Cursed out by Britney when they dont want to properly process a refund to my card, after I had to purchase the same item twice because autozone scammed me using fraudulently offered Next Day shipping.Refused to refund to my method of purchase.Refused to contact customer support or corporate.Autozone currently has the money for my item, times two, and next day shipping for an item they admitted they never even intended to ship on time but advertised for it anyway.Came to store because customer support told me to bring it in to get refundedInstead I left there scammed out twice the money for my item, plus overnight shipping costs, and I've been disrespected.Sad day today at this autozone, because I've been a customer there longer than Britney's been potty trained.Autozone refused also to cancel the order or to contact FedEx to arrange the shipment arriving on time.FedEx was willing to expedite to at least almost meet autozones advertised shipping expectation 12 hours late.Autozone refused.Following leaving the business, I called autozone support again, who wanted to give me the release codes to give to Britney to be able to put the refund money onto my card.Needless to say, this didn't happen, as before I called support again, i left as Britney was refusing to do her job and sat in the corner talking trash like a preteen at me in front of other customers and staff.

Everytime I visit this place, the gloomy workers makes me feel bad.I m not saying that workers should always smile and make customers happy. But at least they should not upset the customers. I don t think throwing the broom with annoyed looking right in front of customers that waiting for pay is appropriate behavior.

Bought a car battery from autozone and apparently they can't install them for some cheap excuse or another. Come to find out Pepboys will check your battery, recommend a new one and install it for $15. Future knowledge for non-mechanics.

I like to start off this by letting all viewers know that I am not at all car savvy.I went to AutoZone to replace my front headlight, change my battery for my key, and also inquire about a bike rack.Upon arrival I was told that AutoZone does not change the lights, nor do they change the battery for keys. I then asked if they carried the lightbublb that I needed. They gave me the incorrect bulb number.Another associate by the name of Luciano stepped in to help and offered to change my light for me.Right before I left, I asked again about the battery and Luciano was quick to help me again.Luciano has single handedly made this entire experience better.I'm not sure if Luciano is a manager or not, but with service and attention to detail like he has shown, is definitely worthy of the conversation at the very least!

I went into this store a month ago, manager RAM is shouting in the presence of all customers, on a staff about his pants - and that he must get out and go home immediately, - I felt bad for this kid - as a parent, I can imagine how he felt - Autozone needs to do a better job is hiring professionals to run their stores - as I businessman myself - and owner of multiple companies I have staff and no one is allowed to speak to staff in this manner, especially infront of customers- DISTRICT MANAGAERS PLEASE DISCIPLINE THIS IDIOT RAM that s on your PAYROLL and making you business looks MORE BAD than it is

Not sure if other locations are the same but this Autozone location in Flushing is unpleasant. Will not name workers or say if they still work there but when I do go there, seems to be a lack of help generally speaking. Honestly, seems like customer satisfaction is their least concern. I'm writing this after multiple visits to this store for various reasons. Needed a light bulb they had in stock but wasn't sure at the time if the type of bulb was correct for my fog lights. Upon visiting Autozone, lady behind counter could not locate my make and model of car but when she finally did, advised that she did not have any in stock. Kindly pointed to her the one hanging nearby and simple told me, in a sarcastic tone, to purchase at my own risk. I understand the computer database didn't let her know what type of bulb, H11, is needed for my fog lights on Scion tC 2015 but she absolutely refused to look further. I asked nicely if she could help just take a quick look with me and understand completely that it isn't mandatory to go above and beyond but she seriously just wanted to shoo me away. Another customer was kind enough to help me with some questions at least. The next bad experience was when I just wanted to pay for my item, ScratchX I believe, and was next in line. As soon as the first paying customer was done and my turn was next, the person at the counter ignored my presence on line and began to converse with her peers. I was stunned as the store was literally empty. Decided not to say anything and waited a couple of minutes until one of the employees slowly walked up to me and was kind enough to ring me up. Felt like they were doing me a favor just to ring me up. Very disappointed with their customer service and remember a time when the customers were treated with respect and kindness. If this Autozone has an item in stock, do not expect them to help you find it, answer any questions knowledgeably or even treat you with respect as a paying customer. If they do assist nicely, seriously good on them but for those that don't I'd say it's normal protocol for this store.

