Ekrem is the best mechanic! He is a very nice person and extremely helpful! He always show me and explains what is wrong with the car and what would be the best solution. He is honest and always do a great job!

Great, honest mechanics. The 2 gentlemen who own the shop are fair. up front, talented mechanics, and good teachers; they show you and explain what's going on. Good choice!

Sal and Ekram have been servicing my car for about 15 years now and they have always done a great job. All the folks at my nearby MTA facility go to them and I have never heard of any problems or issues. They are as good and as honest as you are going to get. There are very few mechanics that you can trust and are honest with you and are not looking to rip off. Myself and my wife have been using them for at least 20 years + We also had recommended friends and they also recommended friends.

I took my car here about three weeks ago. I traveled from deep in the Bronx to try and find a mechanic that was knowledgeable and honest. I was blown away by their service. Ekrem and his brother run a great shop. The very first mechanic shop in my LIFE, and I've been to quite a few, where I feel I can relax and trust the work is going to be done perfectly and fairly. Ekrem took the time to show me what was happening to my car. He didn't only do this with me but with everyone that came in with their car. I respect these men for running a professional operation. If you're looking for Class Act Human beings and Mechanics look no further than ANS.

I dropped in with my vehicle to ANS for a diagnostic. Sal and Ekrem were courteous, professional, and eager to examine it. They hoisted it up on a lift and patiently scrutinized the undercarriage as well as under the hood. They verified my vehicle's issue was not alternator or belt related. Sal even took it for 2 test drives. Their efforts went above and beyond normal shop hours. I would definitely use their services in the future.

I m not one to write reviews. In fact this is the first time ever writing one and Sal definitely deserves a 5 star review.To keep it short and sweet, I arrived at sears auto center down the block for a simple inspection. Three hours and two full morning talk shows later my car hasn t moved an inch off the parking lot. Upon asking the rep up front what the hold up was, I was told I was next. Another 10 minutes passed and my car is still sitting there to which I demanded my car keys and left.5 minutes later I arrived to Ans auto care and greeted by Sal. Thinking I d have to wait to be serviced I asked if it was possible for him to squeeze me into his schedule to which he replied how can I help you. Although he does not do state inspections he gave me details to another dealer after confirming that my vehicle would pass using his diagnostics tool.Already impressed with his services, I asked about a nagging problem that I have with my vehicle s TPMS. He went ahead to check all 4 sensors, filled all 4 tires, and fixed the coo-coo sensor free of charge! Problem solved! Thank you Sal. You ve earned a customer for life.

Ask for Sal! Tell him Joanna sent you. He will give you great service. He is AWESOME. He answered every question in detail, actually showed me what was wrong and showed me why, in detail, so I knew he wasn't upselling me; And, he even divided my needs by "safety" and "cosmetic" so I knew what was most urgent and wouldn't spend unnecessarily. One of the things I needed was new rear tires. Not only did he get me the best price on those, but he took the initiative to replace my moderate (older) front tires with the new rear tires before I picked up my car, for safety! Very grateful

Excellent place to bring your car . Very knowledgeable of all kinds. Great neighborhood guy. The shop is a little small but still well worth it. They don't rip you off or try to sell you something you don't need . Ask for Sal

Comparable pricing for mechanic services. All mechanics are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and if there is a problem they do not stop until they find out what is wrong with your vehicle. Definitely recommend ANS Auto Care.

As of this very moment I am a new and returning customer! I had issues with my 2 catalytic converter(s) and possibly 4 � (02 sensors). I had a quote from another mechanic that was quoting me $4000 for the OEM converter(s) and 02 sensors without labor! I was super fishy and so checked online and found this PLACE! Met Sal and Ekran and a 3rd employee. They both were very communicative and took the TIME to explain throughly what is going wrong and suggested several options before EVEN resorting to other (very affordable/yet reliable parts) alternatives. Even if I have to replace the parts... I WILL SAVE SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS HERE AT THE VERY LEAST! The place just has a very old school and down to earth vibe! I will post results after tomorrow!UPDATED! It's been a week since my visit (where they flushed my transmission and did cleaning/maintenance work on my original catalytic converters).. I've driven over 150 miles and my "Check Engine light warning hasn't popped up! ANS Auto literally helped me AVOID several thousand dollars in parts replacements! I wish I knew about them when I had to replace my timing belt and suspension parts from going to name brand auto-mechanic shops that charge to replace things with expensive OEM parts or replacing parts just to get labor work hours... I would have saved probably a thousand.
