I have been using Gibraltar and only Gibraltar since I ve started driving. They are the absolute best, extremely honest and fair. I had two cars totaled in 2 years. Gibraltar handled everything from picking the car up at my house and dealing with insurance. And when insurance tried to short change me they fought for me and got me more money. I wouldn t use anyone else. The best!!

There is no one I trust more with my car. I've been going to Gibraltar for over 15 years. It's a family owned business and they treat me like family. Marty and his sons Richie and Mike have gone above and beyond to take care of me. They're work is second to none. I can't recommend Gibraltar enough.

The entire crew at Gibraltar Collision is the best in the business. Their repair work is second to none. I've used them for years. Unlike most of the body shops out there, they don't take any short cuts when it comes to repairing a vehicle properly. They know all of the procedures and laws related to dealing with insurance companies so they can assist with any questions you may have in dealing with your insurance carrier. Me and my family have recommended everyone that's in need of any automotive collision repair to go them for over 20 years and they've all been very satisfied with them.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Air conditioning

I truly felt like my hands were tied in a very hopeless situation with my vehicle and Gibraltar really came through for me. They worked with my insurance company and were able to really work wonders on my behalf. They know all the finer details when it comes to claims and WILL ENSURE that you get what you are truly entitled to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIBRALTAR COLLISION!!!!! Gibraltar Collision is one of the best in Tri state area. In terms of professionalism they take pride in their work. They always make the experience of automotive repair as comfortable as possible. "Richie" is the man. I have never met someone so dedicated and indulged in this line of business.

I highly recommend this body shop and i gave them a five star review after my recent experience. After my accident i took my car here for evaluation by insurance co. The insurance company deem the car a loss at $9000. The owners ( Richie and Marty ) felt that the car was worth much more than what the insurance company was offering. Richie and Marty immediately got on the phone and started to negotiate with the ins company in my best interest. long story short, in just 3 days the got the insurance company to increase the payoff from $9000 to $12000!These guys are very professional, hones and reliable. Highly recommended!!!!

The owner Marty is very easy to work with, He kept me up to date with all work that needed to be done to my SUV and an ETA on when the work would be done. He was very upfront with me and transparent. Not something you get from a lot of body shops these days. 5 stars across the board from transparency to professionalism to being done in a timely manner.

These guys arent just auto body mechanics, they are surgeons! My SUV took a heavy hit to the rear, to the point I was ready to cut my loses, sell and start financing a new one. My friend John recommended I bring it to Gibraltar. After all said and done, they made my SUV look newer than when I first drove it out of the dealership! Marty and Mike treated my car as if it was their own. I hope I never have to see these gentlemen again! Haha... but now they are officially my Go-To if ever needed.

Came here for Hertz, supposed to be open at 7:30am.. you know the importance of picking up a car on time when you are going on a road trip, with traffic every minute matters. The owner of the collision shop didn't open until 8:10, and we didn't leave the shop until 8:30. Hertz was accommodating however the owner of the shop was not remorseful.

This place is an absolute disgusting disgrace of a business! THE OWNER is the ringleader of the disgrace.I went to bring my car back there because they share a location with a hertz rental place.I parked my car rental car in front of the business a little bit in front of the collusion s driveway. As I m parking a man comes out from the driveway and screaming at me and cursing!I get out the car and he says I thought you were ignoring me and very calmly say to him I wasn t ignoring you I can hear you, I just really have to run in here quick and ask a question to the rental people. He s still screaming.My question was should I park my rental around the corner like last time I was here because I know last time a rental parked there the company got a ticket and I wouldn t want the car to get a ticket. So as I come in the guy comes around and starts screaming at me and yelling at me with another man. SCREAMING!!! Then the owner screams and yells to saying you have to move that car. I said OK can I just really ask my question please really quick it ll be one sec.his response: Fine I m just gonna lock the car, give me the key, I m going to get a tow truck I m gonna lock it up and then she will pay for the tow. screaming at me!!it s 3 men screaming at a woman who is trying to be KIND and just ask for some help in guidance.I wasn t rude to them. I m a Christian and I try to be kind and see the good in everyone but that guy was downright nasty and disgusting and so was the owner. Yelling and cursing. All that time that they were screaming they just had to listen to what I was saying and it would ve been solved. By the way he could ve still gotten out I wasn t blocking the driveway completely. He just felt like being nasty and controlling.Sometimes you need to just take a step back and listen to people instead of screaming at the top of your lungs! You ll never get anywhere in life for screaming at people especially a woman that you don t know.So the kind rental guy sees all of this commotion and he says just move the car around corner don t worry about if it s a ticket we should be OK. I go move the car and as I come back inside I m so upset and distraught. I m shaking. I just asked the owner s son who was also rude would you speak to a man that way he rolls his eyes. I then call my dad to calm me down and I can t reach him. I m mortified!I sat there waiting to get my rental information for 20 minutes and the rental man was so kind and such a gentle soul but as soon as I leave the place I burst out into tears.I know it might seem like something small but as a Christian and I m a Pre K teacher, I really try to see the good in people and try not to lose my temper and try to stay calm but when evil people are attacking you it s very hard. I m proud of myself that I didn t lose my temper and I stayed calm but I would NEVER recommend any woman go to that business alone because the men there will ATTACK YOU even if you re trying to be kind. Even if you just needed some help.Kindness goes a long way in life and they SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVESAfter getting my car back after being in a serious garage truck accident I was in such a great mood that day that I was able to bring my rental back and have my own car back.I still pray that whatever was stressing those men out that day will pass and this too shall pass but I cannot allow this to happen to anyone else. Please beware you don t want to feel attacked.

No one can hold a candle to them. The work they do, you would think you just pulled out of a brand new car dealership. Their work is perfect. Highly recommended!

The owner and his sons that work with him are amazing people - the work they do is with pride - when they fixed a car they make it look new again - I know them for over 11 years - nobody tops the service.

this is the place, like it never happend... I was hit from the rear and when I got my car back I couldn t even tell. It s so good that the dealership I purchased my car from didn t even catch the damage and my warranty is still active ! Thanks guys!!!!

Spending time at the counter is horrible. Music blasting making it hard to hear, Mechanics yelling and cursing over the music is terrible. Do not bring children into this establishment!
