We can t say enough of nice things about Diane, Ed & the team at Country Saab! A seamless, honest & great buying experience. What you see is what you get, no hidden fees & no surprises! My first car was a two door Honda Civic. In 2012, I financed it at 20K and paid nearly $300 a month for five years. Once I paid it off the dealer sent me a letter saying I need to get the title myself. Needless to say, I knew I was paying cash for my next car, and I knew exactly what I was looking for. Diane was a beast with the endless barrage of paperwork. Ed put the car on the lift for a thorough inspection. Frank made me Pomegranate tea. They will work with you, if you work with them. They are genuine people with next level customer service, which is becoming harder and harder to find. I feel confident in my purchase and will definitely continue doing business with them. Give them a call and see for yourself.

We have bought 3 cars from this location for our business. A 2013 Jeep Wrangler in 2021, and now two more this year - a Jeep Grand Cherokee and an Audi G5! They are the BEST! Quick, easy, friendly people. Thank you to Diane for facilitating everything, and thank you to those who work hard in the service wing to keep our cars running beautifully. 100% recommend!

Fantastic service. Gotta say I hate car dealers but country Saab has restored my faith in humanity or at least in car dealers. Very helpful, courteous and friendly staff both Frank and Diane were both super friendly and honest. Would recommend them moving forward to everyone and will definitely return in the future for all auto needs not just a vehicle but for service and parts.

I have bought several Vehicles from Country Saab over the years, most recently a 2017 F 150 I picked up just today. All I can say is the truck is amazing, The service at the dealership is great! Diane, who sold it to me is awesome. I can honestly say I have no reason to ever go anywhere else to buy a car ever again! Just so easy and honest. its a pleasure to shop with them. They found exactly what I wanted, worked with me every step of the way from picking it out to picking it up. I have no reason to go anywhere else!

Drove UP from rock hill,s.c. to Warwick new york...after a week there AGAIN,,,Our 2008 honda ridgeline needed yet another coil changed...Makes a total of 12 coils!!!We did learn the lesson needed for replacing coils in Honda Ridgeline's!!!YeaH,,,tis the brand...thanks 2 this garage who did the coil in time for week 3 weekend last week UP and making the drive home...NOW I know!!!

I purchased a car from Frank a couple of years ago and was very pleased with the whole transaction. He gave me a very fair deal on the car without a hard sell and questionable salesman tactics. He went above and beyond to make sure the used car was in excellent condition before delivering it to me. I just bought my second car from Frank and again was very pleased. He continues to be a reliable, honest and fair car salesman. If you are looking for a good used car and an honest sales approach, I highly recommend that you call Frank.

I did not purchase vehicle from these fine folks, I wasn't able to get to it before it sold. However, I did have the pleasure of working with Diane while negotiating a vehicle. I have since dealt with many sales people and have to acknowledge the great customer service skills, personality, attention to detail, desire to help of Diane at Country saab. Thank you for the positive experience, wish I could have purchased your truck, just for the efforts made.

I was looking for a Mustang convertible and discovered Country Saab online. I spoke with Frank by phone and he described the car perfectly. The only day I could view the car was on a Sunday. They were so kind to meet me there and I'm so happy to say that the car was BETTER than original described. Drove 290 miles to see car and purchased it that same day. Thank you Diane for meeting me that day and for making this such a wonderful stress free experience. Imagine, a car dealer that is honorable!! I will certainly check with them again, when in the market for another car.

Found the exact car (color and trim) I was looking for at Country Saab. Frank and Diane were very friendly and helpful from the first time I called to inquire about the car to the moment I drove off the lot. Overall my experience here was great. Got a fair amount for my older trade in too

Will not think twice of bringing my car here, they're hungry for money. They know, locally, monopolize service because they service foreign cars and assumes customers don't care or do their homework regarding their over priced assessment of vehicles.I brought my dad's car for service, 99' Saab 9-3 convertible. I asked how much do fix the convertible top, their response was, roughly 2500 but definitely no less than 2000 dollars. According to them pistons (2) has to be change and lines that causing the leak on the left/driver side rocker panel. I said to my self, this car is not worth fixing because the cost is worth more than the vehicle. Now, mind you, I wanted to do this for my dad who's birthday is in Aug, we are now in July 2015. So I decided not to go forward and sort of disappointed at myself for lacking the money to fix the convertible top.2.5 wks later, I found a shop in Hyde Park that service Saab, Mini's, and BMW's figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Mike owner of the Foreign shop, after telling him my dad's car issues gave me a price off the bat even without seeing the car, 400 600 dollars that's replacing the 2 pistons and lines. So, I immediately decided to take the car to him. After 2 days, long be hold, my dad's car is fixed, 2000 dollars less than Country Saab.Do your homework and be patience, unless you have all the money in the world. But, my mind is made up, not to ever take our car to Country Saab.

Please read this before you make a mistake and purchase a car from these people. I purchased a 1999 jeep with what I was lead to believe was minimal frame rust. A week after buying the car the frame literally broke in calling orange county Saab they agreed to give me 500.00 dollars towards a1,800 dollar repair. After contacting them numerous times they never sent a penny towards the repair which the welder who fixed the frame told me it was painted over to hide the rust. Pleas do yourself a favor a buy someplace else.

Had the best car-buying experience at Country Saab. Diane was amazing and laughed with me all the way through... until the beautiful Audi convertible was mine!! Highly recommend

I'm writing this review 4 years later I had purchased a Toyota Camry 2004 at 90,000 miles detailed and serviced now at 160.000 miles no issue . I can't be happier. Thanks too the awesome staff

Horrible! Diane has no patience and sold me a vehicle with something wrong and without fully knowing the extent of what needed to be repaired. I've owned my car for 14 days and they have had it for repairs for 8 of those days. Who sells vehicles and does repairs after the fact and tells you it will take one day and now i am on day 8 and now they are telling me once again it will be ready tomorrow which is day 9. When you speak to her she will not allow you to speak and then proceeded to tell me she was going to hang up on me if i didn't listen to her. let her speak and when my tie came to speak she wouldn't allow me to finish. I've had to reschedule appointments, meetings, and had to reschedule my daughters bday party all over this. They gave me a loaner which was dirty and smelt and i do not feel comfortable driving someone elses car and hence why i have had to reschedule so many things. Not to mention when i asked if i could have the number to the place that has my vehicle she refused. ???? i own the car but cant know where my car is or who with!!

I have gotten two cars from here, and have experienced excellent customer service, reliable auto servicing, and honesty. The car detailing is amazing! I highly recommend for used cars.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS from here with only 77,000 miles on it in September of 2016 & the Engine went bad 3 months later. They refused to take any responsibility. I would never purchase and/or recommend them to anyone again.
