a very bad result. They told me that I needed to buy a part that was worth $1000. It was something that I knew that did not needed to be changed because that part was new and recently changed. I left my car for an overnight to supposedly get a good diagnose . Went to pick it up at the next day said they would charge me. But for what ? For a totally bad diagnose. At first when I took my vehicle the owner of the mechanic told me that I was not going to get charged for its diagnose if they didn t fix my car. However, his words were false. Instead he decided to charge me for a wrong diagnose. When I talked to that person on the phone he had a very bad use of language. Poor communication. Not worth going to this place. They shouldn t even have this place and worse not even be called mechanics. Neighbors told me that they should even close that place. To not have any problems with them then I decided to pay them. My wife took our car here because it failed to start a few times. Took it to Boss Auto & they told her they need to run a computer diagnosis for $580. Was told to leave the car there overnight & they will fix it the next day. My wife told me about it & I thought is too expensive & advise her to bring the car back. So my wife called them, not to do anything & she will be back to pick up the car next day. They charge her $180 just to jump start the car. I went home & google the problem. It was the faulty starter piece that cause the problem. Ordered the starter for Amazon for $26 & change it in 15 mins after watching 2 youtube videos.I am very furious because this place is not professional at all & a total ripoff to be charging my wife $180 just to jump start the car. Also they tried to charge us $580 to do a so called computer diagnosis that we dont need. DO NOT GO TO BOSS AUTO! NOT YOUR HONEST MECHANIC! THEY WILL CON YOU! thats why they are called BOSS AUTO coz they owned you once you bring your car in.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Would not replace the part I believed was the issue with my car. I told him if it wasn't that part that was the problem, it would be on me that the problem still existed and not his fault. Guy would rather me leave the car overnight and im assuming charge me to diagnose instead. Don't come here if you know your car and want to bring parts and they do the labor.

Found him on yelp, great reviews so i gave it a try. Turn out he did a amazing job and gave me fair price. His turnaround time was fast too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! The boss is an amazing guy, they do great work, and they're super honest. Also, they can do European and all sorts of luxury cars. Highly recommend.

A very bad car repair shop. The promised delivery date keeps being pushed back, and the promises are kept. Finally, scrape off a piece of paint on the good spot. Very bad car repair shop, big liar.
