I have been coming here for years with everything from inspections, to oil changes to break jobs. Gregg and Chris have always been upfront and honest in every interaction, and in a an age when it seems like every auto show is trying to fleece you for every dime, Gregg and his team has instilled a level of trust that you rarely see in a repair shop these days. If you want to have a reliable go-to local car guy , I can think of no other shop that would fit the bill.

I had an outstanding experience at Gregg s Tire & Auto. Despite forgetting my wallet at home, Gregg and his employee German went above and beyond to service my vehicle. Their exceptional kindness turned my bad morning around. Kudos to this team for their customer-focused approach and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Greg is the best. I really don t want you guys to know because then he ll get too busy for me! It s hard to find a good mechanic and I ve gone completely out of my way to go to him. He uses multiple expensive machines to test your car and has extreme high level personal knowledge. When I had an issue, he fixed it and then he drove my car for a few days. Driving it 100 miles to make sure that the issue wouldn t reoccur. In case you re wondering this is an amazing thing. Having a good mechanic is more important than having a good dentist lol and this guy is the best mechanic I ve ever seen in my life!

Place is close to my work. Had a really bizarre and uncomfortable experience with a person presenting as the owner, sitting in front of the store in his car. Behaved very unwelcoming when I said I need air in my tires, got dismissed and told to come next day. Not the way to treat customers or potential customers. The review is for the owner of the store only.

Worst place to fix your car. Charged me $50 for fixing my lights which didn t work. Also, worst attitude I ve ever seen. Talked to me multiple times disrespectfully like I m subhuman. I d rather go to a guy who charges me $20 more but speaks properly

Gregg, Chris, and the entire crew at Gregg's Tire and Auto are second to none. I have taken mine and my family's cars to them for twenty years. Experts, honest, professionals, and always fair prices. I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent service. I find Gregg and the rest of the staff awesome. They talk to you with understanding and respect (women too!!). Gregg s deserves 5 stars because this is the type of place you want to go when you need anything for your car. Not only was the service exceptional they were extremely fast too on my brake job with great pricing. He actually cares about his customers and is not looking to make a quick buck. Highly recommended!

New to the neighborhood, I took a chance and went to Gregg's because it was local. Although all I needed was a routine oil change and DMV inspection, he was as considerate and attentive as if I was bringing him major business or we were old friends catching up. He was remarkably upbeat considering I was waiting for him when he opened at 7:30AM and another gentleman waiting had a tantrum as if he expected an entire NASCAR crew to descend upon his car and fix his problem in 90 seconds while he sat in the driver's seat anxious to get back to the race. I'm sorry this other "customer" was already having a bad day at 7:30 AM, but Gregg did not deserve to be the target of his frustration in person or in his review.Gregg and his crew are honest, polite, skilled, and competitively priced; they make taking in your car less of a chore. Every customer is a valued customer. I'll be back soon with my other car for routine maintenance, and certainly if any big repairs become necessary down the road.I'd recommend his shop to anyone looking for someone to trust with their car and their wallet.Service: Oil change

I ve been coming to Greg s Tire and Auto for years. They ve seen my car through it all. Greg and his team are so kind and professional. He will take their time to provide recommendations of what to fix now vs later and if they can share a cheaper alternative they will. These guys just don t do the typical autozone code check . They really care.After my car was in an accident, Greg was so kind to refer me to his friend s shop that would help fix it.My car works like a charm thanks to his team. Usually a lot of people have a hard time finding a mechanic. Once you come here, you won t go back elsewhere. Gregg took the time to show me the repairs that needed to be done, then explained all my options and provided me with an accurate and reasonable estimate. The repairs were done in a timely and professional manner and my car is running like new. If your car is giving you problems...bring it to Gregg...you will not be sorry...the guy and his crew know their stuff and will not disappoint.

Gregg has taken care of my car for years! Any repair I ve needed he always explained why, how long I can wait before I absolutely have to do to the repair, preventive maintenance and reasonable rates. I recently dropped my car off for tires. So happy I did. He s such a great guy. Works with you all the time! You won t be disappointed. The shop is now open on Saturdays. They are the best!

Really good priced, honest tire shop! Greg was honest about replacing a flat I got from a pot hole and he set me up quickly with a replacement he luckily had in the shop. Great service, appreciate all your help!!

Gregg is a great guy. He won't try to take you for a ride. Real honest dude. I told him I moved and didn't feel comfortable taking my car somewhere else. He said he would work with me. Dude is tops

Nicest mechanics I ve ever met. Came in on a Thursday afternoon at 4:30 pm with an AC issue. I m not from the area. I was told that I needed a part for my car and the repair had to be done tomorrow. After explaining I don t live in the area Gregg had the part delivered within 30 min and stayed past 5 pm, the normal closing time, to put it in for me. Excellent auto shop would recommend to anyone. Hardworking, honest mechanics.

I have been bringing my car here for three years. All of the work has been done well for very reasonable prices. Perhaps most importantly, Gregg and Chris have been perfectly honest in every transaction. I have referred friends to them and they have also been treated well. I highly recommend this business.

Greg saved me and my car today. Excellent service, I got my car fixed within hours. He really went above and beyond to accommodate me and to get me a great price to replace my car s bent rim. I will be going back next time if I have any issues with my car :) !

Had to have my tire plugged due to a nail. Called the shop and spoke directly to Gregg. He told me to come in an hour. I got there in 50 minutes and they took my car right in. 15 minutes later it was done! Gregg was great and honest, he didn't try to sell me a new tire like other shops have tried to. I recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, knowledgeable, and honest repair shop.

I can't say enough great things about Gregg's Tire & Auto.I have taken my van to Gregg's a few times and have always been very satisfied with the work done and their customer service. Greg is upfront about everything. Very fair and honest. I will only go to Gregg's Tire & Auto from now on. I give 5+ stars.I am grateful for Greg

My family has been taking our cars to Greg for more than 20 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else the service is great prices are reasonable and the staff is super helpful and super friendly. When my mom was sick with breast cancer they always drove her home whenever she brought her car in! I'd give them a hundred Stars if I could.

Gregg's tire and auto was able to swiftly take care of a nail in my tire. I drove in, and they took care of it right away, and for a great price. I would definitely come back here for other tire related needs or issues.

These guys got me out of a jam at like 7 am when i caught a flat coming home from work. Couldn t replace the tire but they put a donut on my car and ensured I would get home safely. They weren t even fully opened yet. Service was unmatched I would recommend them to anyone in the area.Service: TiresService: Tires
