Been there once and never going back. Didn t necessarily feel welcomed. First time there and I was negotiating over a price for a simple fix that they told me was a big fix. An idler pulley and belt doesn t take 4+ hours and isn t $450 plus. Then when I go to pick back up my car they didn t realize what made it not start from frequent starts and fails because there was no belt so my fuel injectors got clogged. My tow truck guy figured that out. There were no smiles and hi how are you doing; lastly I got my car towed from their shop and come to discoverer they left their plastic and paper right in my car as if the mechanic didn t see it when exiting.

The shop was amazing and the staff was so receptive, sweet and helpful. They also have great snacks and coffee , water etc...Their prices are super reasonable. I will definitely utilize them for my mechanical needs.

Thank you for the honesty for what you found with the frame of my truck. You were all professional from the time I walked in. From the reception to the mechanic. I will come back to you for services on our other vehicle and whatever I decide to buy in the future. Thank you again for the professionalism from start to finish. Brought my car in primarily due to squeaky brakes and some other issues. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. I was driven home by one of their mechanics because I had no one who could pick me up while I waited for my car to be finished (this was a walk-in and I did not have an appointment) and they were nice enough to pick me up again when my car was done the same day! They were able to fix my brakes and the prices are very reasonable.

Nice staff, unfortunately towing is overpriced here. Plus, they were closed the following day after my tow. So, I had to wait longer to get my car towed to my dealership. Since they had a warranty on my car. This was a huge inconvenience! Plus, they charged 3 times as much as the other tow company I used to get my car from their lot to my dealership. Not to mention they only towed my car 3 miles. Versus the other tow company went 15 miles. Overall, they re towing prices is a ripoff, so call anyone else.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. They treated me wonderfully. They did an excellent job on my car and very reasonable prices. I definitely reccommend! 5 star service as always!

Was having the car serviced at the dealership and asked them to look at a tire losing air. At the end of the service, they said they could only sell me a tire/set of tires and wouldn't put a plug in it. Called Wits and they said to stop in and they would look at it. Staff were awesome. They plugged the hole in the tire. In and out in like 20 minutes. Will definitely go back. Recommend highly. Thanks again! Saved me 250 for tire I didn't need!

I started going to this place at the beginning of 2023. I get things done for both my cars. Staff is very friendly, and they always mention if there's any other repairs coming up so you know what to expect. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I gave a 3 star because I did not get any work done for my car there. But I went there on a Friday afternoon just to get a quote and I was turned away. I'm not saying they were rude but all I'm saying is that they were not very knowledgeable about car parts and labor rates. So a 3 star is where I stand with this mechanic.

Everyone in this place is super courteous and professional. Pricing is reasonable and they don't try to fix what doesn't need fixing. Would go back there again and would recommend to family and friends.

Have to start off by saying I love this place they were very helpful in answering all the questions I asked revolving my car. They are also affordable if your car needs anything worked on they aren t hassling u to get the situations done right away. They did recommend somethings that I should get done with my car and I did. Helpful sufficient affordability trustworthy and reliable 5 categories checked.

A friend recommended me to Wits Auto and when I went there I first met Mike ( the owner ). Very quickly I noticed he was extremely friendly, polite and welcoming. I m disabled, deaf and struggled to walk. I was very much impressed by Mike and his staff for showing patience, offering help, and making sure I return to my car safely after service was completed. The owner is serious about giving excellent service and he is an honest man. His prices are reasonable and his staff is respectful and polite. I have been a customer of Wits Auto for more than 15 years. I went to Wits because I was in desperate need of an inspection. Every place I called told me there would be over a week wait. Someone my son worked with told him about Wits Auto Repair. They told him if you were ever looking for an honest mechanic this was it. I took the chance and went there with no appointment and told I needed an inspection and they said no problem they would fit me in. Everyone there was so nice and treated me as if I had been going there for years. I will definitely be going back for future car repairs!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I ve tried other shops in the area but, have always been most impressed with the team at Wit s. They do great work every time at a fair price & I trust them completely. Prompt and competent service to remove battery terminal corrosion responsible for an unexpected non-start incident in a parking lot.Would have given 5 stars if issue was identified and brought to my attention 5 months earlier, at which time the battery was replaced.Service: Electrical repair

Wit's was great! I needed my tires replaced very quickly because I had a wedding to go to the next day and they were able to squeeze me in to get them replaced and aligned with extra time to spare. I will say it was a little more expensive than I anticipated because I provided my own tires but I have no complaints at all about the work done or the people I interacted with. They even were able to provide me with a ride home!Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

We figured we d try somewhere new for a quick (overdue) inspection. The receptionist and manager were very personable at the desk, the guys in the shop seem to keep a very neat workplace, and they had my inspection done in no time! Mike, Sal and the guys accepted me as walk in last customer on a Monday, did more than I originally requested, and kept positive, professional attitudes the entire time. They addressed problems I wasn t aware of answered my questions.The waiting room and rest room are clean and the office staff are courteous and friendly.
