I have a friend who is involved in a Hit and Run situation. Unfortunately this was a rental from this branch. The accident occurred at 2pm and waited almost 3 hrs for police to arrive but nypd never arrived nor call back as of today writing this review.The friend called insurance company around 4pm and at 540pm arrived at the rental car because insurance company said to go back to rental car and return the car and get another one.The office wad already closed but Anthony came and heard my friend story saw the video of hit and run and worked after hours to ensure my friend had a working car instead of waiting until next day.This made a HUGE difference in my opinion. And it's because of people like ANTHONY that will want me to keep coming back to Enterprise for future rental.

I came to rent a car because of an accident i had. As soon as you walk in they acknowledge you re there and then assist you as soon as possible. This office is very busy and I think it s because of the great customer service they provide. They accommodated me very well with all my requests and even lowered the price of a rental because they didn t have what I needed. I would definitely recommend anyone to come over. They were also very helpful when I called over the phone. I personally spoke to Mathew Intravia the manager and congratulated him on such fine work amongst the staff. The next time I have to rent a car I definitely come over here.

I rented a car at this location and I do not regret it. From the minute I walked in to the minute I dropped off my car everyone was friendly. Desiree was so helpful in helping me with my rental. My car was clean it got me safely to and from Maryland. All the employees were amazing.

If you are reading this review because you are trying to convince yourself that this is the right location to rent a car... then let me tell you this, GO FOR IT!I never before was treated SO GOOD at a rental car place. Everyone there is so kind and professional. Caroline and Anthony were amazing! When I went to pick up the car, they told me right away that I needed to wait because it was a busy Holliday weekend (Labor day) and they were working on getting me a car ASAP. They never gave me any excuses for the wait (I appreciate honesty). So, if you know you are renting a car on a busy Holliday weekend, be prepared to wait a little bit longer. You are not the only customer!They work very hard to make everybody happy with their rentals, and when I went back to return my car, Caroline remembered me and even asked how my trip was to Niagara Falls, which I think is very nice taking in consideration that they probably help hundreds of people weekly.Guys, keep up with this amazing customer service job that you are doing!!!Thank you, thank you!

Had a reservation from my insurance company while my car is being repaired. I showed up at around 10am on Saturday 6/17. I left 11:20ish with no car because they ran out. I waited for more than an hour only to be shown an empty lot and given just one option that was way above my allowed range. I get it, they are a small location and not a lot of cars but the problem I have is that they allowed at least 3 persons that came in after me (with the same situation as me) to go in front of me. Had they respected the order of arrival, I would have walked out with a car. They are extremely disorganized and they re all distracted. They don t wait for the person who came first to be serviced, they just randomly call the next customer as soon as they finish the previous one. The problem is this is not a fair method because some customer situations are quick whereas others take a lot longer so this results in some customers getting served quickly whereas for others like myself they take forever. This would easily be prevented if they were aware of what is going in in their surroundings but they are too busy chitchatting. They had no consideration for having me wait for over an hour with my child who has special needs and was having a difficult time waiting for so long.

The manager, Caroline was very helpful with finding a rental vehicle that worked for me while my car was in the auto body shop being repaired. She was extremely professional and accommodating to ensure my needs were met and found me a vehicle very similar to my own at a different enterprise location.

My family decided to do a water park instead of bbqing this year for the 4th and my car was too small for everyone so I rented a car through enterprise. Due to the busy weekend the original car I requested was not available but Denise made sure I got what I needed at no additional cost. Then when it was time to return the vehicle as luck would have it there were was a minor crack in the windshield and the lovely lady who's name I believe was Carline assured me that due to the prior coverage I got for the rental I didn't have to pay any addition cost. The ladies were great with how they handles these issues with grace and I would definitely rent from this location again if need be in the future.

They are excellent in their services, follow up. The only issue I had is the car choices what they have when you need. However I think it is the same for all the car rental places

Great customer service!Damar had a car waiting for me at the repair shop. He explained the information very well and was also very pleasant. On other occasions I spoke on the phone with Caroline or Shawn. All three were excellent.Recently, I needed a rental vehicle again. I was contacted by Desiree who was very pleasant and made helpful suggestions.At the repair shop, Damar explained the information and the vehicle with clarity and patience. And he was both helpful and pleasant again. Shawn and Onomi were both helpful and pleasant as well.Great customer service, again!

