The best mechanics ever! I've visited a couple other shops but I have yet to meet a team who is as honest & as hard-working as the team at Floral Park Bayo Repair. Brought my car in as she needed a major work-up & left feeling like I picked up an entirely new vehicle from the factory. Their prices are very reasonable & fair. Their mechanics are always welcoming, understanding & willing to listen. I refuse to bring my car to anyone else ever again!

These guys are good and reasonable for small things; oil changes, tire repair, brakes, etc. We brought out jeep liberty in with a check engine light on and intermittent starting problems. They told us they needed to replace the radiator and water pump. We okayed the work and went to pick it up and the car would not start, everytime it turned over it stalled out. We ended up getting it towed out and had to get a new car. Had a mechanic who is a friend check it, apparently they didn't bleed the air out of the radiator which blew the engine. The shop had told me that I had a coolant leak which we needed to rebuild part of the engine. It's sad because the car had more life to it, our mistake was trusting these guys.

This is a little hidden gem. The customer service delivered by the mechanics are top notch. It's small and mighty. They are honest and don't tag on extra repairs that are not needed. Ultimately this will be my car repair service of choice.

I will use Randy and his team for any future needs I may have.I was driving to pick up my last load of stuff to move in to my new place when my car broke down on me. I am in an area I did not know, had a tow truck driver who wasn't really sure how to help so he just loaded me up, said it was my alternator and took me to this location even though they were not honoring the warranty service provided by my dealer any longer, Randy said he'd take a look at it and let me know. Next day, he was more excited to tell me the good news than I was to hear it (this is the sign of a really good man).Many thanks guys!Service: Battery

Great place to go for all your car repair needs. Bayo and Randy are always very professional, honest and reliable. I don t trust a lot of people with my cars but definitely trust these guys. I highly recommend them.

Best place around for auto repairs. Bayo and the boys are always very professional. They always find the time to help me with whatever I need. They are honest and reliable. The prices seem to be cheaper than other shops in the area. I definitely recommend taking your car to them.

Honest mechanics! I've been coming here for the past few years for work needed along with typical inspections and oil changes. The owner is super honest, knowledgeable and accommodating. I usually get my car back the same day. Good pricing for the work too. I've never had an issue. It's really hard to find a trustworthy mechanic like this one.

Needed my brake pads and rotors changed on my Subaru Legacy. I saw the great reviews these guys had and so I called them and dropped off my car during my lunch break. Within 90 minutes, I received a call telling me that my car was done and ready to be picked up. They did a great job and did not try to sell me on anything, I really appreciated their speedy service. Could not have asked for anymore than the service they gave me. Will definitely be returning to have my car serviced here as the location is perfect - right down the block from my job & the costs are excellent- as they should be. Prices aren't inflated and you don't have to worry about a thing. You will be charged for the cost of labor - and they work fast, which is incredible on your wallet, hehe. The garage is clean, and well kept. They had many smiling and happy clients on premises while I was dropping off my car. I left - knowing I had come to the right place. Truly pleased.

After getting some recalls done on my car, my dealership found some issues they wanted to charge an insane price for. I held off and came here instead for a quote - the guys were really honest and up front with me and gave me a fair price. I ve taken my car here for any issues since then. They are really attentive and honestly seem to want their customer s cars to last and run well which sadly is really hard to find in shops these days. I would highly recommend this shop!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Randy and the team there did a great job. As a new driver, I was nervous to take my car to a mechanic shop for the first time, but they made my experience a good one by explaining to me exactly what the issue was, the different things that could have caused it and what they did to fix it. The parking brake on my vehicle was too tight which prevented the car from driving as smoothy as it should and put a strain on the engine. I'm glad I was able to find somewhere close to home with trustworthy and honest people to fix that for me. I Will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone with car issues to give them a visit as well.

I passed through the area on a long 10 hour drive after my car had some unknown compound present inside the wheel area. They were able to lift up my car and diagnose the problem immediately within 5 minutes. They were very knowledgeable, and they charged me nothing--they did it purely out of goodwill. I have been very impressed by the experience and definitely recommend them.

The personal were very polite and professional. I when in to check my tires because air kept coming out. I thought it was a puncture but Randy found out it was due to the installation of the tires. He didnt charge me for inspecting it and recommended for me to go back to where I had them installed and to reseal the wheels. He even mentioned that if they decide not to do it. That i can come back and he will do it for free no problem. Very nice guy. I would definitely come back for any other service in the future.Service: Tires

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. And, most importantly, honest and trustworthy. Whatever it is you need done you can be sure it'll be attended to without you being swindled or up-sold. They can get busy at times, though' so get there early.

