These guys are a total standup company. Trust them 100%. I was supposed to get a car looked at the guy never showed up. They didn t even charge me. These guys are professional. Thank you so much.

Went in for my appointment to have a misfiring ignition coil replaced on my Solara V6. Honest mechanic and work was completed within a few hours. Great neighborhood shop.

One of the things I had wanted done (as a brand new customer) was a wheel alignment. When I picked up the car, Al told me that I didn't need it (the alignment was fine) and that they didn't do it.Another mechanic might have done an alignment anyway or, worse, not done one and charged me anyway. But Al's shop was honest about it and that meant a whole lot to me. Al's Preferred is a keeper. Thanks Al's!

I have been going to Al and crew for 30 years. I don't live in floral Park anymore but still take it to Al's when I need repairs. Most honest mechanic I've ever known. He's taken care of me and my family more times than I can remember. Want a mechanic that you'll trust and provide great service? Look no further.

I just drove my car over on my way home when I saw my temperature gauge rising. 4:00pm on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. These angels were able to install a new radiator in about 2 hours. They saved me so much time and money just before a holiday weekend. I cannot give enough praise! They are honest and always have a smile. Thank goodness I've found them...they are a credit to the community!

Been going here for years. Always been honest with me. Many times they could have easily charged me for work I didn't need. My in laws also go here. They say the same thing. Go here with confidence. Trust me. Good people.

Al and Chris weer super helpful, upfront about the work needed and the realities of not completing the repair. They answered all my calls and a frantic late night email promptly. Great family run local bussiness, will be back when the time comes