Steve and his whole team have been wonderful!!! We have been using enterprise for years and always use this location when we need a rental. We had a minor accident where we needed a short term rental. Steve was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He really helped guide as to the process when it come to our situation. If you want to do business with honest people, I definitely would recommend this team. Thank you for the advice, follow ups and overall all your help ! 10/10

I had my car repaired from a shop in the Floral Park area. I had a rental vehicle that would have been paid for by the other at-fault party. Since it would be too lengthy to receive compensation for repairs from their insurance I decided to switch the insurance payer to my insurance. I was not informed of the additional costs per day for the vehicle so obviously I did not agree to these costs. They had a large vehicle, which I enjoyed but it was the only vehicle they had at the moment. I had provided my grievance with the Enterprise management and they were helpful in agreeing to provide me a refund after further investigations on their end. It had been a week and I hadn't received a refund. This is where the problem started, it impossible to get in contact with someone from management (it was a woman cannot remember her name). It is now more than three weeks since this charge and I have still have not received a call from management to even apologies and I have yet to receive a refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Very poor business acumen, I would suggest to get your rental from elsewhere in the possibility that you run in to any bumps in the road.

This is one of the best places to rent your car. The customer service is truly 5 star. Carolina leads a wonderful caring team. They take great measures to ensure you're satisfied and happy. My husband and I refuse to rent anywhere else for this reason alone. I can't say enough good things about this place!

I rented a car through insurance from this branch after a few days their car died in my drive way took them 3 days to give me a new car and 5 days to pick up the dead car. And this is not the worst part. When I returned the car to them due to my stupid memory problem at my age, I forgot I had a huge keyboard piano on the back seat. It was so big that covered the whole back seat. Later next day when I remembered and ask them to give it to me their answer was that they are not responsible for any thing we forget and leave in their car and they through it in the garbage. To me my key board was stolen from me.A few weeks later, Chris so your listening didn t find my huge keyboard piano.I ve Emailed you my document ,did you do any research to find out what is going on in your place?

If an insurance company is paying for your rental, do not, I repeat DO NOT rent from this Enterprise location. They will give you an upgraded vehicle and then tell you the insurance company is paying for it when in reality it is all lies. After you return the vehicle, they will tell you that YOU now owe for the upgrade. I explained their deceptive practices to the manager and the manager assured me this would be resolved with no balance due by me. Now today I received another call from Demar demanding money. I will make sure Enterprise corporate and the relationship manager at State Farm is aware of the unscrupulous practices being conducted at this location. If this happens to you, I urge you to file a formal fraud complaint with the Nassau County Department of Consumer Affairs.

I recently rented a car at this location and had a great experience. This is the 3rd time I'm renting the car at this location. Tanya and the team did a great job with quick pick up, drop off and follow up. The car was exactly what I wanted as well - keep up the good work.

This car rental location has some of friendliest people. I couldn't be more happier with service. Every employee is professional, courteous. They make sure customer walks out happy with satisfaction. Pick ups and drop offs are efficient. Despite far distance, I travel here to get my rental cars. Keep up good work! A+.

I've never had a better experience working with a rental car company than I have with this specific location. They were extremely helpful and accommodating when I needed a last minute car on a holiday weekend 20 minutes before closing. I can't say enough good things about Carrie who helped me. She worked quick & let me borrow her phone charger before I got on the road. Thank you, Carrie & Enterprise for a pleasant & seamless experience!

If I could give NO STARS I would have. I rented a car a few times from here a couple of months ago (sorry for the delayed review but I also never write reviews but I HAD to). Jalleni who is the new manager is TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She has a nasty and disgusting attitude. She refused to pick up the phone and speak to me or even return my phone call. She should be fired!! I had a horrific experience here and would NOT recommend anyone to go here. STAY AWAY.