They took great care of my vehicle. We came into a slight issue with the parts and they not only resolved the issue but they made sure to give me a great price and good service. This is hands down the best service that I've ever recieved at an auto shop . They were friendly, prompt and very professional. After this service, I will hands down always go to them for auto service.

The mechanics do not honor appointment times, are always being sly with customers, and have ASSAULTED me, THROWING a cup of COFFEE through my SUNROOF as I was leaving (because they did not honor my appointment time)By FAR the WORST professional interaction I ve ever experienced. Would give a NEGATIVE star review if possible

Came in with multiple problems with my minivan. They promptly found all the issues and offered different options to fix each one, not forcing me to the most expensive choice. Great customer service!. Bayo and Randy is the best

I recently had an electrical issue with my car and had just moved to the area. The guys at Floral Park Gas & Auto were able to get everything fixed in a few hours (even though it was no small issue) and were very kind to me throughout the process. I cannot recommend their services enough!

This is hands down the best auto shop I ve ever been to and unfortunately I ve been to a lot but ever since I found this gem of an establishment I will never go anywhere else! The owner bayo is such a nice Indian guy his workers are all fabulous and he is also very very good looking!! If your looking for an honest shop with great all around guys this is it and they do top notch work and it s unbelievably quick!! Thank you bayo and gang for everything

These guys came highly recommended from close friends so we wanted to give them a try. Both my stepfather and father know a decent amount about cars so I know when i originally went to pep boys to get my car serviced I knew they were trying to get me to spend more money than I needed to. However when we went to floral Park bayo we meant Randy. Super charismatic and informative and told me the same info my family advised me about my car so I felt like I could trust them. Randy seemed like he just wanted to help us and not just make a buck. I live in the Bronx and make the loyal trip to come to this place for the big stuff b.c they are trustworthy and don't leave you feeling you just ripped off.

Randy did a wonderful job with my inspection. I called 5 minutes before I came and they were able to service me and it only took 10 minutes for Randy to go through my entire inspection. Definitely recommend coming here!

I just went here with my car because my tire pressure sign came on the dashboard and I didn t know how to check which one of the tires was low. The mechanic was very helping and assisted me by checking all the tire s pressure and turned out they were all low. Great place to go to for car needs and they do oil changes among other services. The mechanic didn t even charge me which was much appreciated. Highly recommend to everyone and easy to find on the corner of Plainfield and Jericho. Great customer service as well. Thank youuuu again.

Just Wonderful and Relieving. Took my SUV here to get a second opinion on needing a new rack and pinion (costs a lot of $ to replace) with new ends. "Omar" the shop tech quickly noted that all I needed were the tie-rod ends replaced and the shop that I previously went to was wrong about the rack-and-pinion. I had this shop do it immediately and I was back on the road in about an hr. These guys are honest and clear about what you will need and how they will handle it. I will be using them from now on for all my cars especially because they do the work the proper way.

Literally a life saver! Floral Park Bayo Repair is one of the best mechanics I've ever brought my car to. Not only was he open on a Saturday evening, when all others were closed. He quickly fixed our brake problem as soon as he could get the part and had the car ready the next day. He diagnosed the issue quickly (our dealer had failed to sufficiently tighten the brakelines when I brought the car in for a recall the week before. Without him, we would have been stuck on Long Island for at least another day. As a bonus, they're friendly and clear in their explanations.

While driving, I began to hear a grating noise coming from the front passenger wheel. I attributed it to the brakes shield since that had given me a similar noise in the past. On my way to the shop, much like when going to a doctor's office, the complaint (noise) literally stopped Two blocks away. They took a ride with me to see if the noise was truly gone and then put it on the lift to give an honest look to see if there was anything dangerous. They did all this without charging me a dime. Honest shop and would definitely recommend. I have found my go to mechanics in the future due to my experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Been to about 10 different shops in the area and never felt more comfortable than with these guys. Last guy fixed the wrong thing but these guys actually diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Fairly priced and honest people which is sometimes hard to find in this business. Very impressed with these guys. Will gladly send anyone I know to them from now on.

I was stuck on a Sunday without any brakes.. These guys did everything possible to find the part and get me back to Georgia. They put in the after hours time and effort to help me out..They communicated very clearly and their price was extremely fair.
