Eve and her team (Justin & Lance) is just fantastic! I wished I had found them sooner! I initially came here to replace a worn out tire and they took me in and replaced it very quickly with my used tire. I proceeded to ask about their services and reminded myself I must come back to perform more maintenance services. Honesty is the best policy for any business and they exemplify just that! They took great care of my car. I went there for replacement of all (4) Rotors and (4) Brake Pads. They gave some checks on a few things that I asked about and they said it was good. They could have told me it needs to be replaced and charged me more money but they didn't. Kudos on being honest! It is appreciated! They were super nice and welcoming. Lance, their Master Mechanic seemed very knowledgeable and approachable. I will continue to come back for all my car needs and recommend to others! Thank you!Service: Brakes

I have been going to Derick s Auto for about 6-7 years. It is the one business I will always recommend. Eve runs the place with kindness and grace and it s the only auto shop I ve been to where I feel they are not trying to take advantage of their customers at any time. When I started going I treated it like any other mechanic and had my dad call for me so that I didn t get scammed. Now I know better, Eve remembers and always asks about my family and never takes advantage. They are knowledgeable and quicker than anywhere I ve ever been. I have been coming to Derick's for so many years. Eve is now running the business and is doing a great job. She has gotten certified and knows what she is talking about. Lance is a Master Mechanic par excellence. As a woman taking my car in for service, I am never "talked down to". The great thing is that both Lance and Eve know your safety is in their hands. They will tell me what needs to be done and what time frame I need to plan to have it done. This way we can prevent problems from happening.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my uncles car in right away weekend morning. Prior spoke to girl over phone who answers, she's very knowledgeable if you give her an idea of the problem. Was recommended to them by a good friend and only trusts them with their cars and now I feel the same way. A+ service

Dericks Auto is the best auto shop in Queens! I have been coming here for years and the service is always top notch! The owner and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly honest. If you need a shop that will not try to rip you off and will give first class QUALITY service, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. I have had all good experiences here.It's hard to find someone to work on vehicles and feel comfortable with them.The people at this shop seem to be honest and trust worthy.Derick's wife is doing a great job. Same for the crew. Thanks guys.

Derick is very honest and reasonable. His shop specializes in European cars which is great for my Audi. His shop is very time efficient and I always get my car back in the best shape. An extra "thank you" to Derick and his staff, because there have been times when I brought the car in or called him up for minor issues, and he gave his best advice/help free of charge. I trust Derick and strongly recommend him.

Had my "new" used car checked over at Dericks shop. I also had an oil change and tires installed. Service was great and pricing was reasonable. I would definitely come here again. The mechanics Lance and Ralph, are great people.

Took my car here to replace my rear knuckle bushings. Brought my own parts that were hard to find. A few days ago I was working on my car and found those same bushings looking just the day I discovered they had to be replaced.Paid for the job that have never been done, didn't get the parts back and lost money.Will never take my car there again.

Very honest repair shop. Won t sell anything you don t need. Always on time. Very kind. Enjoying working with Eve. Very difficult to find a repair shop you can trust around New York. This place is a gem.

They do OK work but are extremely overpriced and expensive! The owners wife is always hounding you to do extras . Maybe bc she doesn t work. Customer service is so so. In a sea of shysters a culture of responsibility is strongly represented by this local establishment. They're efficient, and honest. I was so impressed with the service. Diagnosed the problem within minutes. Did not try to pretend more work needed. Very fast. Women will especially like this place with a woman owner.