I went to change the car battery, but they said no because it was drizzling outside. One person keeps saying it's our policy! I really didn't understand, and they didn't even explain why. So I went somewhere else.

This Auto Zone was ok. There was enough staff but not enough staff who could help me pick out some car mats and some locks. Other than that service was fine.

Very helpful staff, went in to use their obd2 scanner and they were patient and went through what issue was found and why it might happen and printed out the report. Was not busy at all when I went at night.

This morning was the first time I was at the store . I needed glue to reattach my rearview mirror to the windshield . I asked one of of the people who work there to help me find it , he did . Compare to other auto parts store's that have been in . It's small . But if you need something. It's nice to know it's in Flushing Queens near by . The staff is helpful . They do have a L shaped parking lot behind the building . . . . . .

Excellent and helpful! I went in today because my car wouldn't start without a jump. I was prepared to buy a new battery. However, Darcy took the time to look at the battery, and found no problem with it. Turns out it was a simple need to clean the corrosion around the terminals. Not only Darcy saved me money, but he also took the time to clean it thoroughly. I went ahead and purchased some new terminals. Darcy is a great employee to have on the team. I plan to return to that location to purchase things I need for my car going forward. Thank you!

Be careful when using Autozone car part compatibility checker. According to the checker, my Chevy Spark 2020 uses H13 bulbs for the headlights. My Spark uses H11 and H9 bulbs. They are two pin male plugs. H13 bulbs are three pins. How are you going to put in 3 pins into a 2 pin receptacle?

Went in to buy nuts replacement and socket. the store was not busy. Matthew A. (Employee) asked if i needed help.he referred me to the store section yet i was not able to find parts.Went back to the counter and he referred me to the same area without any help or suggestions. Also i had to wait until he was done restocking returns and fixing the returns with tape.Matthew A. again referred me to the same section that i should be able to figure it out myself.i believe i can find better help from the internet-google.what is the point of going in person??

I went in for some coolant and left getting 2 problems fixed by the most helpful AutoZone worker I've ever met. Chris was awesome. That man knows his stuff.

Watch out for any online purchase you make whether you pick it up in the store or have it delivered...I usually give 4 or 5 stars to who I rate. But AutoZone is THE WORST!!!Whenever you feel like getting frustrated, all you have to do is try ordering from AutoZone!!

Out of all the AutoZones I ve been to in Brooklyn and in Queens this one did provide the best customer service! I went in there to get my battery checked which they did w/o any hesitation or delay. I was given the OPTION of having an Autozone employee swap out my old battery for me by the manager Christian S. who didn t seem bothered by my questions and automotive troubles. John B. is an efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable employee. He swapped out my battery and wasn t afraid to do his job. He knew what he was doing and I also witnessed him help another customer replace defective light without being annoyed in doing so. From manager, to cashier, to associate they were all professional, knowledgeable, engaging, and down to earth. They all worked their part. Best customer service thus far from an Autozone.

This review is a reflection of miscommunication between the website and the store. I needed a new car battery and I ordered on the Autozone website that said same day delivery. I ordered the battery and got a email confirmation for my order and that I will receive another confirmation for when it gets shipped. I waited 6 hours and saw my order was still processing. I called the store and asked for an update. The employee said they don't do same day delivery at their store. He checked my order and saw that it was confirmed for same day delivery but they don't do it at their store location. He was very helpful and cancelled my order for me when I asked.I don't understand why the website will say a store provides same day delivery service but the store itself won't.Clearly there is miscommunication and also the website is selling lies if they're promising something and don't literally "deliver".

I have always gone to this store to buy my car parts. Here I want to talk about what I heard and saw in this store. It makes me feel incredible and incomprehensible. There is an Asian employee in this store. He should be new here. I haven't seen him before. Here's the thing. Other employees in the store are shouting at the Asian employee in an imitative and mocking tone. Everyone in the store can hear it. Two or three non Asian employees instructed him to do things with made words in Chinese or Korean. . I went to this store three times and heard it twice. I don't know if the manager is there and heard it. Maybe the manager in the store acquiesced in the employee to treat another employee like this. This is obvious racial discrimination. There is really something wrong with the corporate culture of this store or this company. This is disgusting!!!!!!!!
